I was having trouble with my 06 Honda pilot. Dexeter was very helpful he also checked my battery for free. I appreciate the extra steps Dexeter took to help me figure out the problem

I called in Monday morning to get a price on a battery & windshield wipers, the person who answered was very friendly and fast. However when we arrived; a young fellow by the name of Dexter handled the service. He was very polite and well spoken and even installed my wiper blades. I ordered a felpro intake gasket part# fel-1206 and was told it would be there the next day. 3 days later I went to pick it up and it wasnt there. I was told they would call me when it arrived. Well, 3 weeks have passed and I have since ordered it from Summitracing.com for $16.99 and not $29.00 that I lost from Auto Zone. Ive been a customer of yalls for 30+ years. Auto Zone will NEVER get another dollar from me

I was wait in line I was the only customer and waited for for like @ 4 minutes to get some help. The only good thing about it was that I had spend alot of money on brakes last week and today what I got was for free 20 dollar on some gasket maker.

The inside of this AutoZone is a bit oddly shaped (cramped), which makes everyone be in each others way if theyre busy. The staff are generally friendly, professional and knowledgeable though, and their prices are competitive. They also offer a 10% military discount with ID.

Quick service. The sales reps seem to know what the where talking about. I had to return an item and it was effortless to get my money back even without a reciept.

I went for help and didnt get it- i was told they arent fully staffed and they needed to get situated due to district managers coming into town and they tried to send me to local tire shops to get them to assist with putting my bulb into car they stated it would take a long time to do also that I should drive to Victoria auto zone location & have them put it on- Im not going to chance a ticket to make the trip just for a bulb out/ I was very let down-

Went during the day, when there was no waiting. Both ladies were very kind and welcoming. Service was fast and efficient.

Lindy was very speedy in helping me out!! Despite them being very busy and not having a driver Lindy was very nice and went out of her way to come to me with a warranty battery after the one I got less than a month ago in the town I live in took a dump on me while being away from home for work I very highly recommend Lindy and her team for being so nice and fast with helping me out!!!

Get in the zone... Auto Zone. There is not always a part specialist or mechanic behind the counter so unless you are one or the other do your homework before you shop. The staff are well intentioned and courteous though, I appreciate that.
