My family wishes we could give more than 5 stars! For many years, we’ve been loyally coming to this Verizon location with any issue and question, all for the incredible service! Most recently, to purchase the latest phones (Which we’d be clueless about on our own! We’re not AT ALL technology savvy over here!) We want to give a special shout-out to Sean, the store manager and McCartney! One word - Phenomenal! Attentive, thorough, pleasant attitudes and very patient! Im old school enough that I want see and touch something before I buy it, especially when spending $1k for technology. Big mistake to go here. There were nothing but screw-ups and problems in upgrading my phone. They said I had to change plans and required me to buy two accessories in order to get the deal on the phone. It took nearly 4 hours to complete the transaction and get new phone loaded. I immediately had to return to the store to get a new sim card because the brand new phone could not make a call. The new plan wasnt set up properly and it took another three or four hours with Verizon and Verizon security to get everything sorted out. Then I got the bill - not the $10 /month increase they lead me to believe, but a 50% increase in monthly charges. More time needed to work that out with Verizon. In the future, I will go to a company store instead of a reseller.
Walked in to ask about a new phone for our daughters birthday, and these guys were truly AMAZING! Andre and Sean deserve TEN stars for their impeccable customer service. Would recommend this store for all of your Verizon needs. KUDOS!!!

Astonishingly bad customer service.
Somehow, I was blocked from using my old I Phone 6 and decided I needed a new phone. I felt very comfortable entering the store. I was greeted by Andre D, who I sensed knew I was so frustrated by my old phone. Andre was wearing a mask and listened to me. He tried everything he could to help me unlock my phone. I will never give security questions that I cant remember the exact answer. Andre made sure that he used paper towels that he had sprayed with a disinfectant anytime he handed me something. He worked with me on understand the changes with the new phone from my old relic. I do ok with technology for someone my age, but my granddaughter does roll her eyes a lot. Andre was very kind! I love my new red I Phone 11. Thanks Andre.

They were very helpful. I needed more data and a new charger. They explained the various data plans. And they sold me a very good charger for my tablet. I was totally satisfied. They were friendly and helpful and I didnt have to wait at all for service. I was able to park right in front of location too.
Their sales associate Anthony is going places. He broke out the calculator and paper and worked with me to make sure I throughly understood all of my plan options, put up with all of my critical questions, and spent extra time searching for every possible discount that could be tacked on to my new phone. Anthony will help you out!Also, their other associate Mark has some great shoes. Check them out the next time you need some phone assistance. Its fancy up in there.
Marco and their store manager Anthony was amazing. They took their time explaining everything. They offered me this device called Hum that is great. It will show me exactly what is wrong with my car and send emergency assistance to my exact location if I get in an accident. Very friendly people. I will refer everyone that I know to this store.
Absolute worst experience at a cell phone store. DONT COME HERE. I needed a new phone to replace my lost one. The salesperson also had some other equipment that I didnt need or want, and she told me I wouldnt have to pay for it if I didnt use or activate it, that it was on special since it was an old model. Now Im stuck with a bill because I (stupidly) relied on her advice instead of carefully reading the contract... I was in a rush to get my phone and leave for an appointment. The subsequent person I talked with was incredibly rude and refused to put me through to a manager or take the equipment back. I have never experienced such poor service. Again DO NOT GO HERE!!! FIND A VERIZON CORP. STORE. I think theres one at the mall.

This store is dishonest. Beware! When I showed up all I wanted was to add was a new line with a new phone. The salesperson stated clearly that I only have to pay the sales tax on the phone and the rest of the cost of the phone will be added to my monthly payments. He clearly stated that I get accessories included at no extra charge. He then makes me sign on the signature pad 3 times without turning his monitor to show me what Im signing. Never ever be a victim of this practice. The signature keypad is quite a trick. He then puts the receipt in the bag upside down so you dont see the breakdown. I trust people too much so I did not check. When I got home, I found fraudulent charges that were added to my total. I went back to cancel the whole transaction. Then the manager charged me $65 to cancel the whole transaction. So where is the free 14 day satisfaction guarantee? It is not!I went the next day to the corporate store at the Collection in Oxnard. From now on, I will only deal with corporate stores. DO NOT DEAL WITH RETAIL STORES. The only way they can stay in business is to add hidden charges and penalties. I had a very pleasant and honest transaction at corporate and they themselves, stated that its best to deal with corporate stores only. I have yet to see a retail store that does not add hidden charges on your account. I was not unhappy because the corporate store ended up giving me back the $65 loss that GOWIRELESS charged me by reducing my monthly plan which turned out to be much higher than the $65 loss that this store ripped me off.
Anthony was incredible. I am new to smart phones but he took the time to show me how to use it. I highly recommend going to this store and seeing Anthony because he will go out of his way to help you.
All military beware of this store, there were many misleading info that the staff provided to you. I m stuck with a huge bill that they claimed they will pay but they will push you off until you missed suspense. Then, they will blame you Customer for being irresponsible. Also, there were few anger staff that would talked you down and being unprofessional. I will continue to spread the word about not going to this Third party Verizon. They are not the real branch and they can get away with many things. Instead, go straight to the big branch. Google the nearby store then you will see one. Theres one near Target.
The guy working alone on Sunday 1/7/18 did a fabulous job transferring my data from an old phone to a new phone and setting up the new phone perfectly for me. He was very knowledgable, personable and extremely efficient. I give him A+++++. The cost for all his help was only $20. He was worth a lot more.

