Great service. My wifes key broke to our Silverado leaving her stranded in the Walmart parking lot with a car full of groceries. Thanks to empire lock we now have two keys programmed to our vehicle.

Incredibly well equipped store. There was a mix-up during my first appointment but Pat not only made it right, he went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. He knows his stuff backwards and forwards and was able to get me all sorted out.I cannot recommend his services highly enough.

I inadvertently locked myself out of my house on a hot summer morning. Empire arrived within 5-10 minutes and had my door opened in less than 3 min. They were kind, friendly, professional, and would not accept payment. I will highly recommend them.
