I was in a bind for covered storage for my boat when the U haul place on Yeager street gave me the run around and was very unaccommodating.The office staff was able to get me just what I needed at a better price than Yeager Street and it is an easy in and out with plenty of room to maneuver.

Horrible management.... we stored some of my grandmothers belongings there during home renovations and they wanted a line by line item list with values on everything that was stored.

The office staff was very helpful- I was in a rush to find a unit last minute. Was able to come and move-in same day! Got my U-Haul and extra boxes all at the same time so I was able to move without making a million stops to pick everything up. Jeremy was super helpful through all of my craziness. Great place to store.

Nice facility. Accommodating and gave all information PLUS upfront. Offered U-Haul assistance as well as pricing for moving supplies. Will be recommending this place! Thank you for your help!

Rules have changed i understand do to covid.you stand outside call number he brings paper work out for you to sign. You check your own u-haul for any damage before you leave.

Facility is clean with friendly staff. Manager was very helpful and informed me on the supplies to help maintain my unit with eva-dry packs and dust tarp.

Excellent customer service! Joslyn was great and the check on experience was a breeze!

You can get locked in the facility after 10pm with no way out. The gate will let you in up until 10pm but at 10 it locks the whole place down. If you had a medical emergency and couldn’t get out you wouldn’t even need a good lawyer. No signage to warn you of the unlawful imprisonment.

Friendly staff and Sandy is always accommodating. I have never really had any issues (exception; slight mouse issue once) as I keep everything in plastic tubs. I have been with this facility for over a year and have nothing but good to say.

Worst place ever. I paid for a indoor storage climate controlled unit. When I moved my things out everything was moldy. They charged me without permission on my charge card to remove my moldy furniture (that was taken out to the dumpster by my movers) They refused to reimburse me for all the items I lost and THEN sold the moldy furniture to a local resale shop! Unreal. Just bad business!

Didnt go with this one i went with there other location only because i had a lot of stuff and needed to be able to drive up. How ever there facility is nice and temperature controlled and the staff was cool too!
