Was referred here for a battery replacement by Oriley’s Auto Parts as the hardware holding my battery in place was too corroded for them to replace my battery there. Jed and his team got me right in, very quickly replaced my battery and was even able to do an impromptu oil change as I was about due for that as well. Very professional, great service, SO FAST, and reasonably priced! Will for sure be back for any future automotive needs! Thank you!!

The only reason I gave this shop a glance is because of their positive reviews. I was glad to find out that the reviews were true! After about five minutes of waiting outside one of the workers came out and offered me a bottle of water. Nice touch!Jed came out a few minutes later to get my information and he was friendly and professional. Once inside the two younger guys set right to work on my truck! Nice group of staff. Straight forward with car issues. Ladies make sure you know basic automobile stuff. You don’t want to be charged for a silly air filter when you easily change it for half the price. That goes for any oil change place . I never pay for that extra $8-22 .

I had been coming here for a while now and ive never had any issues last time I was in I took my grandpa’s truck in and brady made my day a whole lot better without even realizing how much it did as I just lost a family member close to me but I had to get the oil change to drive towards where her funeral was

I had my oil changed at the SouthPort Penzoil. They did not replace the engine cover after doing the oil change. When I called to see when I could come and get, I was told right away they didnt have it. I was told this before I even gave my name or make of car. When I spoke to Jed who said he was the GM he told me that he would take care of it. He did not look for the part. He asked me to come to the Northport Penzoil and we could look at cams, I took time off of work to go and do that and when I arrived, Jed only looked under the hood and said Oh. He told me that he was going on vacation and would look at a weeks worth of video. Why not look at the specific day I was there and time. I was ripped off

Did not have an appointment, but I was in and out! I had both my kids with me and they offered us bottled water while the oil was being changed. They were fast and their work was great!

A friend and I were headed to the states for a day of shopping. Some guys in their car beside us flagged us down and said the dreaded “you have a flat!!”. Next thing you know we made it across the border (barely...the tire was so flat we were pretty much on the rim) and headed for the nearest tire place. Pennzoil was within eye sight and we rolled up. The guys were incredibly nice. They knew right away what we needed. Took the tire off, examined it, found a screw that was through and through on the side wall. They looked up the price of a new one and got us the prices however because we were from Canada we just asked if we could get them to put the spare on. Within 5 mins the spare was on. We asked them what we owed them and he shook our hands, couple fist pumps and we were off! Thank you so much for the hospitality and great service. You guys rock!!! We’ll be back if we need any more flats taken care of states side ;)

After calling many places to get just a set of brakes put on, I called here. They were literally half the price of every place I called from Belle tire to Mom and Pop shops. They got me in and out in 30ish min and didnt try to sell me more stuff I didnt need.They even fixed a nail they found in one of my tires for no charge. Not many places would do that.The only negative is that if you need more than just a quick service, they do not have a waiting area which could be inconvenient if the weather is bad.

These guys have always been the best! They treat my family and me like we are their family. Whenever I have an issue Jed and his boys do everything they can to help. Above and beyond, to the point of giving me a ride home when my truck died. RIP Trailblazer!! Thanks again so much North Port guys for everything you do. Keep up the fantastic work.

Always honest, never trying to upsell you extras. Been trusting both locations for years. I wont mention the other names of shops who seem to only want you to pay for stuff not needed, but if you go to one and they say you NEED something nyou didnt come in for, go here and get a second opinion, will definitely save you money

This is a great place to get your oil changed. The workers are friendly. They will offer you a free drink while they work. My car is very touchy and the guys go out of there way to make sure it runs good. I only gave 4 stars because I do believe in room for improvement. But there prices are good, guys know what there doing. Also not pushy on selling other products

This is a must go for your vehicle! Staff is friendly and willing to go the extra mile for you. They arent like the other location in Port Huron. These guys do struts, bearings, control arms, and more. New and used tires great price. Not to mention they mount an balance tires you bring them. Almost no one else around does that. Im an 18 year old with my first car and came here to get an oil change, the kindness overwhelmed my heart. I only had $36 to spend and the total is $48.99 I had told them in advance I only have what I have to spend so its gonna be a no-go on that one (the one theyre recommending). The boss came up and told me to not even worry about it and hes gonna cover what I cant, hes got 3 daughters and understands. Sent me off with a Merry Christmas, tears in my eyes, and a full heart. 100/10 recommend this place
