Buyer beware!!Ordered 2 doors back in October and was told they would arrive in 2 weeks. 6 weeks went by and still no doors. Sales rep continually said they were ready to ship, but the doors never came. He became hostile when asked why this was. I did get a refund but wish I could also get back the time wasted.

I needed a custom aluminum mounting bracket for a reverse osmosis system. The mfg does not sell their mounting brackets separately (Im splitting the system to mount on two walls under the counter), so, Cool Structures bailed me out!Excellent work and extremely fair price!Thank you Aleksey!

No Stars If I could, this is the worst cooler company on the planet. we ordered 3 coolers from here. As stated in other comments the cooler came in pieces with no instructions. Condensers showed up weeks later with no instructions. When item was ready to ship we had to pay and additional fee for the shipping cost which was supposed to be included. No hole placement for the condensers. Wrong parts, Spoke with Al multiple times who is the most professional bullsh**er. One cooler condenser is already needing to be serviced at not even 6 months old. These coolers are dangerous as well. The wight of the condensers almost caved in the roof because these is one 2 locking pins per panel, we had to reinforce with steel. These coolers are also about 3 times as thick as almost every other company we lost valuable space that we needed. Overall cheap product will never buy again and will advises everyone we know to stay away.

Do not do business with this company unless you want to lose customers. I ordered a 12’x20’ cooler..it arrived panels only, no hole plugs, no panel locking device, no instructions for lay out, no roof membrane, two weeks later (after several phone calls) the roof finally arrived. I’ve had to supply the lights..and everything else that was in the contract that was paid in full. The company does not care..did not show any type of concern for the lack of missing items. I will never do business with this company again and will be speaking with the better business bureau.

!!!!Buyers Beware!!!!I placed an order on 4/9/2018. Invoice #1297. This was for two walk-in cooler 5x7 doors stainless steel. Paid using PayPal. I was told it would be completed/manufactured and shipped within two weeks. I called the seller on week 3 asking for shipping confirmation. That day was 4/30/2018. I was told the item was completed and would be shipping on the next day 5/1/2018. I scheduled my installers for that weekend. The order never arrived. I contacted the seller the following Monday 5/7/2018 and asked what happened... I was told the truck never came and picked up the delivery, but he would send tracking later that night. No tracking was received. Called on Tuesday 5/8/2018 and he told me that he was having shipping issues and would call me with tracking as soon as it was worked out. I didnt hear from him all week. I called on Friday 5/11/2018 and left VM asking him to call me so we can discuss canceling this order and getting a refund. I called PayPal Same day after not receiving a call back from seller. They opened a claim and told me to work with seller. The seller ends up saying he was waiting on a delivery of small parts to complete the order. Why didn’t he say that on week 3? End of the story its been a month and about a week and I don’t have the product I ordered and I don’t have my money refunded. I was told I should see the refund around 5/18/2018.This company has very bad customer service. I wanted to share my story, so I can hopefully help someone in the future!

I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THE COST OF SHIPPING WAS OVER 3 TIMES WHAT I WAS QUOTED, AND IT TOOK NEARLY TWO MONTHS TO GET ALL OF THE PARTS TO INSTALL THE COOLER.
