The initial skidsteer that was brought to the job had significant wear on the tracks. 2 hours into using the equipment, the track began to lose links that hold the rubber to the machine. United did have a quick response to get it swapped for a functional substitute.

Rented a skidsteer with an auger attachment. Got the equipment to the field and the auger leaked hydraulic oil all over due to a fitting that had been installed incorrectly (cross-threaded). Four hours later, United fixed the problem and credited me a measly $100 off my bill, when I had over $500 of wasted labor due to their faulty equipment. How they even released this equipment without testing it first is beyond me! Save your time, frustrations and money and go across the street!
