It was ok. Didnt really look around cause they didnt have what I wanted. I asked a worker where something was and they told me maybe and named 3 different aisles. It wasnt in either one.
My family goes here a lot to get groceries! Great inventory of diverse food! Never had a bad experience here! 5/5
Nice clean store. Very helpful when making special requests and ordering items in bulk
Great Whole Foods in a good location. Parking is free and plentiful. Because of the pandemic, everything in the prepared section (minus the deli cases) is individually wrapped and is grab and go. Sometimes it was a little hard to find the vegan stuff stacked among the non vegan stuff, but otherwise a solidly good WF.
The entrance/exit is a bit cumbersome. Would love a selection of ready made that isnt lathered in oil or mayo. Check out the Fat Flush diet and accommodate.
A unique supermarket where you can find specialty items. Fresh produce nicely displayed.
Its WHOLE FOODS. Good selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. Their cooked foods are good but on the expensive side as expected. Never too crowded and everyone seems to follow CDC guidelines. Oh yeah, and if youre an Amazon prime member you can get 10% off select items. Friendly staff.
I went in just to buy a bottle of water and a employee walked me to the exact aisle an show me where the water was. Thats great customer service.
No news here...organic foods... nice produce... High priced meats and fish... Nice bakery... Nice cheese section... Get out your wallet when you shop here
Great time for shopping. Store was not crowded.service was great. Product was excellent quality
I love Whole Foods, and they give youbags for your groceries, others stores are getting so cheap, they dont even use paper bags anymore, I think is hurrible.
Awesome quality grocery and prepared foods!!Bakery section is amazing and a must try!
Delicious smoothies (we got the Drink Your Greens). The cold brew really hits the spot. And wonderful service! Definitely worth the trip for good coffee in Rye.
Good experience. Timely and easy 👌
Beautiful store. Much bigger than Greenwich location. Easy parking.
I love Whole Foods! They are quite on the pricey side but it’s worth it if you want quality. They are the only store that I know of that sells pints of Jeni’s ice cream. It’s about $12 a pint but it will not disappoint. You can find different things here that you normally wouldn’t find in a regular supermarket such as beet pasta, homemade soaps, certain types of French cookies, etc just to name a few.
Fabulous produce and and all the other things you love about whole foods. Ive seen dozens of these stores around the country, and this is one of my favorites!
Unlike this one better than the one in Greenwich. Theres more space and it feels a bit more modern. Getting out of the parking lot is also easier.
Excellent customer service, nice and clean also provide gloves sanitizer ect. Thats a plus
Some rep are helpful while others are not.
Great selection of organic vitamins and I get an extra 10% off sales item since Im an Amazon Prime member!
Good peopleand good food
I don’t normally write bad reviews but this is a warning. Several customers NOT wearing masks or wearing them around their chins. Employees can’t enforce because they themselves DON’T social distance and I saw one employee behind the meat counter with his mask around his chin helping a customer with no mask. The kicker was a woman not wearing a mask holding the soaps up to her nose and putting them back!! That is gross under normal circumstances. I didn’t pull a “Karen”. I simply notified the employees. I stocked up because I am not going there until there is a vaccine. A Covid hospital stay can cost $20k with insurance. Just wear the darn mask.
Amazing as always! Fish dept service was outstanding
The beer cooler is amazing.
We’re being informed that starting March 1st they will no longer provide a bag for your order without an extra charge. Most people’s expectation when you go shopping is that built into the price - and Wholefoods prices are not cheap- that a bag will be included to cart your goods home. Have we gotten so far to the extreme to be expected to always remember to bring some sort of shopping bag from home?? I will be spending my money in supermarkets that will be willing to provide a bag when you patronize the place and not be included as an added charge.
Ok visit. I usually leave missing something on my list. Found GF pizza dough flour today. Hope it works out for dinner.
Great product I found what I needed easy so it made shopping quicker. Staff are helpful. Great
I love great food and great staff.
Pretty great market. Recently theyve added self-checkout, which is good in this era of social distancing.
Lots of good, healthy choices and many different varieties of brands ...
Always have beyond meat sausages for us vegans.... my husband can order his standing rib roast. The staff is always helpful and I’m a prime member so seeing the discounts at the cash register is fun. The organic options are extensive and the non-dairy milks!! I discovered Ripple milk there 9g of protein per serving! Even my sons who are cow milk consumers have switched over.
Always well stocked and clean. More expensive than other local stores, but due to most items being organic.
A fair number of customers not wearing masks. And, several staff members with masks half on their faces (noses exposed). This is the opposite of what right now would encourage a perception of safety. Will go back to Balduccis.
Expensive but very good.
Good quality.
Whole foods does not stand by their products. I brought back an item (packaged by Whole Foods) that spoiled BEFORE the due date. They said that I needed my receipt for the item or they would not exchange it for a fresh product. This is unacceptable. I will not shop at Whole Foods again.
