I just have to say sunshine pools and spa has the best customer service. This last year I bought a hot tub from them. There’s so much to learn and they are so helpful. Give Jeff a call if you are interested in buying a spa he’s been the best sales rep to me so far. Let’s just say he doesn’t forget about you after he makes the sale and that’s important because so many sales reps miss that point. Keep up the good work guys!

I first placed a call to them a little after 5pm on Christmas Eve Eve to inquire about their hours both that evening as well as for Christmas Eve. I was looking for a Christmas gift. I found out they closed at 6pm and they were not open on Christmas Eve. I headed there immediately. Both associates were extremely helpful and friendly considering how close it was to closing. Their pricing on the items I discussed seemed to be very fair. They answered my questions and seemed like they genuinely happy. I never felt rushed.If you are in need of anything they have, I would suggest checking them out.

This place is awesome. I have been a customer for years. Always will to help with any pool water issues always offering helpful ideas. I had a pool for 14 years with crystal clear water every year thanks to them. I also love the tanning they offer many special throughout the year. Bulbs are always fresh and hot. The staff is friendly and very professional. The store is always clean and no one decorates better for the Holidays. I love Patty and her staff.

Amazing fun caring staff

Very poor customer service. My wife had called there to see if they carried pool liners for an 18 foot pool. The lady that answered the phone (Patty) was very rude, saying that we would never find a liner right now do to the pandemic, that companies arent even making them right now, and that she couldnt help us. Well turns out that we did find a liner for the pool at a different pool business, and if they didnt have what we needed then they could order one for us. Not sure where she gets her information from, but its wrong. Anyhow, we are first time pool owners, and will never use this local business for any of our pool needs.

A little over priced for opening a pool.

I bought my pool from Sunshine pools about 8 years ago. They offered a great price on the original sale, and on all of the equipment and chemicals after the sale. They have been quick to respond whenever Ive needed help after the sale. I always recommend Sunshine pools to friends when they are thinking of buying a pool or spa.

I booked a spray tan over a week ago for a weekend wedding. I also called to confirm at the beginning of this week, and then the employee just called me to cancel my spray tan four hours before my appointment. Praying Chili peppers can fit me in, won’t be using or recommending Sunshine ever again.

We have essentially purchased two pools from Sunshine working directly with Patty, the owner. Our first pool, due to a leak in the liner caused by us, soaked the ground underneath, causing the metal rim to heave, freeze and thaw during last winter. We had to replace the entire thing. No fault of Sunshine, just Mother Nature and Michigan winters. The sales, service and prices are more than fair at Sunshine and we also purchase all of our chemicals through Sunshine. You couldnt ask for nicer, more friendly, more knowledgeable people, especially Patty. Thank you!

I purchased a Strong Spa hot tub from Sunshine Pools just over 1-1/2 years ago. My tub has had a leak in it from the very beginning and Patty has been aware. The tub was under warranty, Patty has sent 6 different technicians out and no one can find the leak. So I currently have a hot tub from Sunshine Pools that I cant use and they have washed their hands and are no longer helping fix the leak that was never repaired. Sunshine Pools and Patty are not honoring my warranty. The leak has never been fixed and has only gotten worse to the point where I cant use my hot tub because it looses to much water in one day. Poor customer service and follow up I would not recommend this poor excuse of a local business to anyone. Their customer service is why people dont shop local. Shame on Sunshine Pools and Patty. I hope they feel good about taking my thousands of dollars and leaving me with a lemon of a hot tub.

I really enjoy tanning here most of the time. The last time I went was not good though. Most of the time the staff here is super friendly and helpful. Their lotion prices are awesome but like I said before, my last visit was not good. There was an older, short haired blonde lady with glasses ringing me up. They had 3 bottles of lotion next to the register. One of them I hadnt ever seen before and it was a huge bottle. Probably 10 inches tall. I picked up the bottle and was reading the back of it. As I was reading I asked the employee if it was supppsed to be used after you tan because I thought she might be able to answer me and save me from having to read the entire label (it was a big label.) She replied Um.... Let me see it. I stopped reading and handed it to her. She glanced at it and said I think so. Then she put the bottle back where I grabbed it from next to the register. I have been looking for an after tan lotion and I was interested in that one, which is why I picked it up in the first place. The way she put it back made it seem like she was worried I was trying to steal it or something. It was extremely rude. I was caught off guard because the last time I was there a different girl helped me and even opened the lotion display so we could compare them. I am very upset because of how this woman made me feel. Where would I have hidden a giant bottle of lotion in an attempt to steal it? When she was standing right there? No one at any other tanning facility has ever made me feel this way. If it werent for this incident I would be really happy with Sunshine.

I am not a fan of theyre level tanning beds. Been to other tanning salons with much better level 3 tanning beds. A lot of theyre bulbs were burnt out and they never replaced them the whole month I was tanning there.

My wife stopped in and bought a gauge for our pump and was told that she could return it if it didnt fit. When it didnt fit I went in and returned it the next day and was told I could only return it for store credit. I work with you guys for 2 weeks real slave drivers long hours loc good job for amateur teenagers not for adults with the schedule that needs management budget that is supposed to be fit Worksmanship is poor overall very unprofessional and tedious work for very low pay& very long hours sometime 16-17 hours a day we were not even provided water sometimes for five or hours in the direct sun workers are crude in nature..
