Great piece of furniture and I was impressed with the delivery. Pete and Chris were both professional and amiable. They managed to move a rather large couch through two doors into my living room which was no easy task! No damage done to couch or doorways.Great job!

Huge selection with helpful staff. We are just getting ideas right now, and found Kevin to be very knowledgeable but didnt put on the pressure.

The owner and his staff fail to adequately communicate with their customers when it comes to service/repair calls. Jim, who is the owner (he would not specify his last name) then blames the customer in a very unprofessional manner and tone, passively hiding behind emails and refusing to take the customers call when the service call is incomplete and resulting in a payment dispute.The last visit by the service technician resulted in a lot of verbal abuse and swearing from him and slamming my front door rudely as he left my house. It was quite a frightening experience and I felt threatened by the sudden unprofessional and boisterous outburst which I had never seen before. I will never allow these people in my house again and caution others to be very careful when working with them. I am writing to the BBB today also to raise awareness of the unfair practices of this retail furniture store and the lack of accountability from it’s management. I have called Jim a couple of times since the incident and he has never accepted my call. Please see the attached video which will clearly explain all of the issues with my reclining sofa which was given to them to repair. It is not repaired but damaged even further!

Nice store..Completely unfriendly salesmen didnt even say Hello.. Didnt say goodbye. And certainly never asked how may I help you. Too bad because I had called ahead yesterday and was prepared to purchase several rooms of furniture. NOT THERE NOW!!!!

They didnt annoy you in good service

Royals staff was helpful and knowledgeable but not pushy, listened to what we were looking for and showed us all their available stock. We bought a couch, dining table, TV console, and chair from Aubrey, who was a pleasure to work with. Did I mention FREE delivery? Their delivery team was great as well, Angelo and Pete were the delivery guys. They made sure all the walls and floors were covered with protective padding to avoid damaging anything. Awesome! Would definitely go back to Royal if we are in need of any more furniture, and will recommend to our friends and family.

Way over price for old painted furniture

The Sales People are so talented. They helped me design my entire living room and two bedrooms. The prices are amazing and the quality of the furniture is spectacular....5 STARS!!!

Went to go browse after my husband saw an ad. We were shopping for a living room set Brendan was awesome. Didnt shadow us or hound us, but seemed to be there when we had a question. What a great selection. It was a hassle free shopping experience. I definitely recommend them. I know we will be back.

I ordered a mattress and a totally different mattress was delivered. Owner Jim was rude and said All sales are final wanted guys to pick it up without refunding at the same time. He said its common for the mattress to be different being I saw the twin size model...REALLY ?????

First order in 2015 was flawless and just recently ordered a matching piece to my bedroom set...big mistake! It was a very easy sale since I already knew what I wanted and Brendan didnt have to do anything other than call the factory and place the order. On May 25 I scheduled delivery for the morning of June 6. I did not receive a confirmation call so when I called in at 9:30 on June 6, I was informed that my delivery slot was the afternoon (when I would not be home). The receptionist was very rude and accused me of not keeping my delivery time. When I insisted I had booked this 2 weeks prior and that I needed delivery the coming Saturday, she said well have to see what trucks come in and what deliveries need to be made. In other words, my order was not a priority for them and she blamed the salesperson for not writing in on the calendar in the first place. I ended up driving an hour each way to pick up my item because these clowns could not be trusted to deliver the item. Buyer beware!!!

Good furniture store.

This store has quality merchandise, however, back in 2014 I was dropping off some stuff to the Salvation Army store next door, a very old and broken man had parked his old and equally broken car in one of their reserved spots on the street, to go into the Salvation Army and shop with what little money he had. A female, presumably the owner or manager of this furniture store came out and found him in the store, and was yelling at him and threatening to have his car towed. Clearly this man is too poor to afford her expensive stuff, but I am not. After seeing that, I chose to just not shop here. It was the middle of the day, and there were plenty of spots. There was no reason to treat a broken old man like that. It seems owning an expensive store does not give a person class. Absolutely pathetic.