Awesome selections and display of products.I was able to quickly find the sodium Free bread I had been searching for at other stores with no success.Wonderful shopping experience.NeverEver have I experienced a line at check out. Cashiers are the best !Now for the cons:This place is Amazon owned and there is no way in hell the prices of the Hot food area should be that high. I went with the mentality of “u get what u pay for” it was the wrong decision. Too salty or absolutely no flavor. They should have a taste station if they are going to charge prices like that.Just my experience.
Had many of the products that I needed. Prices of items seen in other stores were definitely more costly. Good service and a clean store.
Great go to place for fast healthy food.
Good enough but a little better staff training on product selection and location would be helpful
Pleasant staff and great to deal with
So sick of the nasty, borderline hostile attitude from some of the cashiers here. Listen, I don’t expect chipper, but there is absolutely no need to roll your eyes when I ask you to scan my Prime app, then act put out when I question if the self scanner is working after you refused to help me. Also, leaving me to scramble to pack my own bags while you stand there impatiently waiting for me to pay is a nice touch. Starting to scan the next customer after items were left to bag so they commingled together was the cherry on top. This is definitely not the first time I’ve encountered nastiness here, and it probably won’t be the last if they continue recruiting people who are better suited to working at a prison or the DMV.
The store is big, bright and clean. Theres so many wholesome options and everything is easy to find. Weve bought some excellent cakes from the bakery. It has everything a normal supermarket would have, except with a natural twist and an air of superiority. The prices are a bit higher as a result, but if youre willing to spend, the quality is apparent. Also, the staff is very nice and helpful any time Ive needed assistance.
Always well stocked and organized. Plenty of parking. Nice staff.
Always is.excellent
Best Whole foods I have been to!! Very organized, staff very helpful, and the parking is available always. Be careful of the stay home Moms!! they may have forgot how to drive!! a few almost ran right into me and never apologized, they just continued to move on with their day.
Medium sized store. Its what you would expect from a Whole Foods while still remaining unremarkable. Best redeeming quality is the Starbucks next door.
Pricey, but always clean and stocked fully!
Great services
It’s a COVID microcluster orange zone!
Lovely, concerned check out person
It was a good experience
Free parking lot with ample parking. Always clean. Pleasant employees. Good variety of items. Ready made/hot foods are good!
Excellent variety in every department. Great salad bar and hot food bar. Lots of choices and everything is the highest quality. Walk through beer cooler offers many craft brews and old standards.
Love everything about this store. But the parking lot is s nightmare. It needs signs and one way options so people can drive safer. It’s always an issue getting in to the lot. The barriers are to long so that it’s impossible to make turns without compromising the cars coming out from the lot. The openings are to tight. Small changes as errors pointing the traffic in and out would help. Most parking lots are much better planned then this one. Small changes can make a huge difference and the whole experience would be safer and easier. It needs to be improved so that things can run smoother. Hoping this can be done before the holiday season.
Nice and clean. Taking social distance measures.
Great place. Love the help and attention
Awesome
Very friendly staff and managers. Always clean and fresh food. Good deals for prime members. I’ve been pleasantly surprised!!!
They are great! Starting with the exotic fruits they keep bringing (I think there is no fruit on earth they didn’t have at some point), through the clean and organized place, to the ready to eat food they offer, this is with no doubt my proffered location when I need to shop for food.Almost never needed to wait more than 5 minutes for a spot at the line, and always helping and welcoming people. With that being said, they can reduce their prices a little, I am sure they will do so much better. But even if they won’t, I will still come here…
Why does this supposedly environmentally conscious store throw out any extra smoothie? I have a cold and was craving some hydration tonight. When I asked if I could have extra left in blender after pouring in cup, hostile woman immediately put blender in sink and smirked. When I asked why she would waste perfectly good smoothie she said, we don’t have a way to charge you extra so we destroy it. This would never have happened at pre Bezos WF. Hostile staff. Poor management
One of the better places around for produce. Clean store with full shelves. I could almost enjoy food shopping here. Store personnel are friendly.
At the intersection of i-95 and i-287 this Whole Foods location is very easy to pop into. The parking lot can be difficult to navigate at peak times but the fact that the parking is free and you dont have to get a ticket validated (like in White Plains) make it worth the visit. The produce section is always well stocked, and you can grab a coffee or a fresh pressed juice here before carrying on with your shopping. The seafood and fresh butcher selections are plentiful and there is a fantastic walk-in beer cooler that cant be missed. It features a lot of local as well as specialty imports and craft beer and ciders. The cheese shop has a great selection and are always happy to give a sample. Custom made sandwiches, a fantastic wood fired Peruvian chicken, and a pizza stand adorn the wall nearest the bakery. The salad bar and hot entrees by the Lb. options are plentiful albeit pricey. Worth the visit for the quality meat/seafood/produce but too expensive to do an entire shopping trip.
