The merchandise tastefully arranged and the clothing sorted to size and type for the ease of the buyer.If youve never been, go. You may find a unique treasure. I have.

Excellent place to consign items and shop for items. Owner is present, very friendly and helpful, as is his staff. A very pleasant place to visit and fair prices. Great quality items for the money.

Had some items to bring in, just some household items. Nothing on line about having to make an appt to drop off items. The person that addressed me didn’t introduce herself and was HIGHLY unprofessional. She indicated they don’t take a “car load” even though my car is a Mustang with 8 items. She wanted to schedule me a day to drop off, even though I had the items now. When I said never mind, I need to drop them today she responded, shouting as I left, “we wouldn’t want your business anyway!” Be aware for future patrons... this company apparently does not value customers or the VERY business that keeps their doors open. Especially, when a business such as this should WELCOME new items to keep people interested. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL person with long grey hair and glasses at customer desk.

Such a great, clean, and organized store! Has everything here, my favorites are the second hand items. The prices are unbeatable definitely worth hunting for some treasures!

I enjoy the store itself and you can find some neat finds. However, the ladies at the counter can be rather pretentious. You can hear the whispers of them gossiping as you shop, save it for the book club ladies, not while your working. Also, the sign up front when you walk in said Jan or later 50% off! My friend found an item that was from Jan on clearance for $8. Even on clearance that is not 1/2 off. And without giving any rhyme or reason as to why that is, she copped a bit of an attitude and consequently my friend put the item back and didn’t buy it.You can’t advertise sales and not uphold to them. You can’t be in customer service and give poor customer service.. just oh my stars...

This is a very eclectic shop. Very cool shopping experience. From clothing to furniture and everything in between. You can spend hours poking around. I cant recommend Neat Repeats enough. Its a consignment store yet theyre very selective about the items they take in. Check it out.....you wont be disappointed. ✌🇺🇸

I have such a positive experience with all of the employees! I love going there not only to bring my items, but also buying others Treasures! The owner is just a love!

It is practically impossible to make an appointment to bring in clothes for consignment. I have been trying to do so for literally 3 months, and have had no luck.They only make appointments on the first day of the month, and the appointment you get is a few months later.The first time I called (on the 3rd), I was told they only take appointments on the 1st and to call back then.The second time I called at 11:00 AM on the 1st, and I was told all the appointments are gone. They encouraged me to come to the store next month and wait outside before the store opens at 10:00 AM. I explained how ridiculous that was, because I have a job and cant leave work in the middle of the day to make a consignment appointment, which should take 2 minutes via phone. I was encouraged instead to call right when they opened next month.The third time, today, I called as the clock changed to 10:00 AM and got a busy signal. I have called 15 times between 10:00 AM and 10:10 AM and continue to get a busy signal. I am not sure if there are that many people calling, or if they take the phone off the hook to deal with the people making in-store appointments.This system is really nonsensical. I am not sure why someone that shows up at the store one day should get priority over someone thats called about 20 times over the course of 3 months. There is a thing called a wait list, and they should consider using one so that someone can make an appointment without waiting on line outside in the middle of the day. This is a consignment shop, not a rock concert.10-ish years ago I had positive experiences consigning clothes at this store, so I wanted to use them again. At this point, I dont plan to consign or shop at Neat Repeats again. How incredibly frustrating.

A friend who lives in the area took me to this adorable shop! I could have spent a small fortune there. Great selection of Chicos clothing. Wonderful consigned home items as well. I will be back!

Good stuff. Try and keep your eye out for the tickets that are on sale. They go on sale once they are a month, two months and three months old. Thats really the only way your gonna get a good deal.Slightly over priced

CAME IN TO THE STORE RECENTLY TO GET INFO ABOUT BRINGING IN SOME ITEMS TO SELL.THE LADY I SPOKE WITH WAS QUITE RUDE & EVEN IGNORED ME FOR AWHILE EVENTHO I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE IN FRONT.OF HER DESK. NOT A PEOPLE PERSON!FINALLY SHE TOLD ME THAT I NEEDED TO CALL FOR AN APPT( she would not give me one while i was there) & THAT IT WOULD BE SCHEDULED IN FEBRUARY. EVIDENTLY THE STORE ONLY TAKES CALLS FOR APPTS ON THE 1ST DAY OF EACH MONTH...AND THE FOLKS JUST NEED TO KEEP ON TRYING ALL DAY LONG IF PHONES ARE BUSY.

I love this place - one of a kind items, unique finds and great prices!

They have a great selection BUT you never get a physical receipt they send you and email AFTER you swipe your card and there has been many times where they have charged me wrong and I never got the sale price of the items which is so unfortunate and they RIP off and keep the tags so its not like you can complain. Will still shop here just making sure now that I take pics of my tags before I get to the register so I get charged properly.
