Yesterday I tried marble slab for the first time and I loved it. The ice-cream taste authentic and amazing. The service is really good, the girl treated me so well. I felt really welcomed and like I mattered. I didnt know her name but she is Latina. She is about 54 and honestly nicer than the manager. I seen her name it started with an A, very good customer service.

This Marble Slab is the best of them all. What you order is made to perfection. Generous servings and the employees are great at their job. Best ice cream in the area!

Wow very delicious! Marble Slab Creamery offers a very unique experience when it comes to ice cream. They have many options when it comes to picking how you want it your ice cream; waffle cone or in a cup with waffle cone or without it. You can choose as many toppings as you want and they have a lot of unique flavours to choose from that you cant find on a common ice cream shop. The staff is very friendly and also very talented. My recommendation in order to justify my rating is to go for their speciality, dont go for a common flavour or a banana split, pick a exotic flavour and make sure to pick it on a dipped cone with your favourite toppings and some drizzle in order to have the person making the ice cream put the ice cream on a frozen table and mix in the drizzle and the toppings with the ice cream, which is the special Marble Slab Creamery experience, to have your favourite ice cream mixed with your favourite toppings in order to create a NEW unique flavour with their tasty ice cream. I am glad our friend recommended this to us in our small vacation we took to texas. Awesome and tasty.

The lady that helped us today was so sweet! Very kind voice & made sure we were happy with our decision. All 3 of our icecreams tasted amazing, but my sons plain waffle bowl was very stale. Mine & my husbands was not & we got the plain chocolate covered. The floors & tables needed to be cleaned better.

Best strawberry shake ever

Horrible service, even though the ice creams are good. The staff when I visited are aloof, and don’t open their mouth even if you a question 3 times. They don’t listen patiently to your requests for additional condiments with the ice cream, instead try to rush between the stall and work area. Very reluctant to give a napkin along with the dripping cup! Come on man!!! it’s a common sense to give a napkin to customer instead of expecting him to make his hands wet. Extremely and terribly bad.

Terrible customer service. An ice cream shop would be presumably a happy place,however the ladies treated consumers as though they really did not want to be at work.When she did not add all the flavors requested,one young lady took the ice cream from the cup and put it backIn the cooler then when the mix ins were added she did not include all the ice cream on the cool mixing board. She threw it away! What a waste and it did not have the desired flavor because she had over corrected her first mistake.We paid a lot for dissatisfied customer service and waste!

This was the place every one said to go. So the hubby an I went. The line was long an the two young ladies behind the counter were not friendly at all. The place was sorta clean. The 3 stars is for the ice cream not the place. They have a large selection to choose from as well as bowels an cones. The second time the husband an I went the service was no better. High dollar ice cream should come with great service.

I had a blond hair in my ice-cream and didnt notice until it was in my mouth and I had to pull it out. I know that it couldnt have been mine or anyone elses around me because none of us had blond hair. The woman mixing my ice-cream did so that is why I blame the business

The place was dirty. . Gnats were flying around the open containers filled with toppings.... My oreos were stale in my Oreo shake. .. Plus the shake was runny.... This is definitely a change for the worse. Not going there again... I definitely couldnt finish this shake! My worse experience at this location

Was a huge disappointment. Could not understand the workers, they were very unclear on the information of what you could get, and felt like they should just leave the container of ice cream with the bug in it in the display case. Menu states ice cream comes with a rolled waffle cone and unlimited toppings. Then you choose your size and if you want dipped cone or dipped waffle bowl it is extra. When my son told them what toppings he wanted in it they then stated he could only have 5. He had already got 5 add ins but wanted cherries on top, but they would not.They put mine in a bowl, no one else wanted their waffle cone, but I did. I asked them about it coming with a waffle cone. They said no they put in cardboard container bowl so I couldnt get cone. Will not be back to this location for sure.

Girl did not put ice cream in cone like I asked, she took ice cream out of cup and tired to stick it in a cone, but was already too melty, I told her to forget the cone and just give me the icecream back in a cup. She put the same icecream back in the same cup as originally, and was picking cone pieces out of the cup with her bare hands. Absolutely disgusting. All of this after I had already paid $13 for 2 small ice creams. We ended up tossing both ice creams in the trash. That will be the last time I step foot into that store.

Ice cream is good, counter help barly could speak English. No gloves were used and prices were sky high! 8.00 dollars for a milk shake... No, never again.

A trip to the gym is not complete without my daughter begging us to stop at Marble Slab so she can slap on the calories we just worked off! Great selection and friendly staff.

I visit this place here many times but only once i requested the ols lady to keep the topping some more on it but she charged me 1.5$ for that. as i realised that they were using bad odd nuts in the topping and the taste also not much good as before.i wont come back again.

I decided to give the place a try for the first time (from KS) and the lady was rude! I asked if she could put an extra brownie in my ice cream and as I was asking she had put my ice cream in the cup looked at me and told me no.
