Terrible place to work! They are old and afraid of change or anything new (a scary thing in this trade). Rather than focusing on getting product out the door in a timely manner, they pick apart everything you do because it is different than what they have done for their entirety. Dead end job for someone just starting out. There were a couple of good guys to work with but the so called management was very poor and close minded.