Good products especially vegan mayonnaise. Good customer service. Amazing lunch options at hot, salad, pickle, olive and pizza bars. Fun trip for the fam.
Clean clean clean bathrooms and wholesome foods. They need more vegan baked goods but I need to lose pds anyway
I find it to be one of the nicer Whole Foods...quite large, usually well stocked....parking can be unfun ...but the store people are so helpful
Great Whole Foods location its right off the highway, Love all the organic food selections. They have an Excellent food buffet..The Hot Soups are deliciouse..Produce selection Awsome....Wheelchair accessible...Always a staff member avail to Help!! Large Parking area..Bus Stop outside of Shopping Center...
Poor selection and everything is overpriced.
Seems that this place has been completely remodeled since the last time Ive been in there. They took over a location that had another grocery store at the time. There was a lingering butcher shop kind of smell. The new remodel is open and very bright. It actually loold nicer than some of the other while good locations in the area even though this is a much smaller location.
An awesome place to go grocery shopping. The service is great. The selection of organic products is the best in town.
Love this place.
Great service and good products
Best Whole Foods in lower westchester! Nice variety of everything basically! The best place to buy fresh and decent produce! Always clean and the workers are so friendly and helpful. Huge hot food area, sandwiches and pizzas are delicious.
Friendly and helpful staff. Seafood/meat departments are great. This store is easier to get in and out of compared to the one in White Plains which has limited parking.
So bad customer service. I really expected better from Whole foods. Sad..
Disappointed that turkeys were gone already, bar a few oversized ones
This is a pretty big store and has lots of great options. The bakery and florist area are both well manned. The hot and cold lunchs could be better but all in all, a good place to grocery shop.
Excellent food quality. seafood and meat in particular
Big and bright
Small but nice place!
A clean well stocked and organized store. Wholesome produce. Less junk, more value.
I just purchased an $11 Pumpkin pie. I have eaten this my entire life and it is my favorite, but the Pumpkin pie from the bakery department is beyond awful. I had one slice and I cant believe how horrible it is. What a waste of money.
Wonderful store to enjoy your shopping. Has everything you could need. Try them and you will enjoy you shopping!
This Whole Foods is smaller and rather dreary. Maybe it is the super high prices that puts everyone in a bad mood. I often wonder why the atmosphere in nearby Trader Joes is so much more cheerful. There is a reasonable organic food selection at nosebleed prices (I didnt know lettuce heads could be grown so small). I prefer getting my fish and meat at Fairway Stanford. There is a reasonable bulk section and the new pricing on eggs is competitive. The cheese selection is OK but also extremely expensive. Lets face it, While Foods its just not a fun place to visit but there are a limited amount of groceries that they have that I cant get anywhere else so I still go.
First impression was excellent! Really nice decor and a cool bar at the end of the room cool background music fun!
The best Whole Foods, by far. A great place for food, vibe and food area is perfect to do work.
Opened in October 2013 so things are all new and nice. This location has the typical layout but includes some nice food service in addition to the standard food bars. Parking at this location is also easier than White Plains (and free!).
Very good affordable market . Good food products . But not everything I need is need . I always need to go to a second store to find my other half of groceries. To me this is not my to go store.
Great selection of food and hard to find culinary items.
Ive been a regular customer of wf since they opened. I buy my weekly groceries and go to the hot food bar during my hour break, at first when I started going the food seemed fresh and they had different varieties of food in the hot food bar but from a few months back the food in the hot food bar is always dry or empty and its always the same. So I went a couple of days ago and got some broccoli from the hot food bar and a few other stuff and when I was about to eat I decided to cut the broccoli in half and when I see it was filled with small insects all over the broccoli. I was disgusted and angry i couldnt believe what I was seeing. After that I spoke to the manager and he said that they usually wash it good, well apparently not. So upsetting.
Great food selection but that parking lot dies not invite return visits.
Getting better as Amazon is making changes;, if youre looking to get something to eat for lunch or dinner there is a pretty good prepared foods selection, but the prices for regular groceries is insane. Its always packed though. In a high-income area with Stop N Shop as the alternative, people will pay endless amounts of money to be anywhere but there I guess.
Wonderful place with wonderful organic options! Just be careful because they dont only sell organic... So know your labels!! Of course just like most WFM they are expensive, but always offer a coupon book!
Solid five star operation. From floor staff to cashiers to customer service. All phases of the buying experience are well served.
Nicely merchandisedMost of the produce is fresh. Good selection of meats and cheese. Gluten-free baked goods are also available.
Always good. They were better before Amazon took over
Best While Foods in Westchester.
