Located near by, will deliver to my home whereas be HEB only offers curbside pickup for this area in of town even though numerous stores are located locally. The atmosphere is family oriented. The staff knows their regular customers by sight and treat us as such. The moment you enter the store you are greeted, never hassled, but someone is always nearby at your service. The variety is incredible for both hot meals and store items. Great neighborhood market with down home feeling.

I absolutely love this market basket! Once upon a time, I knew every one working! Mr Hargraves and Mr Krump are great store managers! Friendly and reasonable pricing. Parking is great! Feels like that hometown holiday experience every time you shop at this staple! Great job

Im not fr around here so it sounds weird naming a grocery store Market Basket, but its a great place to get groceries.

The employees are great friendly people, but the main problem that Im upset about this store is mainly because of over stocked on 2 different items thats crazy.1. PIZZA - Always Pepperoni, Cheese, and 3 meat only, hardly any Supreme or combination with any brand.2. 2000 Gallon Tubs of Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice cream, takes up room for more selections.They really never run out of Homemade Vanilla Ice cream, even if it cured some kind of sickness.It is a good store with good stuff, just need a few tweeks fixed.

Fast and super friendly...they really shine with their various well staffed service departments. Their meats are great, bakery makes the best cakes and the deli always has something good to eat ready to go at the steamtable. With their loyalty card the prices are not so unreasonable, however this is not H-E-B or Walmart, as far as prices or selection is concerned, however, it is locally owned and awesome to have down the street.

Market Baskets are a staple in the area. The employees are friendly and helpful. They may not be a big box store like wal-mart but they always have whatever I am looking for. The deli also has plate lunches that are delicious.

Great, I needed shrimp at the last minute, they had a good selection of wild caught shrimp!

I went Sunday morning around 11 a.m. for a quick errand run and got pretty lost. Luckily the cashier, Zoey, noticed that I was getting anxious walking around in circles and happily pointed me in the right direction. She made the experience of shopping very good, as I have major social anxiety.

This place used to be Alfords when I was a kid. My son is used to big markets like HEB and Target. I had to stop by while I was in town and show him the old grocery store. Still had the same feel and everybody was nice.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The produce is great. The quality of the other items can be questionable. I was looking for tortillas and went through 3 shelves of them. All expired by 2 to 3 months. I still go there because i like the people and the specials that they have. Just be sure to check the expiration date.

Market basket its now joined the digital age and they offering digital only discounts you got to have a smartphone you got to have the app to get the discount ridiculous a lot of the elderly dont have smartphones I dont want to have to download an app to get the best deal again you people are forgetting your roots small town grocery feel of this store disappearing rapidly.Okay I want to be real clear from the get-go this review is not directed to this store but rather Market Basket new corporate policy. this store is well ran has friendly service you dont have to unload your basket the cashier does that for you and there is basket the car service if you wish. For these reasons I shop at Market Basket I avoid the bigger chains and enjoy the mom and pop atmosphere of a locally-owned store. What I dislike about new corporate policy is that you have to carry a piece of plastic loyalty card to get the best value my wallet is already about an inch and a half thick why must I carry a card to get the best deal? and I couldnt find me by my phone number so I missed out on about 5 bucks of savings because I dont want to carry another piece of plastic. What Id like to know is whos Bright Idea is this Woodards? Cormier? I know the old man my grandfather built The Grove store on Lincoln in the late 50s early 60s and the orange store in that time. As well and I know the old man would be rolling over in his grave making your customers jump through hoops to get a bargain stop emulating the big stores and go back to valuing your customers and their time and their dollars. Your new policies for the exact opposite reason of why We shop your stores in the first place
