It took me a couple of tries to find someone who accepted my insurances hearing assistance third party discount, but Im so glad I found them. Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt, and caring. The difference in cost without the assistance is critical to my finances. Im very pleased so far. Ill know more after I have my hearing aid fitting 10/19.

It was quick to get a appointment, and pick out the hearing aids. they came in a few days later, but it will take 10 days to get in to get them fitted . The staff and the doctor provided excellent service. The wait for the fitting is my only complaint.

And the second time I went there I didnt think the service could get in a better, and boy I was wrong they treat you like family not that kind that stinks .....if thats possible.... Ive had Tinnitus for many years....along with some hearing loss. The Tinnitus has had a moderate to severe negative effect on my well being to say the least. Sadly, Its hard to find a doctor that seems to care or at least pretends to care... Most of the time...they just brush it off and youre left feeling more hopeless than before you went in. If that sounds familiar....please go visit Trinity Hearing...and go see Stacy...she is a wonderfully beautiful person inside and out. She has been dedicated to meeting my needs and goals...with both hearing loss and Tinnitus. Ive never found a more caring and compassionate hearing professional. The facility is well kept and clean...the staff is friendly and professional. I cant say enough about Stacy....she didnt cut any corners....she didnt pressure me to spend money....she didnt rush me in and out. Stacy spent all the time we both needed to start finding a solution...set goals...test and fit the aids properly....the wait times have never been over 10 mins...and its always a joy to sit down with her...shes amazing...go see for yourself.

Went in on friends recommendation, courtesy evaluation. Was treated well and liked the information exchange with Stacy. I will go back when I need my up grade. Soon.
