I was pleasantly surprised with the awesome customer service i received. Unlike many chain auto stores that have employees to check you out, and have no clue of anything further. They were not like this.The employees were knowledgeable and Professional.We have used them several times now for our Bus Upgrades. And will continue to do so for future needs.

I like going here cause they are the only guys who stock a type of oil I need for my car and when I go there Im always walking into some kind of conversation Im welcomed into, like a car part you should know about !

Im an oem kind of guy, but when it comes to parts and tools, there are Bobby and Skip that are always there to help you to figure out what you need. Ive been working at dealers for years now and Ive seen 3rd party quality fall short by the wayside. Napa, backed by Bobby and Skip, give you what you need -help to aid in your thisdidntgoasplanned situation.

Would be 5 stars but they couldnt figure out how to get my Napa gift card to work. That actually came from their store.

Service was great, young lady that works there was a real help, she got my parts ready quickly and let me borrow a tool to fix my problem
