I wanted to personally thank the auto center manager, Gloria for taking care of my battery and battery terminal issues. She went out of her way to help me get a broken corroded battery terminal replaced even though Walmart did not carry the part. Thanks for the extra effort you put in to eliminate my stress and put my mind at ease for my upcoming road trip! Keep up the good work!

Not to well staffed tonight 10/28/21. I had to wait around 30 minutes for a manager to open the ammo case for two boxes of ammo, they said the sporting goods employee had left. Not to mention I had to go through self checkout with 48 items because all the registers were close. The plus side of things is all the employees we encountered were friendly and helpful.

I was surprised to see all the shells were well-stocked even the toilet paper and water isle. Not many assistants roaming the floors but I was able to find everything as if you seen one Walmart you seen them all. Nice gas station available also around a nickel cheaper than everywhere else and especially cheaper than the prices I was paying out on the highways and freeways on my way down here for the winter.

Definitely has everything you need but this particular store only has two at the most checkout isles available. All the other is self check.

I just recently called wal mart deli to make a large order of fried chicken for an event Im having I waited on the line for about 10 minutes hang up and call front desk they said they would transfer me and 5 minutes later they hung up. I work in a deli the phone calls are customers trying to order but if you dont answer you dont get business. Very disappointed in Port Lavaca Walmart

The employees in the back where the phones are were very polite and very helpful .... the store was very clean and was easy to find what we needed also it didn’t take long to check out I will definitely shop here again !!!

I just used curbside pickup for the first time at this location and I loved it. It was easy to order, easy to check in, and as soon as I got there they came out with my groceries. I highly recommend trying curbside at least once at this location. SO much better than having to shop for things myself, and I dont keep adding extra stuff to the cart this way. Lol. Id gladly go this route for shopping again.

Walmart in Port Lavaca, Tx is unfortunately the best that Ive ever been in. Because of the wonderful, happy and kind staff. I dont feel like Im being watched or followed like in Aberdeen, SD.

Didnt have what was advertised online !! Wasted money, gas and time.... Nobody on the floor who knew anything about a chest freezer shown online at that store.

I went for fishing supplies they dont have a big selection for being so close to bay or they just dont do very good job of replenishment of commonly used supplies

I like the way everything is set up there.They have a pretty good idea on entrance and exit security.It seems to benefit the store.The store is very clean.Im impressed.Thats the first store Ive seen with that type of security entrance and exit swinging door stations.Great Idea!Wall Mart Rocks!

Great fishing supplies, snacks and drinks.

Its walmart. Its also the only one for 25 miles. They probably have what youre looking for. Always busy, usually crowded. Dont fool yourself, youre not saving much, if any, money. Curbside service is a nice feature for those who dont want to step inside. Most of the staff is friendly, which is why im giving it 3 stars not 2.

Crazy google maps. Tried to send me right pass it, make a u-turn, and then come in from a different direction. And then when I ignored google and take the direct route she again told me to turn around and come in from that same different direction. Shes such an odd Ball.

It’s the best Walmart in Port Lavaca

Big store, had what we needed. Refrigerator section was out, they were moving things all around. The parking was a mixed up mess too. They are redoing the parking lot on both ends making it difficult to get in and maneuver around.

Clean, everything marked, bathrooms clean. when they opened a new linefor check out they let everyone know.

Pick up order was not correct. I didn’t get all the items I order and was charge. I was told I get a refund never got it. I call the main office they told that someone from the store would contact me and still nothing 5 days later I called back the main office finally got my refund for items that I didn’t get. Restrooms were trashed. Front of the store restrooms were overflowing and the restrooms in the back of the store had a broken door with no latch on the door. I only gave two stars because I was at least able to go number two with no privacy.

Need more stock and prices on the shelves. Need more associates on the floor that know about the products, and not walking around with cell phones all day.

My card kept being den denied even though it works somewhere else so I had to pay cash because that card worked and the food stamp one would not work but we went to another store and it worked and it was a lot cheaper I am so disappointed and sorry because I had a doctors appointment and I was almost late because I had to miss with the machine over and over again finally one of the ladies that work there had me take it to one of the other ladies and she had it working but only my credit card to

What is left to say about Wal-Mart that hasnt already been said by so many individuals that have shopped at one Wal-Mart store or another? Wal-Mart is a huge corporate store chain that sells everything from fabric to peanut butter to guns & ammo to hygiene products to fishing tackle to paint to clothing for all sizes & shapes. The mom & pop stores across America have closed their doors because they arent able to compete with the Walmart chain stores. I neither condemn or praise the Walmart stores. It is what it is. You can make your own decisions about Wal-Mart.

Never know what time they close, sometimes 745, sometimes 820. Shopping carts are not collect from the parking lot making it difficult to find a place to park. As usual, 2 registers out of 20 are open. Shelves are stocked so randomly that its hard to find anything.

Got some extreme prejudice energies and miserable vibes.

No bathroom to use very little things to buy that you really need. One entrance completely closed????? Employees are just useless and 8n the way most of the time

The Walmart in Port Lavaca, Texas always has everything Im looking for and they always have registers open with cashiers to take care of customers.The Walmart in Portland, Texas just gets worse with time, lots of items not in stock, cant even keep bottled water in stock sometimes, if anything they have only 1 register open with a cashier but most of the time they want the customers to ring and bag their own groceries at the self checkout like we were Walmart employees, they need to keep at least 2 out of the 4 registers open with a cashier all the time

Went there after two items and they didnt have neither one.
