When Ive stopped at Publix Liquors at the Burnt Road store, the reps/cashiers have always been very helpful. When Publix Liquors has a sale its usually pretty good. Other alcoholic items are priced about the same of what you can expect to pay at any other liquor store. It is also very convenient to where the main store is located.

Had the best experience in the Deli today. I accidently ordered on line for sandwich tray for my grandsons party. I think it was the deli manager (Nick) that helped me. He was so kind. He called the other store ( 5 hrs away) & cancelled the order. The party is tomorrow & got worried. He got me all fixed up for pick up later today. Very happy with such great service ♥️

This is by far my favorite Publix, it is one of the older ones but its so clean, staff in every department is super friendly and helpful. The pharmacy is the best. The pharmacy tech (young girl) is so helpful, and went above and beyond. I will not go to any other Publix!!!

Went inside for a sub, we t back out my cars battery was dead.. stranded there with my hood up, a employee by the name of Ruben saw me out there and asked if I needed some help. Publix is twice as far from my home as Winn Dixie and yet I travel the distance. Cleaner store, better selection and prices. More helpful staff. Just a much better shopping experience all the way around. Thank you Publix

When they are just opening in the morning, theres barely anyone there. Its peaceful! Everything is clean and well stocked.

Other than that prices are OUTRAGEOUS, Publix is ALWAYS to cleanest store and has ONLY SWEET EMPLOYEES. I have never been anything but impressed with how kind and friendly employees from the cart cleaners to the deli to the stocking staff. Of course the checkout clerks and baggers are as well. ♡☆♡☆♡

They are NOT ordering porterhouse or T Bone steaks! We been asking for them BUT they refuse to order. They have ribeye only and they have way to many not ordering anything else.

Always a pleasure shopping at Publix. An item I was there for specifically was out of stock on the shelf and the first employee I saw that I asked to check in the back for more did just that. Immediately stopped what he was doing and went straight back to the stockroom, found 9 of the items and brought them to me within about three minutes time. Cant ask for more than that. You are also able to go to the service desk and request they order a product if it is something not normally carried in their store. I absolutely am a fan of Publix for so many reasons, but their customer service ranks at the top of the list.

Lately, because of the Holidays, I have found myself running a little behind. With their shop on line option and curbside pick up, Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner were both a huge success! I found myself placing my order over a cup of morning coffee and before I knew it, my pick up was scheduled and I never even had to leave the car! What a relief... so yes, Publix stands above the rest... providing top notch foods, goods, and services! Pictured: The beginnings of tonights dinner!

The subs in the Bakery should not be crunchy and kinda stiff... Check your bread, if it IS stiff, throw it out! People come in with the hope that they are goingto receive quality food and may not always have the time to go back and forth with getting certain items replaced. Ive gotten a complimentary sub for having my last one covered in salt just to come in and get one that was stiff. Ive lost the patience to keep coming back with a problem when it really isnt my problem to begin with. Your Baker(s) should take more pride in what they put out.

The store is clean and the staff is exceptional. They are helpful, cheerful, polite and make every effort to make your visit there a pleasant one. Love the Bogo’s as the products chosen for it are those you can use and save money on. The meats are fresh and having butchers in the store makes it easy to find the cuts you are looking for. The same with the Deli dept. There are enough electric carts for disabled shoppers to use and shopping carts are sanitized after each use. Great Food Store, I miss my Super Food Shops in Texas, this is the closest when it comes to choices, always clean, friendly and well stocked with everything I love to cook with. Highly recommend if your looking for high-end choices in the area. Mask required.

This should be a 5. However, they let several people in to the store without masks.I was very nervous and cut shopping short.May have to go to a different publix or, god forbid, a winn dixie.Management is falling down on the job and endangering the stores patrons.Way less than impressed.

The pharmacist would not let me choose which arm I recieved my vaccine she said it was to much paperwork. After my vaccine I went online and it said I could choose. I did not want to get vaccine in my dominant arm

Store is usually well stocked and organized, staff are always friendly and helpful. I needed help finding a particular OTC medicine and the pharmacy technician came out to help me locate it. She found it and made sure I had everything I needed before going back to the pharmacy. I almost always need help bringing everything out to the car and I never have a problem getting that help.

Excellent location with immaculate bathrooms in the back of the store. Had apple pie spice that Ive been looking for all over town, but had run out of my favorite flavor of Nature Valley protein bars.

I had the best experience today at the checkout with Kim and her bag handler. I needed to change an item at the checkout after I noticed it was not a good choice. Kim volunteered to get me another one and asked her bag handler to get a replacement. He chose a better quality item than I had originally had. I didnt feel as though I was being watched. Kim and her bag handler was courteous and respectful. He explained that he carefully chose the item for me. I confirmed and I could tell he did. Wow I have been shopping at this location for over ten years. Im still very impressed and slightly shocked. I never expect this kind of service. Wow way to go! Im truly His beloved.

What is happening to my fav deli? So many employees and yet you wait so long for service. Everyone too busy for customers. Gave up on sub counter today....again...sigh.

Pharmacy department needs customer service training. My sons who are employees at Publix were refused flu shots at their scheduled appointment times and told they had to wait “FYI wait 45 minutes”. The appointments were made online even though they were told you can’t make appointments online which is not true. The two individuals were quite rude and condescending as well. They were ignored while waiting on line. So both left without flu shots and will probably have them done somewhere other than Publix. Only reason I gave two stars was because the manager I spoke with was very courteous and listened to my concerns over the phone.
