We paid $700 for a local contractor (who is hired through bedrock) to tear out our existing countertops so we could keep our existing backsplash. After installing the countertops there was a 1” inch gap between the new countertops and the existing backsplash.I called to ask about the measurement process and was told that they simply install the countertops and the the gap was my responsibility and not part of the installation process.If I was told that between a contractor and the company that my countertops wouldn’t be finished I would have hired a different company.I’m now going to have to hire a company to rip out the existing backsplash and get new tile that comes right down to the countertops.I truly feel like they could have got the correct measurements so that there’s not a large gap or have the general contractor raise the existing countertops so it would have fit correctly.Just keep in mind the price you see does not include the total cost to make your countertops look good.

Im a DIY renovator. For the finishing touch to my kitchen Reno, I decided to (hopefully) make it stunning with granite countertops. My neighbor highly recommended Bedrock. I was worried about some unevenness issues with my kitchen cupboards once I removed the old countertops and was prepping for the new install. Bedrock guys came in and installed the granite, shimmed & levelled it perfectly... Im amazed at such an excellent job!! This is my first time for having granite, and it really takes the kitchen to a new level. The sales & template guys were both awesome, eager to help,.... Overall, a great experience! A quality product at an amazing price! Highly recommended!!

Our family had new countertops installed. Staff was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. However, the first install had some issues (the installation crew was great, and the issues were beyond their control). The company was prompt to respond, stood by their work and resolved the issues. We were initially concerned, but they turned it into a positive experience. Now we have beautiful countertops that came at a great price!

Bedrock was very helpful at the beginning of our kitchen renovation however, during the install and post install they have been very difficult to deal with. One of the team members was very rude and inconsiderate of our property to the point where we complained to the company and they already knew of the member we were talking about before even saying his name.Next, we noticed that the stone they installed was bowed and incorrect. After going back and forth over the problem, the Manager offered us a partial refund for the slab as it is not flat through conversation and text message which we have saved. This is where the manager now has completely disappeared and ghosted us not returning phone calls and messages. We are now stuck with a bowed island slab that is not reinforced because they refuse to come back and redo what they incorrectly installed. I would move past this company because they seem to rush things through and not complete things accurately and only try to blame the homeowner or contractor. AS someone who owns several properties and starting into high rise construction, definitely avoid this company and look for another supplier. I would be happy to rectify the problem if they would only return calls and promise what they already have promised via conversation and text message.

I like these folks very much. Lots of selection, great product, great prices and terrific service. Im an old guy, I dont like surprises; they delivered on everything they promised and more. The kitchen and granite countertop looks fantastic and everybody comments on it. Ill be moving soon, will redo the kitchen at my new spot, and am relieved that I dont have to shop around, Ill go straight to Bedrock. Highly recommended.

I am very happy with my new kitchen from Bedrock Kitchen and Bath. I purchased my cabinets and quartz through them. I would recommend them to anyone. They did a fantastic job.

Anyways install was a great disappointment the pieces I had were obviously not the stone I selected in the show room!!! I don’t know if scrap pieces were used to try and match or what not... kris or Jake called Gordon I can’t recall which one and I was told the stone matched the lot used and there was no way that was true and was told I signed off so not much could be done.... DO NOT USE BEDROCK they lie through their teeth and will try to pass anything off... the reviews and videos posted online seem to reflect how these people run business! Go elsewhere... James seemed to be in a constant rush and rushed the job with other guys and was very sloppy in every way possible! James told me that’s the way they do things... this is my backslash cut he caulked and has since went clear and is an ugly cut... kris & Jack did a nice job with the seam I’m impressed in that aspect but not like the way the job was rushed and seemed like the schedule was jammed packed so I had to be in and out......

I was a bit worried after reading the reviews but every step of the way was excellent and professional for our job. The sales, template and install went as planned and we are very pleased with the finished job! Thank you for your great service, craftsmanship and product.

