We made a purchase of about $60.00 including a frame. As there are usually some sort of discount I asked the cashier as I did not have my phone with me. She said no there were no sales or discounts going on. So on my way out the door I asked the manager whowas standing there as customers came in and he said the same. Not buying this when I went to my car I looked at my phone and it said there was 20% off on everything. I went back into the store and went directly to the manager who was again standing in the front. He gave me a credit because clearly he had no choice. I told him that it was his job to be honest with customers and for the cashiers to be informed and honest as well. Needless to say I was very disappointed with the customer service there and the honesty of their staff.

Lots of helpful things but hard to find as some things located in more than one place. Used 20% coupon from internet. Good deal. Clerks were helpful.

Clean, most staff is helpful and friendly. Has a great variety of household decor and a large variety of different craft items. The only issues is the lines are always long, due to them having one cashier. Instead of the person greeting you at the entrance (Which is nice, but not very helpful) have them run a register, that will be more appreciated.

One of my favorite all time stores. They even took my online coupon to make my order affordable.

The guy that works in the framing department here is literally the worst. I have worked with him on two separate occasions and both were not a good experience. The first time he made me wait in line with my three month old baby just to tell me that he could not do the project I was requesting. When he saw me standing with the poster in my hand. He made me wait 30 minutes to tell me that they dont frame posters.The second time ( as I was walking up I was hoping it wasnt him) I came with a canvas 8 x 10 to frame and he quoted me $220 without even looking at the prices of the frames that I wanted.

Love it! Youll always find something you didnt know you needed.

Ill tell ya...Michaels is my new favorite store! I could literally stay in there looking for hours, and if I had $1000 to spend in there, Id absolutely have no problem doing that at all! 😂 Because of this store, at 54-years-old, Ive discovered how much I love making things for my home and they have such amazing sales! Tge artist who framed my Diamond Head painting was very helpful with design and executed the framing expertly. Prices were low as well.

Good place to pass the time

As a kid, I thought Michaels was boring. Now that Im an adult, I actually find it a rather cool place. I have gotten more into crafting, mostly floral arranging, and Michaels has almost everything you would need for a project. They are pricey but the quality is worth it. Also the coupons are plentiful and very useful in bringing down the final cost.

I walked in the entrance and two employees were waiting to offer to help getting my online order and I didnt have to walk across the store etc.. Was quick and yet another associate wished me a good day at the exit door. Best service from any chain store that I have experienced in ten years.

Love this store, but the staff is very poor when it comes to curbside service. Ive had to go back to the store multiple times when Ive arrived home only to find out that they didnt give me my entire order despite my reminding them I had multiple orders. I wont go into the store anymore because they do not enforce their own mask policy.

This store needs to re-evaluate their customer service & management staff. Erin was ask for assistance looking for an item, she was so inconvenienced she barely cared to answer my question. I ask another associate standing next to her, Casey, for assistance she immediately went out her way to first try to find the item in addition to providing great customer service. She also went to management to further assist. It’s sad that a new associate is more valuable than someone that’s supposed to be a seasoned associate. I received excellent service when Paul was there, he will truly be missed. Sean (the manager) energy was equally as poor as Erin. Very disappointing!! I’d take my chances at Sarasota next time.

You can get craft supplies pretty easily anywhere these days, but not staff this polite. Theyre knowledgeable, and dont mind if you have a lot of questions. They also look out for you, too! The cashiers are great at reminding you about coupons; specifically on their website, which I always forget to check.They also have a wonderful selection of sketchbooks and markers, more so than I expected. Great place to shop!

The items for sale are easy to find, the employees are friendly so the store gets top marks.The issue is with parking, in order to fit into their parking spaces you cant be driving anything larger than a golf cart, or you will have a difficult time opening the car doors.I suppose you could just drive your convertible here, but then you have to Dukes of Hazard your way in and out of your car.

None of the young kids went out of there way to help. All I needed was the size of frame and they would not look up my paid order to let me know after giving my full name and giving them the description of the very patient women that helped us Saturday 2 days prior. She was amazing. Spent at least 30 min. Showing me different mat colors. Was very patient and never complained about. Helped make me decide what color would work with my fine art with no huffing and rolling of eyes as the other kids gave me. There was a young man, and one Hispanic young girl and a caucation young girl. No effort to try to help. They were to preoccupied to even care. Lady that checked me out up front was so nice. She offered to get a cart so I could bring all my things to the car.
