Great service! We get (8) of the 5-gallon jugs of water delivered monthly. We use it in our humidifier and our water dispenser and love it. Our water is very hard and this is a great solution. Very similar to what we were paying at the grocery store but no lugging them around because they’re delivered right to our door! And, we get a personal call/voice message the Friday before our delivery date. A+ all around!

Culligan has surpassed my expectations of excellent service! We recently moved and needed our unit removed out of one house and a new one installed at our new home. Our water was awful and turned our toilets and tub brown within a day and the Culligan softener was a miracle system. They got someone out quickly to remove and install at both houses! Drew at Culligan did an excellent job installing our water softener and was an absolute pleasure to work with and very professional!

We use your delivery service for 5-gallon water bottles. The pricing is VERY reasonable and it saves us having to lug them home from the grocery store ourselves. And with contactless delivery, we just leave them on our porch the morning delivery is scheduled and the driver leaves our new bottles right there for us! Very friendly staff and driver! You’d be silly to do it any other way.

Do NOT get a water softener from Culligan Port Huron!It costs $99 every two months to rent a refurbished unit. If you want them to put salt in it, it will cost you $10 a bag (they are $4 a bag at Lowes).So, what exactly do you get for your money?Not much. You get service. If you call outside of 8 to 5 Monday through Friday, you will get a machine. If you call back during office hours, it will be a week before they can schedule anything. When they finally got to my house, the guy claimed there was a minor problem that he fixed. It wasnt fixed. Another week before anyone can come back.I am done. When they come back, they will be removing this useless piece of junk.

The Culligan tech that came to install our new water filtration system was very personable. I’m new to well water and was nervous about not having any knowledge of the maintenance involved with it. He was very patient and answered all my questions. Even explained the entire process, from the well to the point it comes out of the faucet.We also had a reverse osmosis system installed for drinking water and you would never even know we had well water if we didn’t tell you. I quit buying bottled water since having it installed and it tastes better!Very impressed with the price. I’m paying under half of what I was paying for city water. Filter changes and equipment repairs are free. They send a tech out when it’s time, I don’t even have to remember to call, they do that for me.Overall, very good experience with Culligan, from their customer service to the products and services they offer. I would highly recommend them to anyone with well water. They made drinking well water easy.

The guy that came out to deliver our water softener was exceptional nice. He filled the tank, cleaned up everything, turned off the lights, and closed up everything behind him. Couldnt ask for better service . Thanks Culligan!

The water is excellent quality and taste. I use it for cooking as well as drinking. The deliveries are on time and we never have an issue adjusting our order, based on consumption. The company has been so easy to deal with regarding deliveries, billing, returning empties... no complaints. I just called to change my delivery a little and honestly, they are so easy to deal with! I highly recommend!

I liked how friendly and knowledgeable staff was during the consultation and install. During the installation the tech told what he was doing and what each piece of equipment did. He was very professional and friendly. Before the installation my kids wouldnt even go near the water because of the smell and hated the taste. After adding the whole home system and drinking water system they love it and said it taste like city water maybe even better then city water. I want to say thank you because now maybe I can get them to cut back on their soda and sugary drink intake.

Jim has been our service man since 1994. Hes great. Always gets us up and running in no time at all. He really knows his stuff. He always takes the time to explain what was wrong and how he fixed it. He also tolerates my very big barking dogs.

My main reason for being a Culligan customer is because I trust the water quality. I like the water cooler that also has hot water available for tea and soups and noodles, etc. I like having water delivered to my door. The delivery person is very courteous and also the office staff is very courteous. If I am at home when the water is delivered it is carried into my house and placed exactly where I want it. Having clean water for cooking and drinking is very important to me and I trust Culligan.
