The guys who installed my new tank were great. But I have to say that there was one woman I called when I was waiting for my delivery of oil who was rude and didn’t seem like she wanted to help me. I called around 11:30 am to get an approximate time for when the oil delivery would arrive because I was waiting in a freezing house. The woman said she didn’t know and couldn’t find out when it would be delivered. I asked her what time they usually deliver by and she said 4:30pm. Fast forward to 4:20 pm and I called again and got a different woman on the phone who placed me on a brief hold and then told me that the oil had already been delivered at 10:30 am! I had wasted my entire day waiting for a delivery that had already happened!! I don’t understand why the first woman didn’t look into it when she apparently had the capability to do so but just didn’t. The first woman’s ride and lazy attitude caused me to waste an entire day. Again, I have Bottini for two houses now and this is the first time I had a bad experience. But this is a VERY BAD Experience.

We recently signed up with Bottini Fuels premium service contract and had an issue with one of our zones not working. I called Bottini and they were able to get a service technician within hours - he quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced the zone valve, and our heat starting working again in that zone. Highly recommend!

Bottini has always gave reliable and professional service. They have addressed any issue that I have had with my heating system. Very please and would 100% recommend them. Sign up for the maintenance plan, it’s a yearly fee but will save you money in the long run!

Service man came, diagnose the problem got the system started . I noticed a problem pointed it to him his answer I dont have any on the truck. You dont have heatproof caulking ? Do you have tape, yes I can give you some and I should do it.Come to find out no one was there in 4 years for the annual service. So I paid for maintenance what poor service.

I love Bottini fuel because of the convenience of their heating oil delivery at our PA house.Because we are not there most of the time, they deliver your after you pay on the phone (last 2 years they kept my credit card details so we only call and order fuel). The amount of oil for the furnace has remained consistent and I believe they are super trustworthy. A couple times I was home and met the delivery guy who was polite and friendly. I also like the way they care about our driveway. Its a gravel driveway on a hillside and needs good vehicle maneuvering to protect pathway and grass.They have different plans but Ive opted for delivery only and use a local furnace maintenance guy for the furnace.So far were totally satisfied with Bottini Fuel and hope to use them as long as possible.Please continue to be great!

Purchased a Propane tank from Bottini. They took out my old tank that did not belong to me and replaced it with a new tank that now belongs to me. Was paying over 3 dollars per gallon. Now paying well under two dollars per gallon. Was with AmeriGas Propane and had to replace them with a company that has fair pricing and wonderful customer service . The men that came and excavated my old tank from Bottini that was owed by AmeriGas and Replaced it with a new Tank that I now own were wonderful. They did a great job and really knew what they were doing.. As of putting in my own tank and working with Bottini and getting a Pre paid price with them I have saved this year a Total of 1500 dollars so far this year. I would fully recommend Bottini Fuel. They have really good prices and wonderful personal to work with. I estimate that the money I am saving per year will pay for my new tank within a few years. This saving me for many years to come with using Bottini Fuel. I should have switched years ago to my own tank and using Bottini Fuel .

Great company! We have just bought a house in Narrowsburg and I have been shopping around for my new utilities. Bottini was the fastest, first to answer and then to install our gas tank for a competitive pricing. They are also scheduled to come and check on our oil tank and furnace! I’m happy with the sharp answering time and services. I’d like to be able to choose color options or hiding/decorating tricks in order to better blend our white tank.

Just yesterday morning my furnace didnt fire up when I turned the heat on. I also use their deluxe service agreement so if anything anything goes wrong with my heating system they are right there to repair it. All customer service and technicians are very friendly. I bought a house in 2018 and I stated using them for oil. I love that I don’t have to monitor my oil. They do it all for you. They also do my annual service. I recently bought a generator and also started using them for propane. The service was great.

The sales process was good, I wish the install process went as smooth as they need to send out a manager to review the work. I had to get them back 3 times to fix issues concerning the installation. I am giving 4 stars because they came back to fix all the issues without giving me a hard time.

I feel it should be known that unless you have a paved driveway in the most pristine condition they most likely will not deliver. Just this year alone I have spent over 4000 grand for propane and just because there is a slight coating of ice on my not paved drive way they won’t deliver. I have a variety of vehicles from front wheel, rear wheel, and four wheel drive and none of them have any issues getting in and out of my drive way even with out having any sand or salt put down.

Last year, surburban charged me more than $4 per gallon for propane, which was higher than a year before, while the whole market price was going down. I asked suggestion on my neighbors social media and many of them suggested Bottini.Brian, who might be the higher manager of the company, helped me went through the account setup and gave me good price for propane. I also decided to order heating oil from them. Brian and other people from this company are way more friendly than the other. When the time they delivered new propane tank, I saw their worker working hard to setup solid base for the tank, which is very professional way. Taking about the professional way, Bottini’s website is way more easy than the other. Many times, I could not logon surburban’s website and ended up calling them and felt the rudeness from them.The time I contacted Bottini was the time the country locked down because the COVID-19 pandemic early 2020. The company and I also discussed about how to keep their worker and my family safe while doing setup the new tank and checking equipments inside my house. It made me trust them even more.In general, I am very happy with their service. Strongly recommended, just like how my neighbors recommended them to me!
