I have always found the pharmacist and staff to be very helpful. Accommodating. Even though it’s an extremely busy pharmacy they have always treated me with dignity and respect. During this time of Covid it is difficult for all healthcare providers and I appreciate their time and their service. I am a nurse practitioner and would refer my patients to this pharmacy especially since they offer mail delivery.
No one is answering the phone! Finally got through once, they transfered me to the pharmacy and AGAIN no one answered the phone! Its 11:23 am on a Monday and now 3 individuals I had talked into getting the vaccine wont do it because they dont feel its being done correctly. They dont understand why they cant walk in to their nearest pharmacy & immediately get vaxxed and due to the phones never being answered they changed their minds. 😫 common people, please do better!
I called due to the Dr at urgent care telling me that he prescribed my daughter an antihistamine that he sent to the pharmacy already. I called and waited twice for a total of 45+ minutes only to have a horrible woman answer my call just 5 minutes ago. I attempted to explain I was simply trying to see if the medication could be transferred closer to my home as we just recently moved. I was cut off, asked my DOB(because she clearly didn’t pay attention when I said I was calling for my daughter), and asked what medication I was calling for? I informed her that I was attempting to explain I did not know as the doctor never mentioned but she cut me off before I could explain my call. She then said this is an over the counter allergy medicine! I said “okay, what over the counter medicine is it that he sent over as a requested prescription? As he the Doctor did not tell me the name.”, She responded “I said it is over the counter medicine!” I again informed her I understand but what is the name of the medicine as the Dr never said! She again said it is over the counter! it’s Allegra and you buy it over the counter!” I then grew very upset with her attitude so I told her, “I said the doctor did not tell me the medication so that is why I am asking but you want to be rude and insisting it is an over the counter medicine rather just giving me the name until just now.” I was hung up on because she didn’t like receiving a taste of her own medicine and some getting upset at her horrible behavior. Lack of customer service and if you feel it necessary in having such an ugly attitude towards people then you shouldn’t be in a customer service position! This is one of many occasions this location has been horrible, the last time it was a night supervisor (Daniel) who although standing in line with him talking about some trip with two pharmacy staff he started closing down the gate and I told him I had been there listening to his entire conversation and he was now being rude to close the gate at the exact time as I was already standing there waiting. When I called him out on his behavior he said he was a manager and didn’t need to hear me and walked away. Horrible customer service at this location! If I could give no stars I would.
Incredibly slow and incompetent service. After waiting in different lines for 20 minutes, lost my prescription bottle with pills in a matter of feet across their counter. Changing pharmacy now…
CVS pharmacy in Port Hueneme, Ca is so bad it should be closed. Waiting time on hold is in excess of 30 minutes. Staff is so rude as to be uncivil. There is no customer service unless you call the nice ppl at corporate. Very dangerous place. If you value your health, dont use this pharmacy. Nasty, nasty incompetence. Horrible ppl. Horrible service. Shut it down.
The people in the pharmacy are rude and obnoxious, and don’t know what courtesy is. The corporate office needs to clean house and hire all new people in the entire store. And new pharmacist it took them 2 days to fill a prescription with 2 pills. I have never been to a cvs that is run the way this one is.
Short staffed. Still advertising Moneygram with a giant sign in the front window and in moneygrams website. Need to update and restock desperately
Used to be my go-to however as of lately the pharmacy wait times have been at least 30-45+ minutes. Only 1-2 clerks in the back if you’re lucky. Have been hung up on multiple times when calling for assistance. Overall unprofessional and rude. Switched my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.
Checked in at the drop off counter for my vaccine twenty minutes ago. Went to sit behind the blue screen per their instructions. Certain they forgot about me…. Went back to counter to ask when they estimated I would be assisted and the young guy and the pick up counter only responded “I don’t know” uhhhh okay, poor customer service in pharmacy.
The pharmacy gets 5 stars for service and while it engenders confidence, the rest of the store is one big depressing eyesore. Particularly compared to the newly renovated Rite Aid a few hundred yards up the street. Update your store or risk losing customers who prefer a more appealing shopping experience.
I like this cvs, its close to me.
This cvs is getting worse and worse as far as customer service is concerned. I understand we are all in a tough time right now but that’s no excuse to be rude to customers. The cashier was horrible. I have also noticed that this cvs doesn’t like to answer their phone. It rings forever and no one is picking up. I stood in line for a good 30 mins and they answered the phone once. Very unprofessional
I am really upset by my last visit to CVS and when I say last I mean last. Because never in my years of going to this CVS have I ever experienced what I experienced tonight. As soon as I walked through the door I was followed everywhere by the security guard. If I could leave a 0 star review I would. I will never be coming back.
Multiple phone calls...multiple hang ups by staff.
I will never go anywhere else. Customer service is the best at the pharmacy.
Really happy with CVS pharmacy. EZ prescription refills, knowledgeable & helpful staff. I feel like they care about my health and well being.
It was good as always
Best Pharmacy around, the staff is wonderful. As for customer service at the register not so great but its a nice place for all your over the counter needs. Offers coupons and discounts every week and is nicely remodeled inside for easier access for disabled people.
They work hard. Great Pharmacist !
