Very friendly. Prices are fair. Lot of replacement parts for your R C cars an boats. You can buy Lionel trains. Trains accessory. I gave this little family store 10 Stars. You must go see. They also have a large selection of the old model cars. Walking to this brings back the memories of a child. You must go see.

Super nice staff and the place has such a large variety of supplies for different interests. I feel like there isnt much you wont find there. Also, it looks like a tiny shop from the front but its an endless tunnel of treasures lol. So much larger than the first impression. I recommend it!

Trying a small business to help them keep on their feet and the rudest customer service I have ever experienced... Went in there with my family with the car that we needed parts for. Not sure the parts that were needed so brought the car in to make sure. 5 other people in there as well, started to help us and than walked away... Was helped by the owner n the one young gentleman in-between everyone else so we were patient.. we left with the parts that were suggested to us for the car got to the house and none of them fit, when ch the tires were verified 3 times before purchasing. Less than 24 hrs later brought back the product to get a refund after ignoring the bad customer service last night the young gentleman wanted to argue with me about my refund, saying they never said which parts would fit!! We went there for the knowledge of parts for this car, even bought the car in n asked more than once what size this n what size that.. We didnt know what was needed once again, I just want the money back then proceeds to tell me I cant get a refund bc I paid cash- that was never said last night!!! Told him I need my money back n he told me to call the owners after arguing with me in front of other customers.... now Im out $100 plus dollars bc you told us wrong parts to buy that doesnt sound like a hobby store caring for their customers while locals are trying to keep small businesses afloat. Also, seeing the post from 3 weeks ago there were several people in that store today that did not have masks on.. worse customer service Ive ever come in contact with for a family owned business. Arguing with customers is not a way to run a business by no means.

I love this place i bought a typhon 3s and a military crawler from there for a decent price they have a decent selection to choose from! I would recommend this place to anyone getting into rc. My typhon broke i brought it back and they fixed it no charge they are awesome with the warranty. I dealt with kevin while i was there he is very intelligent when it comes to rc i felt so satisfied to buy from them!!

K&K Hobby Shop was such a fun place! Ive never seen such a vast selection of models and RC vehicles in one place. We were like kids in a metaphorical candy store. We spent a good 30 minutes just looking around at the various train displays and the plethora of unique vehicle models. The staff was friendly, helpful and very knowledgable. We were able to purchase everything we needed in a timely manner and even found a new hobby to try. I would highly recommend stopping by to check it out, especially if you dont have a hobby shop near you.

Very disappointed. Went into the store a couple of days ago looking for a n scale train set and maybe a Traxas Slash. Didnt get very far. Kicked me out because I didnt have a mask. Explained to him that I have asthma and cant breathe with a mask. Didnt care. Never been in the store and just trying to support a local business. Well it all worked out. Same day drove to Hobby Lobby and got the train set. The rest I will just do online. Never had a problem with Tower Hobby.

Ive been meaning to go in for years. Brother in law visited so I took advantage of it since hes also a hobbiest and checked it out. They have everything you could possibly need for a multitude of hobbies and the staff is very helpful and courteous.Stop getting your supplies online and check this place out instead

Has a great selection cars,trucks and parts to fix them. Has airplanes and helicopters and drones. Battery selection is huge. I was able to pick up a motor for my arrma senton 3s 4x4.

How can you be a hobby shop in todays market and not do drones? I called looking to pay for binding help with a FrSky Tx & Rx and was told they dont do drones.

This is a truly amazing hobby shop. The store is full of merchandise for sale in-stock-- unlike others that have to order the parts and supplies you need.They have a huge selection representing just about every type of model you would be interested in: airplanes, quads, racing rc cars, crawlers, models, and trains. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I went in to purchase something and left with them providing a free service and actually selling me nothing. Excellent customer service. Recommend them 100%.

Yaayyy for local small businesses! But dont be fooled -- this is not a small store. They offer a HUGE assortment and LOTS of really cool stuff!! Super nice girl Nicole showed me around and answered all my questions. Some prices were reasonable, some were over priced.

From the owners to the staff, K&K is by far the best hobby shop Ive visited. So good in fact that I by pass two stores in Miami and make my purchases with K&K. If your thinking of buying parts, a new vehicle or getting service, you need to come to this store before you do it online. No, Im not being paid for this.

First I really like the lady with the British accent because its sounds really cool. I like the different deals you can get on some of the toy trucks to otherwise couldnt find elsewhere. I also like the discounted h.o.scale railroad cars and Andrew is pretty cool 2.

Poor covid precautions. Your employee at checkout didnt wear a mask. Passed pen and papers between several customers and was right in my face. I buy a lot of things for my car club but wont be under these conditions.

It was ok. There are about 20 cars to look at. A ton of Arrma. As I was looking it appears that things are much cheaper online. Obviously the parts are more available online. Everything I was looking for was not there. I own nothing Arrma. This is not the store for me. I will continue to purchase online.

Very cool hobby shop, rc, trains, models, tons of parts for all, new and used RC cars plus they have a flat track and a rock course that you can rent and run house trucks and cars bring your own I think for a price. Will definitely return and buy parts and new truck.

This place is top notch!! I purchased an ECX Ruckus for my son a couple months ago. About a month later the motor burned out and I brought it back to the store to purchase a new motor. I purchased the motor and the owners offered to install it for free for me. After returning home my son use the car and the motor burned up the first time. I called the store and Dave the owner told me to bring it back to him and he will replace it for no charge.He told me he would look at everything inside to diagnose whats causing the motor to burn up. He then gave me a loaner car to use in the meantime while he diagnosed and repaired the issue. You dont see customer service like this anymore!! Dave found out that there is a recall on the ECM on that model and will take care of it.I highly recommend the store to anybody who is looking for RC cars, trains, any hobby they are into. They definitely go above and beyond for the customer.

Best hobby shop, bought an electric truck for Christmas for my son and about two weeks later had a problem with it. They said it looks like it took a bath, but they went out of their way to fix it at no charge thank you very much ... They definitely care about their customers. JIM S
