There was about an hour and a half wait. Only because they had to go get a battery in Beaumont. Super nice of them. They always do above and beyond for you and make sure your car is doing good. Went in for an oil change and they saw my battery was low so I asked for another. They changed air filter and some other filter for me as well. Ive been going here for a while now for my oil changes and inspections. They are almost always really fast with everything. I love it there.

I get respected here & treated like I matter. This place has their stuff in check. Runs well & well oiled (pun intended).I can come here & get oil changed, registration & inspection & drive out with the registration ON. I love this place. Good location for me. Great fast service, only thing I noticed that they didn’t do right was the lube job, I have a Jeep and they only hit two grease serts on the front.Need to hit ALL the grease serts, top an bottom.Besides that love the place.

I dont usually like to do these kinds of things. This was almost 3 weeks ago now but I should share my experience with the place and why Im never doing business with them again.I had them check on my truck when I started a new job in Orange. Old 96 lots of miles. So I wanted them to tune her up and have her ready to go to and from orange. Cost 730 plus. Which seems a bit pricey already.They did the tune up and told me it would sputter and found out it was the spider injectors. That was an extra 940 altogether. I spent about 1700 of my hard earned money for this to be FIXED.Once they were done with it. They told me they ran road tests diagnostics and such to make sure it was finally good to go.The next day that I drove it to orange. The check gages came on and stayed on about 10 minutes into the drive. My job is 23 minutes from my place. After driving off the bridge to bridge city. I felt something was very wrong. Before I got any further I pulled over somewhere and in my attempt to turn right my truck died on the road. Luckily there was enough momentum to get on the entrance of where I pulled in and stayed there. My engine was smoking and gone. I had to wait about an hour to get a two truck back to this auto care location. They told me that my head gasket blew out AND then said they cant fix it because they dont have the proper tools. Imagine that.So of course I was understandably upset that my vehicle is now trashed and costing me even more money after trusting this establishments word that it was fixed up. Of course I wanted my money back. 1700 is a lot of money gone to waste now. In the time that they were fixing my vehicle I couldve used that money to invest in a different vehicle.And of course they didnt want to give me anything back. No compensation whatsoever. Using the excuse that this problem was unforseen.I spoke with the manager as well and he said they wouldve had to take apart the engine to find something out like that. If that was necessary a heads up call wouldve been nice, an estimate of price for that type of job wouldve been nice but no attempt was made. How could any mechanic give a customer back a vehicle that would go out the way mine did? I was lucky enough for it to have died on the right side of the road and not the middle of the highway.I was told by many MANY people to take them to court. And to be honest yea I was on the brink of doing that but I didnt because Im not that type of person. I wont speak for anyone else who could have this same experience though. Thanks for nothing.

I always get my car inspected there. It took awhile, it was not their fault. I should have waited a week.Everyone is professional yet kind.

I came to get a diagnostics on my car and the mechanic who did it was trying to get over. He basically said my whole coolant system needed to be replaced I then brought the car to several other mechanics and shops and none of them vouched and said the same thing after there diagnostics and pressure test. They’re trying to get over for money and not thoroughly doing their jobs as mechanics. I advise nobody to go here to see what’s the problem with their vehicle unless they want to be hustled.

State inspection was quick and they handled everything. I though my tire patch at about 45 minutes was a little long.

The first time I went here it was Milton’s. The signs are still up but it’s not Milton’s anymore. Prices are still high but service has gone down. I paid them a very high price to check the brakes on a used car we purchased. It could have costed us our lives. They didn’t tighten the tires up on the car. Careless and incompetent. They can’t be trusted. It’s been over a year or two and they are still using the Milton’s name. It doesn’t matter that they put business cards out with the new name. They are riding on the brand that someone else built. And they are not doing they same quality of work. I do not recommend mid County Lube and Auto repair. My wheel came off so fast they must have hand tight the lug nuts. What kind of mechanic forgets to use an impact wrench?👎

Called this place and I cant think of the guys name but I explained to him what happened at Walmart and he told me to bring the car in so that he could check it out. Highly disappointed, #1-service rep told me and insisted that my 5.7 Hemi required $80 Castrol synthetic oil change, nope $45 Pennzoil (factory recommended).#2-30 MINUTES after leaving, my engine oil light came on. Opened the hood, oil cap missing. Called shop went back to get it. They showed me video of the top of my hood from the rear of the car with a guy bending over the fender, they insisted he was putting on the cap. They offered to buy be a cap, I had no confidence that it would be done correctly, so I went to the dealer to get it myself, The Dodge dealer verified that Penzoil was recommended. In short if you use this shop, be aware. Stand over there shoulder and verify everything was done correctly. I will not reccomend the shop.

All im going to say is i had no issues with my car until i brought it here ...got an oil change and when i started my car it said oil change required..havent even left out the parking lot...then not long after leaving the place my car starts shutting off...i dont know what they did to my car but it hasnt ran right ever since.
