Westchester Fences installed beautiful wrought iron railings to three stone pillars on upper my back patio awhile ago. After years passed, one of the top end piece of the railing became separated from the iron cap on only one stone pillar.I called and spoke to Steve at Westchester Fences and explained my situation. Steve was very nice on the phone and promised to send out one of his workers to fix it with no change to me. To my pleasant surprise, a week later Richie from Westchester Fences arrived! Richie was very polite and did a great job in reconnecting the two pieces. I highly recommend them this company. Thank you Steve and Richie!!

Just called for a quote on our condo complex, and was immediately dismissed because its too much of a hassle. Terrible customer service and didnt seem to want to even listen to me or give me a quote. Dont waste your time.

Westchester fences gave me a very fair price and did a great job installing a beautiful fence around my rather large piece of property. Fast forward a few years and one of the panels had fallen down. They promptly came out, noticed a pressure-treated post had failed which can but rarely happens in this case. They fixed the fence quickly and at no charge. What more can you ask for than a company that stands by their product? Can highly recommend them for any fencing needs you may have.

Yes, nice install but will not come to fix when anything breaks. They wont even give you return call after major install
