I have a rental property near here and cameto do a walk through, came unprepared, needed a small container of lubricating spray to loosing window screens from frames and a cheap screw driver. Paid $ 8. Instead of $2 normally had at the Dollar Store next door.But Ace makes keys, and re screens if you go very early or pick up next day. Not expensive. Small but I think youll find most items.

Knowledgeable employees. Very helpful. Any time I need something, they go above and beyond. Made me a key copy in literally 2 seconds. Great place for screws. They have it all. Love this store.

Helpful place and service?? Bah Humbug. Would not let me walk the aisles, said limited number of people in the store. I can understand that; but why not form a line outside like other places do. If you cant walk around how do they expect to make any money?? Cutting your own throat. I wont ever go to that Ace hardware again, not nice people and they would rather you stay out of the store

Went for something for my house. Got very helpful assistance.

Three employees yelled at me to don my mask as I hit the door. Poor product knowledge. I had to grill them to find inner tubes and wheels for hand trucks & garden carts after they said they didnt carry them.

Great customer service by all of the employees!! Its nice to go into a store and be acknowledged and assisted.

They seem to have more inventory in stock than Lowes and Home Depot.

It was very convenient shopping at this ace hardware store because of the short drive. But they have horrible customer service, specifically from what i think might be the owner or manager. Not shopping here anymore and Ill have to drive across town to lowes or Home depot.

The staff is friendly and you can typically find what you’re looking for. There have been a handful of trips where they didn’t have exactly what I was after. BUT, for its size, this place does well with what they have to work with.

I go here all the time because they have the biggest nuts and bolts selection in oxnard. I highly recommend going here.

This ACE hardware store is great. It is well stocked and has a large varied inventory. I returned an item as well and didnt get any grief over it especially since I had a receipt handy. There is a large parking area since the store is situated in a strip mall. There are large retailers such as Ross, Ralphs, CVS, Chase and a lot of smaller Mom and Pop shops as well. All in all a great shopping experience.

The people here are very nice friendly and will go out of their way to help you in a timely manner, to the best of their ability.

Youll find just about anything you need for your household hardware needs here. The staff is incredibly helpful theyll make sure your needs are met. You dont have to chase the staff down like at other big box stores

I dig this place. Easy to park, super friendly people and great prices. The prices in a lot of areas are lower than Lowes or Home Depot. The only bummer is that they have the tool area chained off. It is not the stores fault but the freaking shoplifters! Give me a break. Rick is always eager to help.They have a great selection of glue as well. The last thing I bought was a modelers exacto knife set. It was $20.00 and came in a little wood box. They also sell energy drinks.

Ace stores are all over and carry mostly the same items with the exception for select merchandis stocked for a specific local demand. This is my first stop when in need for a variety of hardware and household items and now my work has an account there so no more spending 30 minutes trying to find someone to help you at the big box stores. They may not have everything imaginable but this Ace is competitively prices and always well stocked. The location is easy to access and great for those who live in South Oxnard and Port Hueneme. If you live near the Channel Islands Harbor or Port Hueneme Naval Base this place is virtually in your back yard! employees are friendly and want to help you like a good neighbor should. Best of all I like the old-school small hardware store. Same is the main man there and his employees are all awesome in there own way. Remember, these people literally are your neighbors and like most neighbors are no two are alike. Each bring something unique to the table completing this small town hardware store who happens to have a big brand name on the sign outside.

Helpful staff

This is the best it can be. Great owner, son and employees who are gracious and educated on what I am not and best of all willing to share. It is most important to say they reflect the best of all people and their courtesy and wealth of knowledge is exemplary. Love how they treated me with my ignorance watching the rust take my BBQ out. They went over everything and helped make changes. They deliver and put the item together and take away the old one. Hey, who can want more but they do more too! Ill make all my purchases from them from now on!!

Nice sales people greet you close to the door. We were in the for potting soil and specialty light bulbs. I would recommend to locals especially in Port Hueneme off at Channel Blvd.

This store was formerly ACE hardware and was owned by a very nice person. New owner, Sam is a rude jerk. He has cordoned off areas so you need a clerk to look at items such as hand tools or supplies. Guys who work here, Tim & Johnny are always nice and helpful, except thats not enough to get past the new owners rude, aggressive, loud annoying, abrasive self. I now drive to Lowes to avoid this jerk. Ill take my business elsewhere where it is appreciated not expected. The only reason I gave one star was for Tim & Johnny, too bad there stuck with a jerk owner! Otherwise Id give negative stars.

You are always greeted here and given location of what you seek. Good inventory and they are happy to order whatever you need.

Good place to stop on to get single pieces of hardware. The store staff is helpful and the store is nest and clean.

Im very disappointed in Ace Hardware tday & wont GPS back. Just needed an electric cord to make a lamp, they had nothing & didnt really care, told me to Google it as all the grown men who worked there did not even try to help me. Sad!

The staff are so friendly & helpful, they always make me feel welcomed, honestly almost like family.

I would give them 4 stars for being clean and having what I need, when I need it. BUT they close WAY too early. I dont want to drive across town but you are forcing me to shop elsewhere. Check hours before coming!! I saw three people show up and walk away, this was at 4:10 on Sunday. Thats just 10min after closing time and four less sales for them.
