Robert runs a professional shop. He was super helpful without being pushy, knowledgeable in all areas of the waterbed we were looking for. We have been in love with our soft-sided bed since 1999 and were curious to see what new tech might now be available. We were so happy we drove the 30 minutes! We couldnt be happier with Robert and his professional and attentive approach...and our new bed! Everynight we get into bed, we both say...ahhhh....I LOVE this bed!

We had a mishap with our old waterbed and assumed we had to order one on line like we did in 2012 since no one sold waterbeds up in New England. Low and behold we discovered Waterbed Willys just 20 min away from us. Robert was great; very friendly and attentive. He asked the right questions and showed that the waterbed we bought from him was that much better than our old mattress. Thank you for being the only waterbed retailer that I could locate in Southwest Florida. Even though this retailer did not have a king sized soft-sided mattress, the proprietor ordered one from his Orlando supplier and had it shipped to Cape Coral, and now my wife and I are floating away nightly to a good nights sleep.Thanks Waterbed Willy!

I walked in and was greeted right away customer service was great gave me all my options in detail and price honestly they are the lowest price around I have shopped the whole area i was very happy with the out come when i placed the order i asked for next day delivery between 12-2 pm i got my order delivered at 1:25pm everything was set up i also got financed for $0 down with 90 days same as cash all i can say Robert Was great thanks A Purrfect Mattress will be returning for my kids mattresses very soon

My wife and I moved here from New England, last month and needed a bed right away. We just closed on our dream house and needed a bed right away. We were staying at a motel and were anxious to move in to our new home. We first tried two other stores and couldnt get delivery until a week later. When we went to A Purrfect Mattress, their salesman was very informative and insured us that we would have it the same day. Needless to say, we bought the bed and were able to sleep in our new home that very same night. I liked the fact that if we found out that the mattress was not to our liking, they would let us exchange it for another model. Thats really above and beyond the service you would expect.
