Iris is absolutely amazing to work with. She was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She offered her honest opinion, gave her recommendations, but was not pushy at all. She helped me pick out the most beautiful diamond to replace my original one from when I got married 23 years ago. They were able to place a larger diamond in it’s original band. It came out beautiful to say the least. She also went through some old jewelry I brought in and let me know what was real or costume jewelry and what I could do with it. They also cleaned and shined my rings and they looked brand new. I would and will highly recommend HGD Jewelers. Thank you again for all your help 🙂

Exceptional Work!I took in two rings because they kept slipping around on my finger. Since downsizing them wasn’t an option he explained that he could put tiny little gold balls under the bands that would keep my rings in place. Never heard of such a technique? Neither had I, but it has worked like a charm. He also fixed a necklace for me that needed to be shortened and did a phenomenal job! Most meticulous work, and I’m so very pleased. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I needed to have a ring resized and my husband recommended we come here. He spoke highly of them after coming to have watch batteries replaced. I went in Monday afternoon and was told it would be around two weeks until my ring was finished, but I received a call Tuesday afternoon that my ring was ready. It looks and feels amazing, I couldnt believe how dirty it was until I came back to pick it up. Looks brand new again. Prices are reasonable and the staff was incredibly professional, helpful, and kind. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable jeweler!

I purchased a watch online and needed a place to take it so I thought I would try HGD Jewelers . From the time I was greeted at the door to the younger gentleman that did the work I would say I was there for 15 min. Everyone that I encounter was very.friendly. He was able to get the sizing right on the first try and it was perfect. When I went to pay and he said no charge I was shocked. Will be back for sure great service.

I recently lost a stone of my wedding ring and they jumped through hoops to help me get the stone replaced quickly and affordably while also giving me a more secure setting. Ill always do my business here!

I had a bad experience at the place I bought my engagement ring. They wanted to send my ring off to have the prongs rebuilt because the stone was loose ($220). The ring is only a year and a half years old. I was sure it only needed tightening. So, I took it for a second opinion to HGD. They were super friendly and agreed that it only need to be tightened, which they did for free. They have a new customer for life. So happy.

These jewelers are absolutely amazing. The engagement ring they sold me brought my fiancée to tears for five minutes before she could even look at....let alone say yes. Amazing people amazing store.

I took a ring into HGD to be sized. They recommended adding a couple gold balls to the back of the shank. The ring fits fine but shank now has a crack in it. More importantly, they told said I guess you know that this stone isnt real. Melanie was were quite dramatic about the fact that Id been ripped off. I took the ring to an independent appraiser, who I trust, and he verified that it is quite real.

Since moving to Orlando, we still make the drive to these folks. No one else works on our jewelry,from Timex watch batteries to diamond repairs, they have been top notch at all they do. We have been going here for 9 years and will continue to do so. Great staff and services rendered are second to none. Give em a shot, we are glad we did !!!

Beautiful store and great service. Highly recommend for their reliability and honesty. Ive been coming to the store for watch batteries and jewelry repair for years so I was surprised when their watch service representative put the wrong battery in my watch thus bending the battery compartment. I had never had a bad experience and trust their expertise, so I let them know about the damage so it didnt happen again. I made it clear that I was not asking for anything other than letting them know what happened as I know they take pride in their work. The owner made a copy of the information for his repairman but walked back from the copier with cash in hand to cover my damages knowing that I already had it repaired by the manufacturer. He made it right without me even asking...and made my day. Unexpected and pleasant experience. Highly recommend this store...because everyone makes mistakes...but not everyone makes it right!

The staff and jewellers went over and above to make me a happy customer. They are creative and very pleasant to work with. They truley want to please their customers.

I bought my boyfriend a brand new solar Seiko watch for our 10yr anniversary. He went to HGD just to get a link removed and there was a miscommunication and they thought he also wanted a battery change (it’s solar, there is no battery) so they opened the back, saw it was solar, and put the back back on. When we got the watch back it no longer worked. We tried to charge it in the sun and I’m strong light (for hours!) and no luck. Went back to HGD where the woman who removed the back came forward and was extremely defensive, rude, and agitated about the entire thing and told me to just return the watch where I had gotten it. Another man eventually came forward and said they would have their watch specialist take a look at it when he got back and give me a call the next business day. I then received a call from another young girl who told me the watch specialist just had to adjust the battery (?) and set it in The Sun and it is working fine. Went back to pick up the watch, still upset because they had sworn up and down that only the back had been removed and nothing else had been done to it, but now come to find out something (?) had to be put back into place. Explain this to what I assume is the owner and he is quick to say the girl I spoke with on the phone made a mistake (another mistake?!?) and that all they did was charge the watch in the sun. Odd because I tried that. At least I can say that the link was indeed removed and the back, which they had put on crooked initially was straightened. I left feeling like I had been lied to and dismissed and that I would not be getting any additional help from them. I will not be going back which is unfortunate because they came highly recommend from family and friends.

I have a very sentimental watch that broke yesterday. A friend of mine recommended HGD. So at lunch today I stopped in to see if and when they could do it. The guy behind the counter took it straight to the repair specialist who had it repaired in 5 minutes. I tried to pay him and he wouldnt take my money! Thank you guys, I will be back!

I left a gold chain to be fixed: replace the clasp and shorten it 3.5 inches ($85.00). They told me it would be done in 1 week. I came to pick it up. The work was not completely done. The clasp was replaced but the chain was not shortened. The repair man came out of his shop to talk with me. This person has the unfriendliest attitude: no greeting, did not take the mask off to speak with me, and did not apologize for not having done the work as it was was clearly requested in the invoice. I did not get back the old clasp. It is scrap, he explained. The owner came out to give me an estimate on a white gold ring Id like to sell. Same: no courtesy, no thank you for stopping by, no smiling. This is not a welcoming place. In addition to that, they did not finish my job. The repair man behaved as if he was inconvenienced by my request. Awful. No wonder why this place is always empty.
