They are so fast & efficient. Its always a quick stop to drop something off for mailing. They always tape up all my packages. They are my go to place!

Very rude associate. She ripped apart my package and she was very put out for having to simply do her job. Its a shame that UPS tolerates this types of behavior and a total lack of customer service. I wont be back. Id rather use one of the competitors.

Horrible customer service skills on the phone i couldnt even believe it, never heard anything like it, interrupted me to say first of all we are a retail store with attitude for no reason when i was asking about my delivery, which i guess came yesterday but they most likely didnt knock because i was home all day waiting. Hope something horrible happens to that lady.

Called ahead and was told this location can notarize documents. Arrived and asked to have something notarized and the notary refused to help (assuming she was the notary). Incredibly rude throughout the interaction with no recommendations for solutions. Avoid this location
