Very clean and helpful staff. Close parking and easy to get around the store. They have great discounts, check for thier daily specials. Great variety at reasonable prices.

This location had a better selection. I actually found some mens clothing to purchase at this location. The selection of mens clothing was quite limited. The things that they have are well priced.

Not a good one in promenade mall, Ugly outfits, either xsm or xlrg sizes. Horrible,and over priced for what they have.

Absolutely the best Bealls I have been to. Well organized and plenty to choose from. Every time I go to a new area and see a bealls outlet i have to go. Each one seems to carry different items. This one is huge. Next time I am bringing my truck when i visit.

2 stars bc the clothes and prices otherwise 1 star for the terrible customer service I received from the employees here. Rude and slow. Train your ppl better esp the new supervisor. Not going back to this location even though I love the store and shop there all the time

I love this Bealls Outlet store. They have remodeled and its wonderful inside a much cleaner look. They have wonderful Christmas decorations here. They have great quality products and are very reasonably priced. Much better than going and purchasing less quality goods.

Friendly staff most of the time--except for one time when I first started going to this store in early 2016...but maybe the sales associate was having a bad day. Great location! And selection of items. Been here many times and have gotten lots of great buys.

I dont think anybody reading this will need to know the information but this is a great store and you can find some really great deals. I found the perfect fishing shorts there and I stopped in periodically because of the deals.

I am very disappointed with this location, I was there on Wednesday and saw a piece of furniture that I loved. Put it on hold because I could not pick it up til Friday when I had a truck available. Returned on Friday after calling to make sure it would be there and I was assured that they hold an item for five days, well it had only been two days since putting on hold. When I arrived the furniture was no where on the floor or in the back room. I am furious! If you say your going to hold an item it should be held. I wasted time and money obtaining a truck to transport the furniture just to be let down. I would have purchased it the day I saw it if I would’ve have ever thought this would’ve happened! Completely unprofessional!

I always have a great experience at this location! I can say Ive literally spent over $3000 here in the last 2 years but the women there are always great with me and they always seem to have a better/wider/newer selection than the other locations. On my way now actually!

The store is so DIRTY. I honestly hated using the fitting rooms, they are disgusting. Heres pics for reference. I dont think they have EVER swept the floor in the fitting rooms and the floors in general are just gross. Cute clothes though.

Look I went there with my sister and baby and saw a play mat I wanted to buy for my daughter. Went up to the register and no price. The cashier was nice and tried to find something similar to get an idea of the price. She found one twice the size of the one I wanted that was $27.99. The cashier trainer Megan decided she wanted to overcharge me for the play mat I wanted just because of the brand and told me shed have to charge me $35 for a play mat half the size of the $27.99 mat. On top of that she was very rude to our cashier and yelled at her for leaving the register to check the price. Our cashier showed excellent customer service but because of this Megan lady Ill never shop at that particular Bealls Outlet again.

Decent shopping experience except nothing is even relatively where its supposed to be. Also, there was a male employee scolding customers for coming in where he had just mopped. You should never have customers apologizing to you for coming in and shopping no matter the door. Bad customer service, the customer coming in is why you have a job. Needs a coach and counsel.

Always a huge line when checking out. When I checked out today I was paying for my 85 year old mothers things. I was told I could not use her card. I have used her card for years without ever having a problem. She then told me I needed to get my poor mom who can barley walk over there to say it was okay to use it because security could be watching...WHAT????? This was the stupidest thing I have ever heard. My mom and I also share the same account. I have never met a helpful or friendly person there. I can say with 1,000 percent certainty that I will never shop in their store again!!!

I went to the port Charlotte promenade mall today around 530 p.m and was not satisfied with the employees one who of which accused me of stealing when I was simply smelling candles! And another woman who was very rude to my mother I dont appreciate the unprofessional and inpersonable attitudes we received today.

Great deals, but I have to say that they have some of the rudest employees including their managers. (Do they train them to be like that?) Its not just one store either. Maybe someone should sit down and have a talk to the companys president.
