Buyer Beware!! We Purchased what appeared to be a gorgeous TV console based off what was in the show room. (See pictures below it should be the brownish color). Color matched our current furniture based on what was in the showroom. We waited 4 months when it was delivered, in a box, the delivery guy didn’t even open it for us. Had he done so we would have immediately returned it. As we opened the box it was the wrong color. What we received was a purple grey. We went back to the show room to make sure it wasn’t our eyes. Nope completely different color. The sales guy and manager gave us a number to call because this has happened to a few other people they said. Customer service tried to say it’s my lighting. WRONG! Ok so let’s just swap it out for the white one, NOPE. Because they messed up and we are not satisfied with the clear color difference they would charge us more because the cost of the piece has gone up plus a restocking fee!!What they are selling is clearly misrepresented. I am not color blind submitted pictures and they want us to take in a piece of this to the store to prove to them it’s not the same color under their lighting. Nothing comes off unless you break it. Clearly our money is being held hostage. Customer serves is a joke. Had planned to make more purchases there but will happily take my business elsewhere at this point. Never have we experienced this type of treatment ever. Go elsewhere. Buy from Wayfair or anywhere but here unless you like being treated terribly.

I initially came to purchase a white wood master bedroom set..My salesperson, Sherri, directed me to a more expensive product which met my needs better and was worth the price. I needed to wait a few months to have it delivered and that was not a problem..Delivery was right on time.The men unloaded the furniture carefully and had the tools available to assemble them promptly.I recently returned to purchase lamps. Sherri found me lamps for my living room I never would have selected my self. I also found the perfect pair of lamps for the master bedroom.I am very satisfied with the products and the service and would highly recommend this store.

Excellent service by Ann-Marie Perrine. She went above and beyond to facilitate getting our furniture sooner. Delivery was also great, they even came 15min earlier than anticipated.

We ordered a sectional Nov 2020 and are still waiting for the furniture. Weve called monthly since the quoted Feb delivery date for a status and have been told theyre expecting a shipment of containers in several weeks and it may be on the shipment, but they arent sure. Its become apparent that they have no idea when. They continue to sell the same sectional which begs the question, how can you sell something when you have no idea when the product will be delivered?Heres an update. On June 9th The Furniture Warehouse called and let us know they were receiving our shipment and we needed to pay the balance due to schedule delivery. My wife paid for the balance and had delivery scheduled for 6/24. They called on 6/22 with an automated verification call saying we had a upcoming delivery scheduled and that we would be receiving a call the day before delivery giving a 4 hour window. They hadnt called 6/23 so my wife called and was told that half of it hadnt arrived and isnt due in the warehouse until 6/24 and now scheduled for delivery on 6/28. Just an interesting saga.To be fair we have ordered and received other items; however, they were in stock. We really like the sectional and after waiting this long we almost feel like we have something invested. Be leery of items not in stock.

We had a good experience buying a mattress and two recliners. The prices were reasonable and there was a Labor Day sale that saved us $200. Delivery was on time. No issues at all with the company.

Jim is an outstanding salesperson. You can be proud to have him on your team . He is professional and personable . I do however have a problem with the corporate office’s flyer which you receive after you purchase furniture . It’s very tricky in that it leads you to believe you will get 10% off of additional furniture you buy, but it’s only in lamps and accessories. You really have to read between the lines but other than that, I’m satisfied with what I bought and delivery is prompt.

Very nice customer service and designer tips helped me to develop a plan for furnishing a new home. The photos are a partial representation of the vast number of choices awaiting a furniture buyer. The price point is reasonable for mid-level product quality compared to Ethan Allen at high end and Home Goods at low end (budget priced).

Visited store and were pleasantly welcomed by Ann Marie. She took a lot of her time with patience and showed us around the store on our needs. Very impressed with her knowledge and the display of furniture in store. Found ourselves liking this store which had great quality and very competitive prices. Furniture warehouse in Port Charlotte is GREAT! I spent all day looking for a new leather couch, went to like 8 different stores and I couldt find anything that fit my picture until I walked in furniture warehouse where I met Judy I think is her name and I found the most perfect couch. Judy was so friendly and helpful she was fast service and the delivery of my couch was on time and assembled with no issues! Going back there to purchase a bedroom set soon!

So, kind of a joke. Was in about 3 weeks ago and was looking at a chest of drawers for $299.00 for a guest room. Got an email saying come to our red tag sale. I thought cool, Ill go pick it up. So got to the store went straight to the chest of drawers. Well what do you know, it was marked $332.00 on sale from $369.00

We recently moved here from Florida and stumbled into the Furniture Warehouse store and met Ann-Marie. She has been marvelous in helping me decorate our new home! We have had two delivers and the delivery guys were great also! I give this place a 5 star plus!!!

We recently purchased 2 recliners from this location. We called prior to coming and spoke with the salesperson Ann-Marie to let her know we were on our way; even though she was leaving for the day, she waited on her own time for us to arrive.The store is amazing. Everything is spotless inside and nicely grouped for viewing. The furniture sections are quite easy to maneuver through and the accessory items will get your imagination running wild! If you are looking for coastal ideas for decorating; they have a huge selection to choose from.We could not have a better experience: no sales pressure, but good assistance in making our ultimate decision. Delivery service was spot on time as well:Will definitely come back for any additional furniture needs we may have.

