Store is well located in Port Orange. Jon is nothing less than an expert at what he does. If you are looking for just computer diagnostics or a professional computer build Jon can do it all. I had so many questions to ask before starting a build for my work, no matter what time of day it was Jon responded and with knowledgeable answers. I would recommend Jon and his services to anyone!

John was very nice, straightforward, and honest. Very knowledgeable; immediately knew what the problem was. He immediately said my printer wasnt worth fixing, but would be happy to fix it if I really wanted.

Fixed what needed to be fixed at the price quoted. Sometimes lacking in some general what to expect/sales skills but not out of the ordinary for a good computer repair guy which are becoming hard to find these days. I would take any tech stuff I had to Bit Bucket. Good stuff.

No computers....rushed off the phone....no help at all. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...

Stopped in the other day and asked if he could install a double DVI video card. He said absolutly bring it in. I got back to is location in about 30 minutes with my computer and the video card. He immediately opened my computer installed the card and took it back to his monitors to finish the installation which he completed in about 20 minutes. I have never gone to a computer place where the owner has this type of work ethic. He does EXCELLENT work and does it QUICKLY. He also replaced my hard drive about a month ago with a much larger one and did that installation in 1 day. Great Prices, Great Service.

Terrible customer service! While he is helping me, a guy walks in with a cell phone and asks if he can fix it, he stops helping me and spends five minutes talking to the guy about his phone. I almost walked out and should have, but he came back. The purpose of the visit was to look at the keyboard which wasnt working. As he starts looking at it, he tries to use the mouse on the keyboard and says it doesnt work, I need a mouse to look at it. I told him the touch screen was working and I have been using the laptop for over a month. Five minutes to find a mouse, he plugs it in and then gets a phone call and leaves me standing there totally flabbergasted. I grabbed my computer and advised him that I would go somewhere else where I could actually get some help.....he had the gall to say, wait, Ill be right with you leaving the person on the other end of the line hanging, just like he had done to me for 15 minutes. DONT waste your time!
