Everyone in the store was more then happy to help out. My wife got a new bike. When we arrived we bought a few extras for the bike. There was 2 ppl working on the bike and someone at the counter still able to chat with us and explain the differences in bikes. Her bike is amazing. Very happy dropped my e bike off on a Saturday w a brken chain and derailleur, also had a dragging break assembly. It was fixed on the next monday, its never shifted or stopped better. Quality work at an excellent price. Thanks alpine.

I went into buy an Ebike and Jacob was very helpful to me and answered all my questions. They couldn’t get them in but he told me to order on line and call when it was going to be delivered and set up appointment to have it put together as I lived 1 1/2 hours away. That’s what I did and have been very satisfied with it. If your ever considering getting a new bike I would recommend going in and ask for Jacob.

The employees were very friendly and incredibly helpful with replacing the tires on my babys jogging stroller. As soon as there was an issue with parts they called right away and kept me up to date on shipping dates and costs so there was zero surprise at checkout. Let me start off by saying, we have been Alpine Cycle customers for years because our family loves to skate and snowboard. I highly recommend them for both. The guys behind the desk know the products they sell and the sports well. They were also really friendly!Recently, I had a specialty cargo trike that holds up to 4 kids, shipped freight to Alpine, to have them assemble it. This is not your normal bike....I was kinda nervous that they wouldnt know how to put it together.....but I was DEAD WRONG!Not only were they able to assemble it, but Jacob, the young man who put it together...was able to show me how it worked and gave me some pointers riding it!I will definatly be coming to Alpine, for all my biking needs too now! Dropped off a rim and tire for repair. They were very helpful and had a new tire and a tube installed and ready for pick up a couple hours later. I will definitely go back for any repairs we need.

We recently took an older Trek bike in for maintenance ans repair. Alpine did a great job. They clearly communicated, and the work was exactly what we needed. We were so happy we already took in my bike.

I would give it a negative review if I could. I went in to buy a tube and rim liner. I did not know the width because I was downtown and remembered I needed this. The young person with neck tattoos was no help at all and was extremely condescending. I told him the king of bike I had and was told that he didnt sell that kind and it would be to hard to look it up. He then went on to say that people usually know the size they need when they come in there. Well Ill be getting any future parts or repairs from Hamilton in Richmond from now on. Not going to spend my money at alpine when treated like that.

I recently had some work done on my bike, the service I received from the staff was very professional, they were extremely polite, went above and beyond my expectations. The price was extremely reasonable, the service done on my bike was excellent and have no problems with the work done. We called for an Aventon Aventure ML frame for my wife. They had one in stock and we drove from Cadillac to Port Huron and they also had the same bike in a Large that we were in search of for months. We had our bikes on order with our local bike shop and they never ordered them 5 weeks later these guys had both bikes in stock. Hooked us up with new seats and suspension seat posts and did all the adjustments and sent us on our way with a truck full of two new beasts of a bike. Thank you Alpine Cycles. Excellent service and timely. When I dropped mine off, they already had over 140 bikes to work on and they still had it done in the time frame quoted. Ive had my bike for about 25 years, it never had anything major wrong with it and it majorly needed a tune up among other things. I got it back, took it for a spin and it was wow, how smooth it ran again. I had an odometer on it that I probably hadnt used in 10 years. I replaced the battery the day before taking it in, but the sensor needed to be aligned. And I figured to do that when I got it back. It was a nice touch that they set it up for me.

I brought my bike to them to fix shifter cable,when I got my bike back I went to ride it and back tire fell completely off. Then they were saying all the things that could have caused it,but it ran fine prior to taking it to them with the exception of the cable. I would take my business else where.

They have always been very friendly and helpful. I have purchased a new BMX bike and it had flat tire the next day after purchasing a bike. They replaced the tube at no charge that day. Great customer service and support.

Their estimate of cost and time were far off. They charged me 106.88 while the estimate was in the 70s. They took 3 weeks instead of 2 to replace a handbar. They disposed my rear view mirror instead of returning it to me. Yet worse, the blow out both tubes and I had to pay them for replacement. In their defence, the old man brags about being 40 yrs in this business.