Lies. We specifically purchased a couch and two bedroom sets in mid November because it was in stock and we would have it by Christmas- most didnt arrive until 3rd week of January. We had purchased a king bedroom set and the sales person assured us the measurements so it would fit in the room. Got the bed and one piece in early December, but when the rest arrived in January it was too large for the space- only thing we can think of is the rep gave us the queen measurements. We got excuse after excuse for the delayed delivery, apparently the sales person we dealt with has been fired. The furniture we received is cheaply made and not worth the money we paid. Stay away.

I wanted living room furniture would be available within a week or so. Because of Covid, much of the furniture we had looked at was back ordered. The saleswoman was very helpful in finding something that fir our needs. We had part of the order delivered within a week and the loveseat delivered today. Setup was handled well. I like the fact that they give you a delivery window so you dont have to wait around all day.

Sadly, I must replace my original review after the experience I recently had with FW. After shopping around quite a bit for a new sofa and chair, we found what we wanted at FW. The salesperson we had, Daphne, didnt seem to be quite sure of what was going on most of the time. After making the purchase she told me that I would have a 10% off card upon delivery. We were also looking for matching pillows and an ottoman so she said that I should wait to buy those accessories until after receiving the 10% coupon, the coupon also stated that I would get a $25 gift card if I made a review on Yelp or Google. I went back to the store to purchase the accessories I wanted, ottoman and pillows, with my review in hand to get the $25 gift card and 10% coupon I had previously been told by Daphne that the price for two pillows was $50. ... At that point she told me that if went outside on my phone and did the yelp review I could double dip and get two $25. gift cards (her words, not mine). I did not do it then, but went back home and did the second review,then went back a couple of days later with two reviews and the 10% coupon.At this point everything changed... now, oops, the pillows are actually $50 EACH!! What!!! Oh, and the ottoman is not considered and accessory (??) so it doesnt apply to the 10% off... She was obviously nervous about being caught giving incorrect information... she brought her manager who said sorry, i guess everyone makes mistakes, and Daphne made a mistake when she gave you the informationOK, so now, I asked for the $25. gift cards so I could order online if I choose to.. but now, again, the song changed... they will only give you the gift cards for doing the reviews if/when you make a purchase at that time.. oh, and only one gift card, not one for each review as I was told by Daphne (who, by the way had me leave, go outside (or in my case drive home) to do the additional review to double dip (again, her words).What a horrendous shopping experience... Not sure when things changed so much, I have shopped with FW for most of the furniture in my home... but will no longer set foot in that store... I am posting the coupon card here, note that nowhere on this coupon does it say that i needed to make a purchase in order to receive the gift card, this seems more like a form of bait and switch. BUYER BEWARE ! If Daphne comes up to you....RUN!!The card is signed by Mark Richmond, President... This person is deceased, and so far I have not been able to contact any one higher up than store level...

I purchased a leather sleeper sofa and love seat from The Furniture Warehouse that is now peeling. I called customer service and was told that due to the age of the sofa, (3 years) they would give me a 100.00 in store credit. Also said it cant be repaired. Wish negative stars were available and hope new people moving here do better research about this company than we did.

Unfortunately I cant give negative stars. They are fantastic and helpful right up until you pay. Once they have your money, you are dead to them. Customer service is typically non-responsive. I had asked numerous times for a name so that I could elevate my concerns-my request was ignored every time. This most recent time (yes there were previous issues with another location that I lived near) the piece was discovered to be damaged upon removing packaging. Took pictures and contacted customer service within 30 minutes. Was told could not return/without restocking fee. Said repair needed to be first step. Repair person arrived and said could not be fixed. Parts would need to be ordered. More than two months later, still no parts. Again contacted C/S and requested return/refund. They told me it could not because now it had been too long. I asked for this up front. Now they want to repair it with parts from the floor model because the parts are coming from overseas. We were told by salesperson that it (Lane) was US made. It apparently is not. Go anywhere but here.Response from the owner 3 weeks agoKevin,Sorry for the inconvenience, I did looked up your account I see that service was set up 8/19 and was successful. There must be some confusion these parts did not come from a floor model. We went to furniture warehouse today with our Aunt. We were looking for loveseats. Jessica helped us pick out the perfect loveseats. She was helpful and very friendly. Jessica definitely made the whole process fun. This was a great experience from start to finish.

There were at least seven salespeople in there and no one offered to help us! We walked around the store twice. No one would even look us in the eye as we were walking by. We had previously spent $30,000 in there in about half an hour with some great sales people. What happened? We werent going to beg anyone to help us. Will probably order what we want online somewhere else.

Ordered couches beginning of February for a Mach 20th delivery. Got a call in March sayin it got delayed till end of April. Called today for an update and they are now saying June. They sell for nature they don’t even have in a real warehouse. I’m getting a refund and brining my business someplace else

We have always had a positive experience at Furniture Warehouse. We work with Colleen, the sales rep, and she never lets us down. Shes very accommodating and meets our needs knowing her products and the whereabouts in the store. IE: My husband and I had been in the store previously, saw the furniture piece we liked, explained what it looked like, she led us right to it.We had the misfortune of a delivery with damaged furniture, did not accept it upon arrival, it was taken back to the store and a new piece was delivered with no hassles in a timely fashion.We love shopping at Furniture Warehouse. I have been buying furniture from here for almost 15 years, the customer service is always number one. The prices and quality of furniture are always great, from the staff all the way up to the delivery.

Greg provided great customer service. Reasonable prices. Only downside is things are mostly not in stock so if you need fast, not the place to go.
