Clean beautiful options at reasonable prices. Its my go to place when I need to distrct myself of clients needs. It helps me refocus and re-center. I can find something different for home or office as well.

BE AWARE! If you give this store items to sell on consignment, and if they do not sell the item, they donate the item without even calling you to tell you they are donating it. I just lost over $750 in valuable pictures I tried to let them sell on consignment, just to find out today they donated them. Said she has one 600 customers on consignment, she doesn’t have time to give them a simple courtesy call. I would have liked the opportunity to gather my valuable items back. JUST DON’T WANT TO SEE ANOTHER PERSON GET BURNT BY THIS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

There hasnt been a time that Ive been here, and walked out empty handed. Melissa and her sales associates have customer service down to a T. Friendly, helpful, accommodating, informed....and the list goes on. A must stop and shop when in Port Huron . Ive been back many times in the 2 years theyve been in business.

Sellers beware! I consigned 200+ items during the past 3 years.I was in and out of the shop often during that time but was not in on the last 3 days of the month to pick up monies as stated in the contract. I chatted with owner and thought we had a friendship as well as a business arrangement. I was very disappointed to learn that I forfeited all profits because I neglected to request payment in time. I specifically told the owner before consigning that I was not in town often and was verbally assured that was not a problem.I was not interested in any items being returned but certainly expected that my monies earned was mine.I thought I was helping her out by allowing my funds to remain in her use.She might have mentioned forfeiture during the many times that I was in the store.When I spoke with Melissa, she was totally unwilling to compromise or offer any type of compensation even a store credit at discount. She was totally unprofessional; loudly discussing this in front of other customers and then yelling at me to leave the store. Wow, an unbelievably bad experience!

I love this place. First the owner is so nice. She an old friend you didnt know you had. Then there is the Merchandice. You can go in there every day and find a treasure you didnt see the day before. I just recently moved out of the Port Huron area, but I go back just to stop by the Boutique. One of Port Hurons biggest jems.
