We took our car here and Jeff the owner gave us a quote of 2,500.He never hooked it up to the diegnostic machine.plus it was going to take him a week before he could even get to it.so we thought about it my gut said no,so I went with that.so we towed it out and took it some where else. Thank God too because the nice gentleman fixing our car actually hooked it up to a machine and it was one cylinder,not two like Jeff had originally quoted us.A 429.00 part that wasnt bad he was gonna charge us.Beware

DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT YOUR CAR FIXED!!!we PAID to get our car towed here they told us our car would start getting worked on after Friday. Friday came around they never called so we called them, they just said they didn’t get to it yet and promised they would by the next Friday. Next Friday came we called again because once again no one called us, they said they changed some fuses which we DID NOT AGREE TO. We were paying them to put a resistor in the ignition, I don’t know why they think they can change other things and try to charge for it without asking first. Then they put our car back in the lot and let it sit for another week without calling us. Then we called them and found out it had just been sitting there for 3 WEEKS!! The person on the phone said “you can just tow it out if you want” So we had to call ANOTHER tow truck, and they couldn’t get to the car because the shop blocked it in with other vehicles. Finally got it towed to another shop where we found out the brakes had locked up and other issues had formed because SUPERIOR AUTO had left it sitting for so long. Now there are so many issues that wouldn’t have happened if they had just fixed it the first day that they said they would. We are considering just buying a new car because of all the DAMAGES from superior auto.

Very good group of guys. The owner,Jeff. Really knows what hes doing. The mechanics are good at what they do.k iàt an alignment done. After taking it to 2 other alignment shops. They got it in. Told me how far out my camber was and adjusted my toe. Big Yukon on 35s now drives like a dream. Especially for the gf who drives it.

Dropped our car off over a week ago and they have yet to look at it. We have made multiple calls with them saying we will look at it tomorrow. Well, if I didn’t have to pay to have it towed to another shop that would look at it, it would be gone. Won’t ever do business with them again.
