WOW my 07 Ram 2500 looks like new again. Maaco made this happen with their courteous and professional work. Susan did a great paint estimate and was able to find me a new grill at at a reasonable price after I had found everything more expensive. To ensure my satisfaction Susan even called and explained a couple of things before they continued the work. They even restored my headlights at no charge. The people at Maaco take pride in what they do to give you the best product. I highly recommend them if you want to bring your vehicle back to life.

One of my Covid projects has been upgrading my 2012 F150. After performing multiple upgrades the peeling paint stood out as being the next item on the list to tackle. Having seen the excellent reviews for Maaco I headed in for a consultation.I went in and met with Susan to get some options on handling the paint job. She provided feedback on what I was initially thinking, and suggested doing the job in another way.After having the paint done I could not have been happier with the results. The lines were clean and it looks like it just rolled off the manufacturing line.From start to finish this was an incredible experience and I recommend them for any paint work needed. The owners Susan and Jim were professional, courteous and the service was prompt and I paid what was quoted. I had my 2004 Chevy Avalanche painted. Truck looked pretty much new when I got it back. One of these two pictures was taken the day I purchased my truck back in 2004, the other picture is from last week after the truck was repainted. The plastic cladding is quite faded, but the staff even took the extra time to try to detail it a little for me so she would look good upon delivery. To say the least I am very pleased with the results, and the professionalism of the staff. I had another local body shop had quote me more than double for the same paint job. Glad I shopped around and went with Susan, Jim, and their team at Maaco. Thank you...great job!!BTW...the color after the paint job is actually darker than what appears in the photo and matches the original perfectly. It is the lighting and time of day that made the paint job appear lighter.

The lady at the desk and some guy tried to upcharge me on parts and labor that I knew wasnt needs. For example, my bumper was popped out of place from a small accident. They told me I would 100% need a new bumper. Because allegedly the clips built on to the bumper were broken. I declined their service cause I knew they were lying. I went home and popped my bumper back into place. They told me I would need a new headlight cause the scratches on it. But I buffed them out and it looks new again. Pathetic staff. Id rate 0 stars if I could.

There was a slight missunderstanding, and it did cost me $300 more than originally estimated. This is the only reason its not a five star, because the paint job and small repairs done were excellent. The staff very knowledgeable, and professional. No lackadaisical attitudes, and great communication over the phone.

They have tiers that determine the level of mistakes and “minor imperfections”. The higher the tier, the less imperfections. So, what you’re implying is that you don’t do the best job you can no matter the tier...? Explain.

The roof of my car was badly scratched and rusted. Maaco stripped what was left of the paint, treated the rust with a chemical, then applied high-hiding primer to conceal the scratches. Then paint and a topcoat was applied. The iroof looks like new. The work that was done exceeded my expectations, I am very happy with the results.

Working at a bodyshop as a kid, having a father-in-law who owned a bodyshop his entire life and selling products to bodyshops for over 30 years has made me very familiar with spotting good and bad workmanship. When my dad wrecked his pride and joy Mercury Marauder, he selected Maaco to do the repair. I was sure they would be a reasonable production shop, but I was a bit concerned how things would turn out. Fortunately, they did a great job from the communication, scheduling, paint match, and flexibility for changes to meet what my dad wanted. Naturally, pricing was fair.While my dads car was being repaired, I let him use one of my pride and joys - an 87 ElCamino. Unfortunately, another fender bender ensued. It was off to Maaco with my ElCamino... Again, great communication, flexibility, and very patient as parts were not available and scheduling was held up miserably. But, they have been great to work with on my dads car as well as mine. I am confident it will come out just as nice as it was before the fender bender!

Have been looking for an inexpensive paint job on my 2005 Accord that I use for work as I didn’t want to pay more than the car was worth. Susan took the time to explain all options and did not try to up sell at all when I chose the lowest cost option that was within my budget. I found her to be very friendly and accommodating. Took the car in on Monday and got a call on Thursday morning that the car was ready, almost a full 2 days earlier than promised. The car looks absolutely amazing! They truly exceeded my expectations! I made an appointment to drop my car off and had it back (in less than three days) well painted and color-matched to the body of the car. I was told whether there was warranty on the job and how to maintain and care for my newly painted vehicle. I am so happy with the service (all around that I received).

Susan and her team in Port Charlotte were more than up to the challenge posed by my vintage MGB. In addition to a respray, they correctly repaired the drivers side door crack of doom along with a number of body and surface rust issues. The car looks great.

I felt very comfortable leaving my car in their hands. Everything was clearly discussed and if I had a question where they had to explain all over again, they did. My car was a mess. Roof was corroded with rust, hood was peeling of paint. Many areas especially around the windows looked like it was breaking down. When I originally came Im for a price quote II only wanted the roof and hood done. I realized after getting a quote that I would be better off doing the whole car. If not I would end up coming back to get the rest of the car done. The car looks amazing. They quoted me a very reasonable price? They have this very warm personality which I felt very comfortable with. I had 4 other estimates. Even their dog Jack and my dog JoJo had lots of fun playing together. Maaco came in cheaper than the smaller shops in the area. Our initial meeting with staff was very professional and informative. The owners were also very professional. We were very happy with the results, as we had wanted small rust spots repaired prior to painting. Maaco offers several options with varying prices and warranties, so again we were very pleased with the results.

