Missed my delivery area by 30 feet. Not sure why I took the time to provide a detailed map. Please spread over entire driveway I wrote. I now have 11 yards of gravel at the end of my driveway at the road? Entire driveway seemed pretty clear to me. Five stars for staff and pricing, one star for delivery. ****UPDATE**** After speaking with staff, I must admit this review is somewhat unfair. I do not know the circumstances that led to my current problem. The truck may have acted up for instance. Upgrading to four stars across the board because I am a Rock n Wood fan, and I believe this was a fluke. It happens.

We have used Rock & Wood now several times. For different purposes with different dirt. All types have been very nice clean dirt.Great office people, timely service and the drivers are very careful where they drop your dirt load.I would highly recommend Rock & Wood!

I Always manage to put together a project at the last minute, rock-n-wood has always found a way to squeeze in a delivery to get me what I need without delay.

I needed some dirt to fill in the sides of a new driveway and low spots in the yard. I was told to get 5 yards. Person I spoke with gave me the price of 7 since I was already paying a delivery fee, so I got 7. I was concerned about the truck cracking my new cement. I was surprised they brought a trailer and truck so it wouldnt be so heavy. The guy dumping had very limited space and did a great job (and didnt hurt my new driveway!) Dumped perfectly! And the guy spreading it out used all seven and commented a few times it was probably the best dirt hes ever worked with!Thanks you so much for your great customer service. Highly recommended!

Ordered pee gravel waited no delivery called them was told they didnt have the stone. Had to change order to different stone. Would have been nice if they would have called me and told me that they didnt have the pee gravel. Delivery was great after changing order.

At Rock n Wood, you can buy a large variety of, well, rocks and wood. Gravel, mulch, etc. The staff is friendly and helpful. Prices seemed to be on the high side. It was a bit confusing as well about where to go and if anyone was going to come help once I actually found where I needed to be to get what I ordered. Having a map and showing people where to go might help with the confusion? Its a little cramped for space as well so if you have a big truck and trailer, be forewarned. Its a decent place to go to buy in bulk.

Pay for delivery of rock. They state need three hour period to do delivery. Dont show & dont contact you. POOR COMMUNICATION / POOR SERVICE. Go somewhere else.