I asked 5 companies for quartz countertop quotes. This company was triple the quoted price to everyone else. Not what you expect to see when referred by someone because of incredibly pricing. We have already purchased from another company, and when I brought up this ridiculous quote to Bedrock, they said it was a +15% calculation error instead of -15%. The quote was then brought down 30%. Not that I would trust them after that “mistake” or after reading these reviews. When a company has great and horrendous reviews, you question the validity of the 5 star reviews. The images of their deficient product post install is appalling.My reply to most recent company response: First of all, you claim to be saving us the cost of taxes, even though youre transporting goods across the border. Then your quote was affected by a clerical error for an additional 1500-2700$ (which would also mean that your staff never reviewed the paperwork before sending it to a potential customer. That in itself is poor customer service). Then I received a reply to communicate with the owner for better pricing. Those are some huge red flags.

We purchased our countertop from Bedrock last year. I have only excellent words to say about all of the people we worked with. They delivered the countertop adjusting their schedule around our schedule and were able to suggest helpful ideas to make sure everything worked out perfectly during the installation. I cant speak for the company as a whole because I never got past the front desk service. I was greeted by a very unhelpful woman who made me feel like I was an inconvenience. She was extremely negative during our 2 minute conversation. The only information she gave me was it would take 2 weeks to cut one piece and to come back and look at a later date. Pretty bummed..

Owner was very aggressive and dismissive. Unwilling to cooperate with the customer. Prices are all very high and when I tried to get them to fix a problem they didnt help at all. Awful business. 0/10

Last year I made a few calls to Bedrock and the lady who worked the phones was excellent. She gave me quotes on 3 tops installed with sinks. We decided to take a ride to Port Huron to see them. We spent an 45 min. wandering around the warehouse and were never approached. When we asked for help they said we will get someone. We left after waiting another 15 mim.Today i asked my wife should we try them again and we thought we might. After looking at the reviews we have decided not to waste our time.

Bedrock installed $3.000.00 worth of VerdePeacock granite in my new kitchen. I would not recommend this company for the following reasons:- The sales team doesnt communicate your needs to the production team- They are very inflexible with instillation dates if you are having a two part instillation... I waited more than one month for the project to be completed- The contract gives them a lot of leeway in the accuracy of their measurements, and because its in the contract you cant refute the poor work- The owners and manages dont stand behind the work. They will not fix mistakes.My counters arrived and they fully utilized the 1/4 inch tolerance. My counters were so uneven that I had to add a 1 inch granite back splash to my counters to cover the gap. I did not receive a discount on the back splash. They also miss-measured the corner and seam of my counters. They had to fill the 1.5 inch hole created by this error with a noticeable piece of granite. I was told their cost of replacing the counters was too high and that by hiring them I agreed to a higher tolerance of error at corners. I was very disappointed and my counters are not what I was expecting because of the back splash and seams and filled hole. They were difficult to work with and offered me no options and no apology. Dont use these people.

I used them for a new house about 5 years ago, after using them in a previous house. They did a large kitchen, large master bath, a double sink vanity top and one smaller bath for about 10K. This was a great price considering my local options. They even came back and removed a piece so that a wall could be straightened (installed crooked by builder - Tarion no help of course). They did not charge at all for this service even though it was the builders fault. We purchased marble for bathrooms and it has shown some wear, the sales guy told us this when we purchased so no fault of theirs. Overall great work and great price.

My husband and I went to the port huron store march of 2018. We were very happy with the service and install of our countertops. We paid extra for a 5 yr warranty and was told we call back in one year of install and they will send someone out to inspect and reseal the countertops if needed. I called 8 days ago to schedule, no one returned my call. I called back today and was told that is not how my 5 yr warranty works and if i want them to come out to my house it will be $39.00. I ordered all radius corners on the countertops but just recently noticed in a small area where the corner is sharp and not rounded, the corner i should have noticed sooner but i didnt, my fault. I was told that because i didnt sign off on that one corner on my drawings there was nothing they will do for me. My advice if you use this company is make sure you read the fine print on everything and once they have your money you are on your own.