Had my truck painted there. Full paint from the front bumper to the rear tailgate. Price was good. Body work no complaints. Paint came out with runs and missed areas. They did stand by that and fix areas but the fix left another paint run I just didnt want to deal with sending it back again. For the price the paint was good but it had errors that honestly I didnt expect. Also have over-spray on the interior passenger door panel. Good folks but there painter needs more practice maybe.

I left my Honda Pilot at the Macao near me for a roof repaint. When I returned my car was ready washed and beautifully done. Paint matched perfectly. Thank you mama I for doing such an excellent job.

I wanted to paint my charcoal Pilot a specific color : cobalt blue, which is not navy, not royal, has a little purple cast to it but not purple. Susan helped me find the exact color - not easy bec it depends on how the light hits it, & figured out what kind of paint process it needed to be to look showroom quality, not “paint job” quality. I’m very happy with it, the price was reasonable for all the work involved, and I picked it up today ! Thank you!

I brought my one year old car in, after it was scratched by a random piece of plywood on the interstate. The damage took the paint right off, and my touch up painting attempt was, well, lets just skip that part. Port Charlotte Maacos estimate left the competition in the rear view mirror. Their work was superior - there was no residual damage to be seen, and their paint was the same exact shade as the car paint. The service was prompt, professional, the price was very reasonable, and these folks are friendly and hospitable. I called Maaco on a close friends referral, and Im immensely glad that I had this endorsement.Outstanding finished product and the personal service that the owner, himself, provided went far above and beyond what was expected. To start, the owner wrangled with the other drivers insurance company, for me, to explain and justify bringing the repairs from a settlement of $1,000 to $4,000. The owner, himself, also gave me a lift to the car rental place. When he explained to the insurance company why the repair would take an extra week (Nissan sent the wrong lift gate for my SUV model) and learned that they wanted to end my rental car agreement, he personally arranged with the rental car company to assume the agreement himself — without ever bothering me with that detail! He adjusted the price of repair for me but, MOST IMPORTANTLY — Maaco did a beautiful job of restoring my Nissan Rogue to its showroom state!!!If⭐TEN STARS⭐were available for the superb service that I received, this Maaco has more than earned it! Brought in my 65 t bird and was concerned with the correct colorSusan and robert checked out the car and gave me a price much cheeper then any other paint shop . car had a few issues with a couple spots of rust and blistering paint. When i picked up the car i was amassed at how good the job was. Being it is the aniversary model it had to be what is called ember glow . the color is perfect. I wouldnt hesitate to bring any car here for painting and body work. Great job. Very impressed .

Small paint job (roof and hood) on my 2005 Ford Sportrac that saved it from rust. They quoted me a price that was less then half of what two other shops required and kept it for about half the time the others required and gave a five year warrantee. Im impressed and highly recommend them for their work. The owners are personable and lovely people.

The owner Susan is the worst employee. She isnt helpful, she is rude and obnoxious. I took my car there to get some paint done. Not only did they keep my car four days longer than they told me they would, but they didnt even tell me until the day I was scheduled to pick up my car completed. When I finally got my car back, the job was TERRIBLE. I had to take it back to get redone, which took another four days. They even had an attitude about fixing the job they clearly messed up. Susan was extremely difficult to deal with and she had an irritating demeanor about her the entire time. She clearly does not have proper customer service skills nor any type of management skills. If you have a choice, please save yourself and go to another Macco location. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I am an experienced autobody guy and car collector and let me tell you this job is perfect! Perfect color match, perfect match on the gloss, perfect match on the texture. Spider cracks and bliters are now invisible. I will use them again!

Car color came out great, got all peices back covered in dust which is fine and all but idk guess I wouldve been more appreciative had they not been drying next to someone sanding, everyone was extremely nice, but there was a tiny bit of overspray throughout my weather stripping and exhaust muffler, also a bit of paint drip on the rear bumper and driver side door, and the moon roof which shouldve been taken off (figuring I completely disassembled the latch and explained how to remove it since it was just basically sitting on the car) wasnt removed and now when I prop it open underneath isnt painted and is primed. Overall it isnt a 1000 dollar paint job so Im not super surprised, give it a 7 out of 10 color though 10 out 10 forsure. I recommend to anyone just looking for paint that isnt show car worthy.

They repaired a long key scratch and large bumper dents (that were there when I bought it) on my Chevy Avalanche. It now looks brand new! I did the 5 year guarantee option. Love it and know that I got a super deal because I had quotes from other body shops to fix one bumper dent and omg, the difference is yuge! Lol

I took my 2017 to Maaco for touch up of some minor scrapes on my front bumper.. When I picked it up from Maaco yesterday you can not see ANY evidence that it was other than perfect before .. I got a fair and accurate price, the repair was done on time and Susan was a great pleasure to deal with .. Thank you 😀

Would advise to not go here! Total switch and bait operation, as well as unprofessional and rude. Gave us written estimate based on them personally looking over and when we brought it in at appointed time to drop off, they tried to add expensive upcharges and wouldn’t honor their own estimate.
