They installed new flooring. Didnt use any waterproofing or underlayment. Used mastic instead of a suitable glue/adhesive. 6 months later, Still mopping the floors 3 times a day to get rid of the sticky mess seeping up through all of the joints through the entire house. Company refuses to back their work, honor their guarantee, or repair/replace the flooring. Instead, theyve turned off comments on their FB posts, deleted reviews warning people, and other nonsense. Suggestion: find any other company in charlotte county for your flooring needs.

Paradise Flooring is the best! Great communication and the flooring guys were polite and helpful. They really worked hard and did a beautiful job installing 1700 SQFT of LVP. It looks beautiful and we’re very pleased.

This is the most friendly, cooperative and professional business Ive dealt with in a long time! We moved to Port Charlotte from AZ and bought a house that needed major floor work. Like 1700 sq ft of new flooring to replace ugly carpeting and cracked tile! Add to this a tight deadline for vacating our rental property. We were also very concerned about Covid safety protocol. Janie in the office was so helpful and cooperative, listening to what we wanted for our new property. Demolition was a major challenge, but John managed to fit us in any time he could spare workers. And installation was completed before our rental move out date! They even worked on a Saturday. Beyond the logistics, John discussed every aspect of the project with us regarding trim, colors, etc. All of his workers were so courteous and friendly. On a scale of 1 to 5, I would rate them a 10 plus!We plan to have them do our lanai and front outside entry when the moving in chaos subsides!

Could not have been happier. Used them to re-do a shower and it turned out better than expected. The entire team was fantastic and just a pleasure to work with. Will use them again and highly recommend.

Paradise floors replaced the carpet in two rooms with Vinyl Plank flooring. They were here when they said they would be, courteous and extremely professional. They did a fantastic job with great attention to detail. The new floor is awesome, we love it!! Highly recommend this company and will be using them again in the future!

We had paradise floors do 3 of our rooms. They removed our wood floors and installed a new product called cor-Tec. They and the floor were both amazing! The professionalism and the timely matter they did the work was great! They cleaned up behind themselves as well! Couldn’t be happier. Thor next project is our shower and they will be doing that as well! Highly recommend!

Ordered a solid wood floor from Laber liquidators and paid for the installation. When they came to install the floor, they told me I needed to level the floor and refused to do the work. I called Paradise Floors and they took care of the whole job! Very professional, kept to their schedule, on time, great job and better price for the installation than what I was quoted from lumber liquidators! 5 Stars and would highly recommend to anyone! Will be my first choice in the future!
