Excellent and prompt customer service. They helped me out in a pinch! Two thumbs way up! Carol was lovely to deal with on the phone and they are professional and knowledgeable! Highly recommend.

I reached out to Tri State Pools to see if they could get us a new filter for our pool. I was told they would try & call me if something comes in. I received a phone call within 10 minutes or so and they installed for me within 4 business days! I think they would have done sooner however we had a holiday, needless to say we were impressed, especially this time of the year! We said why not and had them install a heater as well. Great job, very professional, and had no problems answering all my questions after showing me how to work everything.I recommend using them. My husband has gone into the store on several occasions & have always been a pleasure. This is our new pool place! Thanks for being there for us Tri State!
