The owners from the bagel shop are totally rude.they pick and choose who the want to accommodate and serve!!! not only do they choose who they want to serve but their food product are not fresh. i had ordered a sandwich and when i got home the cheese melted completely fine but when i ordered cold cuts from the deli from them the cheese was plastic and how i know my son told me he did not feel good after eating a home made sandwich so my husband check the cheese and decided to melt the cheese for tuna melt and to our surprise the cheese turned into plastic.never again will i purchase anything from them..........its a shame that they owners behave this way because the morning cook makes excellent breakfast but after the cook is off the clock the food is TRASH!!!!!

Since being sold quality has declined as has customer service. Support small businesses that APPRECIATE your business. I now go out of my way to go to Naked Bagels in PA because the bagels are better, food is fresher & service is 100x better.

My friend and I went for a snack before boarding a train. We both ordered bagels with peanut butter and jelly, him a sesame and me a wheat bagel. He said his was OK. My bagel didnt taste much like a bagel - more like stale bread. Its too bad because other than the bagel itself, it was prepared and wrapped nicely. Also the service was friendly and the dining area clean. Being a bagel place, the bagels should be better.

Only good if the ladies make your bagel. The guy doesnt understand what a smear is. He put about one tablespoon cream cheese on my bagel. Told me they make the bagels there. Getting frozen bagels and throwing them in the oven doesnt mean they are made there.

Its a Small Town store with a small selection of bagels for a bagel shop and a decent selection of cream cheese. coffee on a counter for self-serve and a small iPad to pay

Tried calling for a good 15 min on my way into port, I had an appointment so I wanted to order ahead and pick up not have to wait! Nobody answered then when I got there I asked if they knew the phone wasn’t working the guy said “I turned the phone off phone calls are too busy” like seriously! Then I paid $15 for 2 breakfast sandwich’s and a drink. Insane 100% miss the old owners!

They require 2 days advanced notice for a dozen bagels of your choice. What? It’s the same walking into McDonald’s and having them decide what you’re going to get. Bagels there are ok but I will NEVER let them pick which (undesirable) bagel I have to eat. I’m a customer, don’t make me a victim of what you have left over. Just figure out what people want and make those bagels.

He said you order and get what you get! I said so you can’t take this back and give me the right thing, he said NO that how you order your food! Never have I ever dealt with someone esp a owner! Wasnt a fan of the bagels.. i prefer softer ones... mine was very hard ... they also are kind of slow ... but it had a bunch of customers they were serving so the place must appeal to others who are from the area ... worth a try to see if you like it

Come into town once a year on a service run for my company. I ALWAYS stop at this little gem for the best Grab-n-Go breakfast / lunch around. Actually its some of the best bagel sandwiches Anywhere! Always fresh, portions are great and the service is always fast and friendly! Highly recommend a visit!

Asked for lightly toasted begal and recived a begal that was burnt. Also the everything begal i ordered only had seeds on it. Hopefully when i visit again my order is better.

Stopped in for the first time ever. The owners are very professional. My breakfast sandwich was good.. however the amount of meats served are poorIn NY Hot Pastrami is served on a sandwich as the main ingredient. It was a thin slice of meet.I’ll try one more time in a few months

The food is great. The front counter girl are amazing, professional, fast and really friendly. The new owners seem nice but they take half of the tips that the girls make which is illegal to do so and not good at all for them or business. These girls work really hard and tips are for the front counter girls not the owners or cooks

Came here several time and each time something was wrong. The food was cold or something was missing, I ordered from grub hub and after over 20 mins they finally decided to cancel my order after I had already driven there. Would give 0 stars if possible.

Bagels are pretty good here. Sandwiches as well. Very busy at times in the am. Towards the end of the day selections of bagels dwindle down as every bagel place does.Coffee is pretty good. Prices are very fair. Service is very friendly and welcoming.Seating is comfortable as well.

If fresh bagels is your thing then the Bagel Station is for you. This popular spot serves the breakfast & lunch crowd in Port Jervis. You can get plain bagels of course, but the fun starts to happen when you get a breakfast or lunch bagel sandwich. Coffee & cooler drinks are, of course, available. The corner parking lot is often very tight, so try parking on the side street by the Port Jervis fire station & museum for a better understanding and out experience.

