We ordered $800 worth of tile MONTHS ago. We were told the tile warehouse flooded and they could not fulfill our order. When asked numerous times for a refund we got the run around and was told by Rob that Barbara needed to handle it but couldn’t right now that she was recovering from a surgery. Now we found out she retired and was told to dispute the charge with our bank to get our money back. BUYER BEWARE!

Cant get anyone to call back about honoring their guarantee. Have been trying for couple months to get wood we ordered. Was promised they would have our floors fixed and even came out to see it. Its been a terrible ordeal. We dont want to take legal action but are at a loss as to what to do! I visited on several occasions the show room and called so much but no help! Have the written guarantee that for one year after installation. As well as numerous verbal they would have it repaired by another contractor if were unable to get installer to fix it. I can see they have had a problem with this contractor and only want them to stand by their word. Just want them to honor their guarantee and no hard feelings .

DONT PAY IN FULL UNTIL EVERY DETAIL IS TO YOUR SATISFACTION, WHICH MAY NEVER HAPPEN. Jose did good clean tile work but I was left with 3 missing door thresholds. I was told I had to pay in full even though the work was not completed so, I being an ethical and trusting person did so. (I was orginally told I dont pay in full until the job was completed and I was satisfied). After a week of no contact I was told, hell be in contact, he being the threshold installer. Well that didnt happen. I went to their store and said I would sit there and wouldnt leave until they called him. So then he came out to my house without the needed supplies. Then he made another appt. He said it would only take him 20 minutes. I could see why. The sloppiest unprofessional work I had ever seen. The store owner told me your expectations are too high. I took pictures of the horrible work and the owner, now implying that I was a liar, told me that what I was saying was not true. I sent more pics with a ruler next to the oversized cuts with concrete showing through, straight cuts around door frames with spaces where it should have been notched around. The tile installer told me that he didnt get the full amount of money I paid for his labor. The threshold installer didnt get paid for his labor as he was correcting the tile installers work. Yet I paid 200.00 for thresholds, which are about 13.00 each at lowes, I paid the tile installer and I paid materials. After the threshold installer came back to cut new thresholds correctly, (after another visit without the materials) he didnt have the correct screws, left my closet door uninstalled because he took it off to install the threshold correctly, and made another appt. To come back. Well that was the third time he stopped answering his phone messages when we waited around for him NOT TO SHOW UP. (On other occasions I was told he would be there and he never showed or called). I never even complained about the thresholds being a totally different color, which WE will stain correctly ourselves. We put in and counter sunk the screws ourselves. We will hang the closet door after WE finish staining the thresholds. So I was told by the store owner that she will post my ranting email and I said I wish she would because it explains some of the situation. She kept telling me not to get stressed over it. Funny, after 3.5 weeks of trying to get something done, the person not showing up or answering calls, being told MY EXPECTATIONS WERE TOO HIGH and never getting a satisfactory completed job, is this what should be expected from them? And who got the 200.00 for threshold labor if neither of the installers got it. The owner said she would refund that money. Im still waiting. I truly regret not using the tile store in Ormond that won awards every year.

Our experience with this company started off great. We had a wood floor put down and everything went fantastic. So, we decided to use them again for the tile in our kitchen. That was a nighmare. TWO people came out to measure the kitchen. We purchased the tile and they set up the person to put it down. WELL, the person never showed up (after my husband took the day off) and when we called Speedway they said they would find someone else but never did and NEVER even bothered to call us back to let us know they couldnt. So, we found our own person to do the job went and got our tile from the store and now I had to take a day off of work.... Nightmare over right? NOPE. We ended up short on cement and TWO BOXES SHORT OF TILE to finish the job. So 2 people from Speedway flooring measure and we are still short tile. SO now my new tile guy that I found (who was helping us out because we were left hanging) had to figure out a way to come back and we had to take yet ANOTHER DAY OFF OF WORK to have the the floor finished. The worst part for me was the fact that not once did ANYONE from Speedway Flooring EVER apologize or make ammends for the fact that their person never showed to do the floor, and they measured it wrong forcing us to take three days off of work to get someone to finally get our kitchen floor down. Needless to say we are going to be workiong on our den floor next but will NEVER use Speedway Flooring again nor will we EVER recommend them to anyone. We were very patient with them in light of the fact that Robert was sick and the family was suffering, but for them to be so rude there was no excuse. An apology would of went a long way with us. Though we are truly sorry to hear about Robert and wish you well in life, we will never conduct business with you again.***To clarify on your response - Our install was scheduled to start on a Friday, which is why my husband took the day off. Although we were upset that no one ever showed up that day to do it, the complete lack of communication in getting back with us was the worst part. Your son said that he was going to work on getting someone else there, but NEVER called us back to tell us that he couldnt find anyone. If he would of called us first thing in the morning to tell us that no one would of been able to make it then at least my husband could of went to work that day and took off another day where we could of scheduled someone else with you or something. We were totally blown off and that was not acceptable. I am sure even you would agree. We were very understanding and willing to work with you, but that was not recipricated.

Do not do business with these crooks. The only reason I gave them one star is that there is no option for zero stars or minus 10.They ordered tile for me which took over 2 months to arrive and then it was the wrong item and the wrong number of tiles. They would not take it back or give me a refund so Im stuck with $834. worth of tile that I cannot us. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS

If I could give negative stars I would. These people are criminal. They took our money and gave us nothing in return. I have asked multiple times for a refund and have never gotten one. Shopper beware
