Terrible service. I understand they are only doing pick-up but I was outside and wanted to see a color swatch to buy some paint and the person said they couldn’t bring me a color swatch outside the door.

The employees here are great, but the store is never open. Ive tried to buy paint three or four times now during regular business hours, only to find the front door locked. What gives?EDIT: The reply Sherwin Williams wrote completely ignores the point—that the store isnt open DURING their stated hours, as I originally wrote.

Its funny, because everyone who works here is lovely! But they cant ever help me, because, as far as I can tell, this store is open maybe once a year. In the six times Ive gone, spread over multiple months, hours, and days, the doors have been open twice despite all lights being on and it being normal business hours during which the store has posted open hours. Is this a nightclub? Does it actually operate on Greenwich Mean Time? Unclear! But I am officially giving up attempting to buy paint from here. Good luck, all of you!

This is a one stop shop for all professional painters and homeowners alike. The staff is very courteous and helpful and you feel welcome when you step in the store regardless of how busy they are. Rich the manager is a very knowledgeable person who goes out of his way to help customers. I highly recommend this local paint store.

Knowledgeable staff and a great selection that beats the big box stores. If you need paint and paint supplies - especially if youre a professional - then I shouldnt have to tell you that SW is the place to go.

Staff is all factory trained, and they can get answers for things they dont know from company experts -- a big difference from Benjamin Moore outlets (and the big box stores).

Good place but sometimes theres only one person attending, so 5 mins in the store can turn into 15 mins.