You call and get placed on hold automatically. One 3 different occasions the first I was on hold for a good 20 minutes before hanging up. My boyfriend went down to wait to pick up while I was still on the phone after 5 minutes. 2nd no one got on the phone after 10 so I hung up. While on hold u could still hear everything going on in the shop as they just put the phone down like a normal house phone. I ended up going to Hess down the road. Faster service. Won’t ever go there again. Horrible customer service and food is over cooked most of the time. If I could give no stars I would.

Truly the best bacon egg and cheese I have ever had well-done bacon. They also make great sandwiches. Theyre muffins unless you see them come out can be kind of stale. But then again Ive only had one unfortunately it was the stale one so if theres only two left dont choose that muffin to something else and get there early because theyre raisin bagels sell out quick

Not impressed. Overall, if youre looking for a decent bagel with cream cheese or butter on a quick stop this is the place. If you want more, maybe search around.Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, chocolate muffin and a big boy breakfast sandwich. The bagel with cream cheese was fine, bagel was good quality. The muffin was dried out, almost like it had been sitting from the day before. The big boy has 2 eggs, home fries, cheese, sausage, ham and bacon. Got it on a toasted everything bagel that came out burnt. Ill now taste burnt dried garlic for the next couple hours. Asked for salt pepper and ketchup on it and got no salt and no pepper, and the equalivant of a half of a pack of ketchup dolloped in the middle. The staff is unorganized, some are more polite than others, most with a smile on their faces. This is 3 bad experiences in a row there, and is my last visit.

Ok so the old management of this place was ok. But now under new management this place is killer the hours are expanded and the food is just as good I love it its the best place to go in town for a quick good bit to eat. Another plus is the menu is great it has a huge selection of everything from breakfast lunch and dinner its perfect. Hope they keep it up and I will keep going there.

The best bagel in northern New Jersey especially when they just come out of the oven. The coffee is also out of this world. Now I know how I gained an extra 10 lbs.

Passing through to get the latest addition to my tri-state point collection (PA/NY/NJ) just in time for breakfast. You know you found a great place when all you see are locals coming and going. A ton of choices, but decided on a breakfast sandwich of egg, bacon and turkey sausage. The layout is extremely easy to navigate, staff highly professional, friendly and quick. Highly recommend! Coffee was freshly made with enough of cream, half&half, milk options for any taste pallet. Hope to get back again soon.

I’ve been here a few times and wanted to come back because the bagels are good! However the service is awful. I tried calling 4 times to give my order ahead of time. No answer! I then got there and the cashier had an attitude to all 7 customers in there (including me). Maybe she was having a bad day! On top of that the phone must’ve rang about 9 different times and no one even flinched to pick it up. Why bother having a phone? They can be missing out on huge orders! The bagel was good but I just can’t see myself going back because of the service

The best bagels in the area. Nice selection.Now to my complaint......A few times in the last month. I will stop for a bagel. One of the girls working behind the counter will NOT wear gloves!!! She will make a bagel with her hands and take your money, then make change. The first time this happened, I didnt say anything. I threw the bagel out. A few weeks later she did it again. She placed the bagel on the counter and I said softly so others wouldnt hear me... would you mind making me another bagel with gloves on like the other girl behind the counter She rolled her eyes at me and had the other girl make my bagel.

Not a fan, you used get a really good lunch at a reasonable price. Last visit I was treated to a hot roast beef sandwich that had very little meat and was overcooked. I wont be returning.

Great food. Poor service. Have been given incorrect orders on multiple occasions and most of staff is just plain rude at times. Called on phone today, asked to hold for moment and was hung up on. Had to go all the way back to have order corrected today.

Food was great and the man that owns the place is so nice! The older women that works the counter is not very friendly. This was the 3rd time that I was in town at the bagel shop and she wasn’t friendly any of my visits.

Bought 2 containers of rice pudding..its usually very good..not this time...it was rancid and tasted like vinegar.. dont they know the shelf life of their product? They lost me as a customer

I have been going to this establishment since they opened. I pretty much get the same thing every time I visit. A western with home fries cooked in it on a hard roll with Hot sauce...It is SOOO good. The owners are great and the staff is fantastic.

Tried to go to Homers diner across the street, they said 1 hour wait. So we stopped in here and was fast service, both ordering and delivery of food to our table, there was a constant flow of patrons, so that also tells me it was a good place to eat. Definitely will come here again next time we come up here, oh and prices were good also