Hi my name is Michelle and Im at the Verizon store today and Tabitha the girl that works at the Verizon store on Channel Islands was amazing first of all she help me out with my old phone getting the voice messages off and redirecting them and then managed just sell me a brand new phone which is amazing its hard to explain because Im talking on it for the first time but I think shes really very confident helpful and managed to help 3 people at the same time you also give me time to go to the store for a minute and then come back while she transferred all my stuff in my contacts and information I just want to say thank you to Verizon for having her as an employee and you have a great day and I will be back if I have any problems and look for her when she is working thank you
Just finished another most helpful session with this Verizon store. Angel was the tech’s name. As a senior citizen it means so much to have a caring staff in any business most especially with our life line, our phone. I recommend my community “The Colony at Mandulay Bay”rouse this store. Also, they never try and over sell products.
Went into this store for a new charge cord, the manager to me I had enough coupons in my Verizon account (27 year customer) to qualify for a free tablet and a new upgrade phone for my wife. He said he would throw the cord, I went in for, for free.He said all I had to pay was the $11 tax on the tablet, everything else was on the coupon upgrade. I couldnt believe the deal so I insisted on a printout of my current bill $218 and my new devices expected bill $220.I said how can you do this ? He said he could do it because he is the manager! And I that I had enough coupons from 27 years. Now Im getting billed for the full price of the tablet $299 and the new phone.I told him I was on a road trip and Ill wait until I get back home . . He said the coupons would expire before I got home.I called Verizon to see if there was a mistake on the billing, there wasnt. He conned the wrong person. This sales person has an injured left eye, I think his name is Tony but not sure.Im letting the executive managers at Verizon handle this fraud.
I will never go to this Verizon store in my life the Manger Anthony. Talked down to my wife making her fill dumb and cry. First he said that he cant return her phone because there are no more iPhone 7s available and to go to a corporate store. Every corporate store he sent her to said she can only do it at this store cause she bought it from there and the manager should know this. Then one of the corporate stores calls them not saying who they are asking for a iPhone 7 to see if they have it in Stock. They said they do so my fiancee went back to the store then he says all of the sudden the phone has water damage and he cant take it. I went to 3 othere Verizon stores and they said they would return it and there is no water damage. This place is terrible never go here. Go to a direct Verizon store instead.

Deceitful; more so inept.Verizon is just too big for its own good, allowing these Authorized Dealers to act like cartoon level, sleazy used car salesman... willing to pull whatever tricks they can to get the sale.After spending two hours in store trying to figure out my account (another Verizon store was just stoopid stupid) the ditsy sales girl literally pleaded please give me the sale after this.. my manager will be upset I wasted so much time on you ... she also spent twenty minutes arguing some basic math (her manager was able to answer my question in about 45 seconds, confirming the deal was nowhere close to what she was promising).. after which she told me lol, sorry I told you that you need to listen before.. but you really do just need to listen... For some reason, probably fatigued from 2+ hours of idiocy, I decided to try and give them the sale by asking if they could match BestBuys black Friday discount on the S8 & Note8. Chloe & Manager Chris confirmed, we would get $350 off each device and shortly after we walked out with new phones.A day later I notice my next bill shows full price for the monthly payment on each device. Call in, Chloe is super short... Yea it takes 1-3 months for the discount to show up... anything else I can help you with?? Thats anoying, probably should have been mentioned before.. but OK. I ask if she can provide any kind of receipt at all with our agreed upon price, to which I was told that I would have to contact billing for that.Couple days later, log into My Verizon and check my recent documents. My installment loan agreement shows full price.. call in and speak with a very nice rep. The billing rep is confused and calls the Oxnard store.. tells me that Chloe no longer works there and the manager was very short; said he had already spoken with me. The billing rep goes on to say there is no record of any discount on my bill, and that she had never heard of Verizon price matching these contracts. Ultimately ends up putting a note on my account to waive the re-shelving fee when I go back in.Today Ive called the Oxnard store about 5-6 times, starting at 2:30PM, trying to reach the manager Chris. He never did call me back..Time for Google Fi.

This place is rude and very unprofessional. The old guy especially, He does not know what he is talking about and extermly rude. I walked in and kindly asked for a Iphone 6 sim card. His reply was, in a very rude tone, Iphone 6 dont have sim cards and when I stated I was a Iphone 6 owner and they do have sim cards he replied well if our iphones do have sim cards we do not carry them in the store I dont understand how this makes sence, because in order to activate a Iphone 6 from verizon, as well as, revieve 4g LTE you need the sim card. I then kindly told him customer service sent me to ask for a sim card. And he stated well we are a Franchise and for you it would be $10 wait I thought you didnt have sim cards in your store. Very rude and wouldnt recommend giving them your your money.

Zero star we went there for a upgrade and should be $140 per month but at the end of the month my bill came up to be $350 we went back to ask and they told me they gonna take care of it but instead of that they just told me to wait and it’s been 3 month now and I have to pay a late fee that little guy in there told me don’t come back again their not Verizon.