The pharmacy at this location seems to be pretty relaxed and willing to help. Even one of the guys that works here is very very nice. unfortunately these good experiences are overshadowed by two older women that seem to always be running the registers at the front of the store. Both women seem like they do not want to be there and more importantly do not like the each other or their customers. I have great experiences in the store with people I interact with but everytime I get to the register it is completely obliterated by the sour attitude of these two women. Recently my card was declined because some money had not gone through and the look I got from one of them was as if she didnt even believe I had money. I wish that there was a closer CVS to me because I would attend that one but unfortunately I am subjected to the sour grapes of this CVS.
This pharmacy is absolute garbage. About half of the staff actually are willing to help while the other half are contemplating whether they should breathe and blink simultaneously. Their customer service is sickening. They need a real management check and realize they are there to serve and aid people.
Have never had but the very best customer service from this pharmacy. To the super-critical I would say: (1) Honey catches more flies than vinegar. (2) Have YOU ever worked in retail customer service?
The woman behind the pharmacy counter is a moron. After waiting 5 minutes for her to have a loud, dramatic gossipy conversation with a fellow employee about another employee, she finally turned to me to help me with the Rx I was picking up. I then also asked her if they had blood sugar monitors. She said, “THE DIABETES MACHINES are right there on that aisle.” I went to where she directed me to three shelves full of BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORS and stood for a long time wondering if she thinks blood pressure monitors are “diabetes machines.”I went back and another employee overheard what she was saying and directed me to the blood sugar monitors on another shelf. By then I was not interested in seeking further help from this pharmacy so I opted not to get one. I also opted not to get another $29 item I had picked up and just payed for my prescription and left. I will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy before next month when I get this one refilled.
Pretty clean store. Most all of the staff is friendly except for one lady. Dont know what he rproblem is! Other than that everyone is nice and they always smile.
Typical CVS store. Its fine, some items out of stock
This pharmacy is awful. I have been coming here for 15+ years and I finally transferred my prescriptions out. I had a prescription filled for nearly quadruple the dosage and could have had fatal side effects had I not caught the error, and I had a newborn at the time. When I informed them of the error, they were less than apologetic. I recently went to get my prescription I take daily and was informed it wasn’t being made anymore and was given a completely different medication. I was never contacted or notified of this and was not even offered a generic as an alternative. So fed up, there is no sense of urgency or attention to detail, especially for those that rely on daily medication to survive. Will not be coming here again.
This was the worst experience I have had getting a prescription filled. First they lost the prescription when my Vet called it in, after waiting for an hour they finally figured that out. Then I had to have the Vet call it in again. Day 2: This time they received the prescription, but were too incompetent to figure out who the Vet was, waited another 45 minutes before they told me they were closing and did not have the time to call the Vet to confirm the prescription. WHAT? Ive been standing here for 45 minutes, you have seen me standing here, we have been discussing the prescription and this is what you tell me? Day 3: Next morning went back, I waited for another flippen hour for them to figure out what to do (different pharmacist), rather than just picking up the dang phone and calling the hospital to confirm the doctors name, etc. Then after all that, they finally filled the prescription and then refused to accept the GoodRX coupon I have been using for the last year to get this medicine and ended up charging me 4x what I normally pay. This place is a disaster. I am moving out here from Indiana and have never encountered such behind the counter incompetence and complete lack of customer service. My family is plagued with auto-immune disorders and we clock in at close to $900 a month in medications (that includes our pets as well), needless to say, I will absolutely be taking my business elsewhere. You guys just lost a very lucrative customer!
I am thoroughly convinced that this is the worst CVS in America. I have never been compelled to write a negative review for any company, but this is too much. Much of the staff are rude, impatient, and they arent putting any effort into fixing it from what Ive seen. It may be due to the fact that they are understaffed to the limit.. Im not exactly sure. For example, their Money Gram service (receive) has been out of order for three months now. I would expect that this companys leadership would reconsider how some locations of theirs are run if they took some time to review this store. As for the pharmacy itself, I have nothing negative to review in this department as I dont use CVS pharmacy for prescriptions.
Fast friendly pharmacy. Texts messages when ur meds r ready for pick up.
I called to check on my cancer medicine that i refill every 2 weeks and the lady Sooni from the pharmacy was very rude and had major attitude apparently she couldnt find my information in the system and ive been going there for 4 years. I asked to look up my last name and she said No she could not and demand a prescription number which i did not have at hand since i was not at home. CVS needs to teach their pharmacy employees customer sevice.
Easy access for quick pick up of items.
Great great pharmacy service! Polite and quick!
Its at least 30+ min, just to drop off a prescription off here. Pharmacy workers are unapologetically slow.
Horrible Customer service. When you call, they have an attitude.Thats not it.A lady there is so rude when she speaks, its as if you popped her car tires or something. Its actually happened more than 1 occassion.
Geez Im such a piece of shyt
Consistently (for over 6 months) the most backed up, unorganized pharmacy I have ever used after living in 10 different cities.
This is the worst pharmacy ever. Dont ever go there. Customer service sucks
Absolutely horrible. I needed to transfer my prescription and I called twice, talked to someone both times, and they never transferred my script. Never called me, nothing.
Consistent!
Awesome
They have it all
Lots of variety.
