They have communicated with me throughout the process. I ended up buying my Can Am from somewhere else as it came in prior to the one I ordered. I was riding from Tampa to Ft. Myers when i had issues with my motorcycle. it was late, so i had to get a room in North Port and figure things out in the morning. in the morning, after a Google search, i called S&N. i couldnt be happier i reached them. they helped me find a towing company that could get my bike to them, diagnosed my issue, educated me on how to prevent the same issue in the future, and got me back up and running in the same day! they were helpful and friendly the entire time. great customer service from the sales desk to the service technicians. if i lived in this area, they would be my home shop. highly recommend!

Steve and his team were FENOMENAL!!! Wow what a fantastic shop. I have a little 49cc Honda Ruckus that I ride every other week. I was looking for a decent and honest shop to bring my scooter to get service. I googled motorcycle mechanics and S&N Motorsports came right out with all this fantastic reviews so I decided to drive my scooter from Cape Coral to Port Charlotte. I was very impressed with the customer service and professionalism. Steve and his team went above and beyond to fix my scooter and now it rides like new!! Hi if you decide to use S&N motor sports use caution when calling about oil or filters.I called asked if they have a filter for my 05 FJR guy says yeah we have it come on in Ill take care of you. Super nice guy.Went there to get the oil and filter to come to find out the guy never even checked so they did not have the filter for my bike big waste of my time thanks guy. The shop didn,t offer to order it or give me any kind of discount for wasting my time. Wont use them ever again.

Im from out of state, and did not buy my Sea Doo Fish Pro at S&N. Regardless, when I needed an annual service / maintenance, they got me right in and turned around my pwc in less than a day. They even serviced the trailer for me. The team in the service group did excellent work in record time. The team at S&N seemed very competent and customer focused. Kyle and his staff are by far the best motorcycle place Ive been to and Ive been to a few. Ive never had to return any product or never had to bring my bike back for repairs. They always fix it right the first time and they are always very respectful and fast at getting the job at hand done. I will never bring my bike anywhere else this is my one stop shop from now on. I personally like to learn about my bike and when the guys are fixing it they allow me to learn by showing me exactly what needs to be done and they go over every single detail. That to me is key in building a relationship with anyone in life great communication and the willingness to teach. Outstanding customer service! Quick in and out, and tire prices are competitive. Came in with racing slicks and front wheel cupping, and an hour later rolling out on mounted and balanced Q3s! They even did a free chain lube while they worked on her. Talk about going above and beyond. Definitely coming back.

From the moment i stepped in to Whalen Powersports i was in awe, from the wide variety of helms and gear to the visually stunning arrangement of bikes in the showroom. I was promptly greeted by a vehement fellow Kyle who did not hesitate to show me around and answered all my questions. I was handed off to the salesman Pete who was gathering what i was looking and showed me some bikes. While they did not have my bike on the lot they took my information down and are looking for something to suite my needs. If you are in the market for a bike or an off road vehicle i highly recommend stopping in.

The incompetence of the service shop at this location is astounding. They put a snorkel system on my bike and left vent lines, plural, loose next to the exhaust of the bike. You can figure out the rest. This is a start-up operation and they are doing piss poor in my opinion. Do not by any means take your bike to this place to be serviced, do not even buy a machine from them because they certainly have not done a thorough inspection and preparation for the bike to be given out to the general public.

If anyone is looking for gear or for a bike I would really recommend Whalen power sports they treat you like family and dont pressure you like some of these other dealerships due. They dont rush you or treat you like your just another sale. They treat you like you are a human and make sure your satisfied with what you get before you leave

Total incompetence is the best way to describe their service. They had my 2008 Kawasaki side by side for almost three months and I got it back running worse than when I took it in. They kept calling me to authorize work and calling me back to say that was not the problem and they wanted to do something else. Every time my work would go to the back of the line to get repaired. They never did diagnose the problem correctly. I ended up paying $1350.00 and it still did not run right. Do yourself a favor and find another shop to have your repairs done. They are not worthy of your business.

Changed my tire and brakes. Didnt try to upsale anything I didnt need. Was honest and didnt overcharge me. Glad to have a dependable bike shop near me.

I went to Whalen PowerSports to see if they had a phone mount for my scooter. I got lost big time the previous night and I said to myself, No more! Im new to Florida and I felt really lost on my scooter. The sales associate showed me a Ram Mount X-Grip phone holder and even showed me his on his bike (Im jealous!). I was concerned the phone would fall out of the mount. He took off the X-Grip portion of the mount from his bike, and he put his new $1000 iPhone X in it and he shook it in his hand in all directions with all his might. The phone stayed in place! He sold me! The mount even comes with a rubberband backing, but thats like wearing suspenders with a belt. I feel confident not using it, especially after that demonstration! He even installed it for me for free! (Im not sure if I should say that!) Whalen PowerSports is great!*** Please Like this review. Thanks! ***

So I swung by today a little skeptical because my last dealing with a motorcycle dealership didnt go so well. The second I walked in the front door I was treated with amazing service and have nothing but good words to say! Brit was honest and knew that I was very picky over things and that I was looking mainly for a vest but browsing for an opportunity for more. He was patient with me, helped me get exactly what I needed, and I still left with more than I went for which I needed! They have Motul which is an amazing product, and I will be back! Never have I ever been in a shop where I was told it best to wait on a purchase, theyre honest, respectful, and their prices are amazing. Great place. Not only are the staff friendly and professional, but theyre also HONEST. More than I can say for some dealerships.I had a radiator guard that I wanted to put on my bike. Unfortunately at the time, I didnt have any tools of my own. I went to Power Destination and asked them to help me out and would be happy to pay for them to do it. They end up telling me that it couldnt be done without taking fairings off, which would cost a whole lot more. I remembered a few friends of mine telling me about Whalen so I took it there. One of the guys there, Kyle took at look at it and in about 1 minute, had the screws loosened up and never even charged me.Heres another story about Whalen. The right side mirror had come loose, and I tried my best to put it back on. I had a really hard time because the way it goes, one part screws in one way and another nut goes the other. Again Kyle told me to bring it over. Long story short, once again he hooked me up. I was about to give him some money for his time but he refused. The only thing he wanted was for me to be a customer there. They earned a customer for life.These guys run a great business and will treat your bike, or whatever you have, with as much live as if it were their own. Theyre honest and willing to help you out. You dont find that kind of dealership these days. I highly recommend Whalen. Give them a shot. Guarentee you wont regret it.
