I usually go here every 3 to 6 months to buy 2 sets of shoes. This time I went in and picked out a pair of running shoes that were priced at $64.99. I browsed around for a couple to see if anything peaks my interest. Nothing new so I decided to just buy the one pair of shoes. I go to check out and the young man rang me up. I have an account with this company so I asked if he wanted my number and he said his system was down. Then he asked if Im gonna pay cash or card. I said card I see the price on the machine priced at $91.89. I told the guy and lady that the price was wrong. The price of the shoes were $64.99. The lady when over to check to make sure if I was correct. In the mean time the guy tried to get me to pay before the price could be changed. The lady confirmed that the price tag was in the In the wrong spot but they both refused to change the price. I work retail if something is priced wrong you change the price. They both didnt care and refused to change the price with that being said I will not be returning to this company because of both unprofessional employees that were there. Tall black kid and short hefty white lady.

I went in and found what I was looking for quickly. A pair of work shoes non-slip. When working in a kitchen you have to have something good so it will last. I find that food will eat the cheaper shoes up quicker. Please have performed very well for me. They are Skechers!

They advertised all these specials when you go in there are all these special conditions so you never really qualify for the discount. I hate this practice!!!!

No one inventory same old dull products. But it has to be blamed on the covid virus. Hopefully better days are coming.

To the gentleman that checked me and my family out out, Anthony, I dont think your future should be in retail. Me and my family felt rushed into leaving the store while we were looking to buy more product and your goal was to get us out of the store as quickly as possible so you could continue on your conversation with your other coworkers. Apparently customer service doesnt come first here.

Very nice staff and selection but limited sizes

I decided to catch an Uber after I got off work to the location in Port Orange off of Williamson. Before I decided to catch my Uber I looked on the website and said it closed down at 6:00 p.m. and I arrived there at 5:20. If the hours are subject to change for any reason I asked that the company makes it known when you do a Google search and also on the website. This is not a review to bash the company but more of just making customers aware of when they decide to shut down early or no business hours thats all

Went in two by four pair of shoes lady was extremely rude wouldnt even let my little kid go take a leak in the bathroom soda crazy I go there two to three times a year top two to $300 and just lost a customer

I think they need to dress more family friendly. Its a shoe store not a bar. Ladys keep your self respect.

I like this store... However, this is now the second store that an employee is on their cell phones talking. The woman was not youngand she was on the phone for at least 15 minutes, front row and you could only see her as you walk by acting as if she was putting shoes away crouched down. You work in retail not at the phone company 😂.

This place has had my loyalty for the past 7 years. If Im looking for casual, sandals, or business attire shoes, I have really good success here. While the prices are a bit more expensive, they have decent brands and they have buy one get 2nd at 50% off that pretty much makes it a decent price overall.

I have always had friendly service from employees at Rack Room Shoes. They are helpful, but not over bearing, which suits me just fine. Thank You

Salesperson was very kind and knew what he was doing, I have been in this store several times and ask where I could find something and they point to where to go. This person also told me we could order shoes while another just said they didnt have the size I needed! I will look for this person when shopping there.

I love this store and the sales and the shoes they have great items but every time I come here the workers follow u around like dogs they like spy on you I understand they need to watch people so they dont steal things but they are way to up close and personal. They definitely make us uncomfortable and then u r in a rush to leave cause u r so uncomfortable they will stand plain as day right in front of u watching you. Its horrible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Very unhelpful staff, shoes are expensive and ALL of them are scuffed and scraped up, they must get all the rejects and sell them at high prices for profit. Will never return here.
