Joining the Buzz Club Rewards is so beneficial. Used my 20% coupon today and saved $10.00. I always take the opportunity to buy incidentals when I get a rewards coupon via email. Christmas trees a plenty and lots of fun Halloween decor in the stores now.Their SoundBody products are equivalent to brand names.The Port Charlotte Florida store that I go to, is always well stocked, clean and the service people are very helpful.

Almost always happy when I leave a Big Lots store. This particular one is very clean and tidy. People are always pleasant and happy to help. Will definitely come back

The prices were not properly listed or not listed at all, employees were sitting in the recliner chairs (instead of working), empty shelves, items were hard to reach, and the cashier wasnt able to help me with my on sale item; so I just told him to take it off my bill... What a shame...

I havent been in a Big Lots in years. They once had a great selection and prices. That was not my observation now. Probably was my last trip to Big Lots.

They were stocking and the aisles were, half blocked. I know they need to stock, but what ever happened to overnight?

Shopped around for a couch and found one we really liked but surrounding stores weren’t helpful at all. Called port Charlotte and talked to Ricky and staff. They were amazing! Above and beyond customer service. Would drive an hour again for any big lots purchases!!

Terrible customer sevice. I purchased a vacuum from this store and it didnt work properly after one use.Unfortunately I lost the receipt. I only had the vacuum for one week.I called the store and explained the situation. The person that answered the phone said it would not be a problem and to just bring the item with the box back to the store for a refund. When I got to the store they told me something completely different. They offered me a store credit for half of the purchase price and the manager that a spoke with was unfriendly. All he did was point to a sign that I assume explained store policy. Meanwhile the line of customers was backed up making this an embarrassing experience.I will never shop at this particular Big Lots again.

Store has really changed since last time I visited. Still lots of good deals and pleasant staff. Found everything I was shopping for this trip.

Had a very bad customer experience about a week ago. Big Lots rectified the situation with an amazing discount. Love them!

Run down and dirty.. I will not be back.. If thats how you keep your store. What dose it look like where I cant see. I can image. Poor needs big time TLC.

Beware. I bought my mother a $400 mattress from here only to find out 40 days later that it had bed bugs!! Apparently they reupholstered a used mattress and sold it. Ive never been so disgusted. After doing some research I found out this is a known thing for Big Lots! The return policy was 30 days so there went $400!!!!

Love this store. We took advantage of a holiday sale and bought lani furniture. We love it. The sales people where very helpful and made the purchase easy.

Nice place to shop but, not a good place to work. The store manager, Joe screws you out of hours that you have worked and tries not to pay you for hours worked. Very dissatisfied!!!!

I was looking for a particular item that was on display but not available. The manager Kelly was very accommodating and helped me obtain the item I was looking for along with the stock man and another employee. I will be going back to that store

I find Big Lots has great prices on some items but dont expect anything high end here. Much nicer place to shop now that they have rearranged and cleaned up the store.

Went looking specifically for a recliner, the price was definitely right but alas, they were all rockers or swivel rockers and limited on the colour options....

Store was Clean and stocked. The Cashier had to explain how a bogo (buy one get one) sale worked out for her customer and the customer was having a hard time understanding the concept she started getting rude with her customer, and after him leaving the store the 2 cashiers were talking to each other and to the customer in front of me about howstupid people are not being able to figure the sale price out, and they kept on and on about how dumb people can be. Very unprofessional and uncalled for. I felt horrible for the other customers having to listen to the cashiers bash people. Not good Business thats for darn sure

Not one of the best big lots. Very limited on items. Dirty and cluttered. A lot of the staff have attitudes and dont want to be bothered. The furniture lady way too pushy.

Was disappointed the old big lots used to have lots of wonderful things most of what you find here half of the stores food like at the Family Dollar and the other half is furniture and trinkets in between that could be cheaper at the dollar store
