Sometimes theres a line out the door. But you have to understand they take good care of your needs. From wrapping odd-shaped items to just finding the right box theyve got it and they will take it all the way to the end.they are all very pleasant

Place has always been a rip off. Listed as a fed ex drop off to print out label and send off but the owner wanted to charge me.

I was a first time customer. I needed to mail out my Passport and Passport Renewal Form. I emailed them first and Mark replied within minutes. When I went to the store, Connie was awesome. Great experience. I will use them again.

I love this place except for one rude person! Im not the only one she has been rude to. I really think its time for her to retire! I love looking at all of the unique gifts & occasionally buying. If it wasnt for her I would give them 5 stars. Not sure of her name. Its a great place with many different services offered. I use them all the time to send little eBay packages. Great place just ignore her!

Just had one of the most awful customer experiences of my life at this business. Terribly rude salesperson. Made me go around the line 3 times after she told me to step aside but dont worry you wont have to wait in the line again. Started singing (literally) and ignoring me while I was inquiring why my package was wrong. Last time ever for this place.

My husband went there today. Jackie waited on him and was EXTREMELY nasty and rude. If he didnt need a custom sized box, he would have left. He also got raped in price. For a 32x22x12 box, they charged him $14.16!!! That is highway robbery!!! Will not suggest this place of business to anyone. The awful treatment he received was bad enough, without the price gouging too. Not a good way for a business to treat customers if they want return business. I feel bad, as I told him to go there... I have used them for shipping and shopped in their store many times in the past, and was never treated as he was today. :-(

I love this place. I go to make photocopies when needed and to pick up little cute gifts for friends back north. The attendants are always prompt, helpful and courteous. Im grateful for the presence of this little shipping center. Thanks for being there!

Went today to mail a simple envelope to my dad up north. Everything was filled out with correct addresses. I was told that the address didnt exist. After arguing back and forth and saying please recheck several times she finally told me that she found it. I also saw her being rude to the customers in front of me. I also believe it cost a lot more than it should have but havent researched it. Just a very unpleasant experience .

It was very busy due to the Christmas Season but they were very organized and got everyone thru the line very quickly. Staff was super friendly and there is also a very nice gift shop there.

Went to the Shipping Post for Notary Services, the staff were brilliant. Stacey the Notary was very very methodical, she ensured that every piece of paper that needed to be signed was there, very professional. Highly recommended.

I wasn’t feeling well and a gentleman got me a chair and a water as I waited, very kind.... lovely gift shop too!! So thankful! Going back today to send out final packages!

I have been packing and shipping delicate, fragile and easily broken items for a living, including very expensive porcelain art figurines and statues. Still, there are things that even I dont want to handle or dont have the proper materials for. That is when I depend on The Shipping Post and their excellent service. The items theyve packed and shipped for me have always arrived undamaged.

Local Guide. I was very frustrated with the whole experience. I NEEDED A FEDEX STICKY LABEL PRINTED not a pieces of copy paper which I can do myself.Fed Ex 1st said there are NO STORES closer than VA. 😲 At my insistence, there suggested The Shipping Post (affiliated) on Kings Hwy. I mistakenly stopped at UPS. They directed me but warned they had bad word of mouth. They offered to simply print the the lacel on paper. But I refused bcuz I wanted the fedex sticky label.I found the store. They were very busy and nice and helpful. The store is nice and. Full of cards and interesting gifts.But after all the specific req. About wanting a sticky label. I recieved a piece of copy paper for $3. I shouldve gotten an env with the label on it for that since the postage was already pd. I objected stating that wasnt at all my need. They couldnt make it. I was chg$3 for nothing. Besides the fee for the label was already pd when it was originated. I just needed it physically made by a fedex source to be recognised as authentic and since they had already been pd for it.As a FedEx Affiliate they should get the reimbursement from fedex the purchases original source.

Horrible! They packaged my item so poorly it didnt even make it out of the state and refused to take responsibility for their own packing techniques. Do not use this service, use another or pack your own items, at least you will know the quality of the packing.