Purchased 33x75 slab for a commercial tabletop. Paul at Bedrock sent me several pictures of different coloured slabs by email -- unfortunately they ended up not having my preferred style in stock which was slightly disappointing, but I ended up selecting a piece that is beautiful. The polishing and edging are perfect and indistinguishable from my home countertops previously purchased locally from a supplier in London ON (same stone: black Uba Tuba). The PRICE from Bedrock was fantastic -- half what I would have to pay locally, and still in Canadian dollars. I see some other negative reviews, but in my experience the product was great and the price was unbeatable.

Bedrocks policy: make sure you know their supposed policy about cutting countertops to fit. As we were told after the fact, they will cut your brand new cupboards to fit their countertops.They cut right through the frame of my pantry instead of logically trimming the quartz to fit. I still shake my head.They will fight with you till the end. I would NOT recommend. Customer is never right with this company.

Personal recommendation, shop for your granite elsewhere.Bedrock Kitchen came out to install granite counter tops at my parents house on 7/12/2016. When drilling the needed hole for the water faucet, the necessary measurements were not properly taken by the install staff so that the faucet flange would be located in the proper location on the granite slab. The hole for the faucet was drilled too close the sink itself and now we cant properly thread the manufacturers nut on the flange without having to do a major modification to the sink itself or have the hole re-bored out.When speaking to the Bedrock rep, the problem was placed on the double walled sink, not the simple fact that the drilled hole was not in its proper location.Not to mention, this would have been noticed immediately if the faucet would have simply been drop tested in the hole after it was drilled but that action was not performed.Bedrock reps continued response is it is the fault of sinks design and theyre unwilling to compensate for the additional hours of work and modifications to the sink just to get a simple threaded nut to properly thread on that would have been no issue is the proper installation methods had been taken in the first place....Yeah, what a load of crap.Nice granite, horrible customer service.

This is my third trip to Bedrock granite. Great price, great selection, great service, from sales staff, measuring staff and installation staff. You will not be disappointed.

Yes absolutely, just understand that customer service may be a challenge to Bedrock.My Experience: 2 sink holes mis-cut. It was not fixed. Installers dropped one of the sinks breaking it requiring a 2nd visit when the replacement sink arrived. Bedrock paid for replacement. Drill bits for faucet holes broke during 2nd visit, no new bits on truck so a 3rd visit required.Bedrock advertises Unbeatable deals (TRUE!), outstanding customer service (Not true), superior fabrication ability (TRUE) and top notch installation (Im sure my installation does not represent their usual performance).

Our quartz countertop installation was horrible. They were done very sloppy, adhesive left everywhere, dust all over the house... There was a crack in one of the pieces and it was installed and glued anyway. There is a large dip on one end of the counter. There is a large 8 inch gouge where the edges were buffed. It is right in front of the cooktop, front and center. We have had guests ask us what happened when visiting our newly built home, this leads me to believe it is a VERY obvious mistake not just to us. When contacted they more or less blew it off, sent someone out to fix them a month later. He was one of the owners, he was appalled, apologized and left and fixed nothing. We still do not have them repaired. I dont expect much and unfortunately my husband and i plan on replacing these down the line. 6000$ mistake. Go somewhere else, dont buy from here.

Gave my wife that was approximately $800 cheaper than the actual price then told me if I want to just pick it up but not have it installed it would still be the same price cousin is and any cheaper for them to not install it

Was over billed $560.00 for my granite. Bedrock acknowledged the mistake. 4 months later and repeated phone calls I have still not received my refund. Every time I call, its a Ill look into it, or Ill have it sent right away. Horrible customer service!!

They sold us a bad product, the Granite countertop wont seal properly. They offered to replace the product with no mention of cost to us, then when we picked out a new one they said we had to pay for removal/reinstall. The business owner, the owner himself, called my family slobs. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THIS CO.!! Buyer beware...
