Better than great service. They did not have the microwave I wanted in stock. They would have to order it, 13 day wait. They do price match with the two big box stores in the area, that carry the same microwave. I went to the two other stores. One had a 66 day wait on their order and the other one could not get an order date.Went back to Miller Maytag and order and paid for the microwave I wanted. They are also going to install it once in comes in, it an over the oven microwave, only $85. Thats about $30 cheaper than the big box stores.But the icing on the cake is that they gave me a loaner until my new one comes in.The reason I need a new microwave is that my one and a half year old Kenmore keeps blowing the circuit breaker. Not good.

Just bought a dryer from Millers, great place! They price matched, the sales person was great and best of all was the great, great delivery service. I have purchased some appliances from the big box stores and their delivery service and installation is terrible. I was the delivery and installation. In the future I will be going to Millers for my appliance purchases.

During the pandemic and stay at home orders from the governor our range died. We needed a new range and this store came through for us! We did everything, including the purchase, over the phone and online! They were one of the few stores open and available and the customer service was outstanding!

My new washer was delivered and set up by two men who were very professional about their job. They also fixed the unprofessional job done by a big box store when my dryer was installed. (They had to move the dryer anyway, but they were appalled at the way it was installed. It wasnt even grounded correctly.) I am completely satisfied with Miller Maytag. I will go back!

I needed a part for my sisters washer. They didnt have it in the shop, however after asking where I had come from they had one of their service guys come back to the shop to give us one off of his truck! This went above and beyond in my opinion!

Miller Maytag Home Appliance Center were willing to work with us, he is loaning me a stove until mine comes in, its just that bending over backwards for us, thats why its great to shop local.
