Very friendly and helpful employees at this store! Its also much easier to locate them than any of the other stores visited.My husband and I now prefer shopping at this branch versus the others nearby. While they may not have the huge selection compared to the others; their cheerful professionalism more than makes up for it! Weve spent more time and money here as a result of it. Great stuff!

The store had a pretty limited selection of products. Many furniture didnt have the prices on them and one has to ask María who is ultra kind.

Bought a bed for my daughter she is very happy with the bed and they sent me a discount coupon so I bought a frame and headboard for her also cant beat their prices.

Such nice people work at the Channel Islands store in Port Hueneme ca. Im a bit taken a back when they acknowledge each customer and ask if you need help finding anything. Very Impressive!

This is the best store in channel islands!!!! Its so clean and the staff is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!I prefer this Big Lots than any other that Ive been too.Ive had an issue and the stores manager, Stephaine, handled it very professionally and ensured I was happy. Id recommend her and hire her if I could.

Really like this place for getting food and other basics, but we probably wont visit again for a while since our car died on our trip home. It overheated and now wont start.

This is the most impressive Big Lots I have ever been to. Extremely clean and staff extremely helpful. Its on the smaller side for a Big Lots, but good selection of products. Most staple items I look for have an expiration date farther out than any other store I have been to.

New to the area. Have lived here only a couple of months but have utilized this store more than once and they are cool people here. If you dont have a Big Lots Rewards Card like I didnt, theyll hook you up with theirs until you can get set up with your own. This place is close to my house and its got a lot of good things. Ill always come here. 😁

Could be good. Low prices but no one around to help. I wanted to buy s cute cheaply made dresser and would have left without it had l not grabbed someone. They told me to come back tomorrow like l was going back for fun. Not a chance. The guy too lazy to help put it in my car found out l am not easy. How stupid was that as in yes, stupid on his part. I own the white dresser. Not good help

Me and my family bought some new couches from this big lots that are excellent and are holding up nicely and look great! Very pleased with the purchase and price for the couches and they were very nice helping us load them.

Prices have gone up for no reason and their inventory seams a bit skimpy.

They always have everything I need at a good price

Lots of parking lines are usually not long. Everyone is nice.

My only pet peeve is that prices are almost never on and it’s like they try to put too many things on the floor. It just looks sloppy. Ppl are nice though n helpful.

Always has unbeatable prices on a lot of their stuff. The staff can be hit or miss. sometimes they are great other times they act like they dont want to be there.

Its a typical Big Lots. Their cashiers were very friendly and patient (gift card issues...), and I was impressed with some of the deals we found-- spices super cheap, nicer bodywash for $4, and their holiday boxes looked awesome.

It was overall great expiernce a few associates asked me if they could help with look for anything. However they did not have what I was looking for. For the area, this big lots location is never overly busy (with tons of ppl) I would advise going here if you would like to avoid a large amt of ppl.

They are very helpful, If the employees see you looking for something they will offer to help you find it. They sell furniture, bedroom items, bathroom items, kitchenware, some food items, cosmetics, outdoor patio furniture theyve got a lot of stuff in there.
