Port Orange:Nice clean store, clean bathroom with art work on walks. No graffiti! Helpful employees.Please tag & label your products!!! A lot were not, had to get a shopping cart full of price checks. Frustrating from the consumer POV.Corporate, its not tagged it should be FREE or in the very least 50% off. Im confident the tagging will be done. 😌Pay your base employees more, you are lucky you have them! The only one who gets paid decently is the store Mgr. Not right, just sayin.

This is a nice location. The people are friendly. The variety of merchandise is helpful. IF You see something You like, I recommend you purchase it while you are there. Many of the goods they sell are not recurring stock items. The Deals are budget friendly. I love going to Big Lots the price are wonderful and not that expensive. There prices are much better and affordable than Walmart. What I purchased today it would have cost me much more if I have gone to Walmart. The cashier was very polite and sweet.

Good place. Pretty assortment. Quite spacious. With different products of different brands. Up to furniture. I frequently come to this place since it is very well located, so access is very easy. I recommend going during flexible hours since the place is quite busy during the hours of greater audience. And the prices are quite good.

Clean, had to return 3 different boxes of of cereal!!!! We know it was not their fault, ( we hope)..all 3 had debris in unopened boxes- from production we assume...wife informed Kelloggs,took pics,,,,,,,,,,,all were purchased 2 days prior....our son has asburgers,,,, he would have had a meltdown!!!! If he had seen it, .. quit gross.... manufacturer is mail g us coupons for 3 free boxes........we gave them lot ### of the boxes, we hope they pull and check others...🤞🤞🤞

I’m not one to leave reviews but I have been so impressed with the customer service at this location! Always kind and very helpful.. I went from going maybe once a year to over 7 times this month.Jim, the furniture manager has been amazing and goes above and beyond!I appreciate your team and truly am a happy customer :)

Clean store lots of choices friendly cashiers but they need more help

I love Big Lots. . I am a senior over 70 and like the deals I can get there. I expecially love their coffee pods that we buy in bulk in a huge box and compared to Amazon and others it is less expensive.I like their body lotion in the green bottle that has Tea Tree oil in it. It is expecially great to lather up and go do your gardening. The bugs hate tea tree oil. The best thing it only cost me a dollar a bottle and by the way I have scaling of the skin and also use it to get rid of the scales.

My favorite location. Good prices. Pleasant staff. If you see something you like, dont wait to get it - buy it right away, the next day it may not be there.

You never know what youre going to find in this store. I find a little lightweight snack table perfect they were cleaning supplies I found a dog toy its amazing its a lot of different things you have to go in periodically just to check it out

I was trying to use a coupon on the bed I order and nobody knew anything and if I wanted to use coupon I have to reorder everything again and wait longer so I lose my coupon I have spend so much money on big lots but maybe its time to start going other places

Didnt have much in stock for couches due to covid restrictions. Ended up getting our 2nd option. Store employees werent very helpful but were able to finally get us checked out.

I didnt expect all my grandchildren to show up and they did and Big lots was the place I went for candy for the eggs

They were disappointing, they didnt have Dads Root Beer or Marilyn Monroe undergarments in stock. Theyve been out for months, maybe because of Covid-19.

Who doesnt like Big Lots! All the stuff in here is super cheap and usually great. Sometimes you can find some name brands in here. These are probably my favorite stores. Thus location is clean and friendly as well. I have no complaints.

I was disappointed that they took out the greeting cards.they renovated the entire Port Orange store where I had to look up and down every aisle to find whats there. It does seem much more open. Theyve doubled their furniture area. Im wondering what else they stopped carrying that I just havent missed yet?

Nice for Big Lots. Well stocked and neatly displayed. This store seemed to have better quality & selection of pictures & decor items. Less than 1 minute wait to check out. While some items a little higher than Walmart, I prefer quick checkout here.

Go there a lot. I like it for my stuff. They are the only ones that carry dog breath treats. 9 1 21 seems no one carries this treat anymore. No one.

This was a nice Big Lots. It was full of merchandise. Everything seemed to be neat and orderly. The inventory was large which was surprising after Christmas.

Another satisfactory visit to the Port Orange Big Lots. Once again the employees that we had interactions with were very helpful and friendly as well. The young man who helped us carry out the bed frame we purchased was great! I wish I caught his name so I could tell everyone about how nice and very helpful he was. I wouldnt have been able to handle the box by myself, so I am very grateful for his help (and extra muscle 💪 lol). The lady at the front desk (Barb) was very friendly as well and added to the overall pleasant experience we had. Thank you Barb and whoever you are who helped us with the very heavy bed!The only thing that I could possibly mark off for if I was going to overly nitpick would be the overall organization and age/cleanliness of the store on a whole, but it is an old store and they were busy so they havent been able to keep up with the customers who randomly lay stuff down in wrong aisles (intentionally or not) or dropping merchandise on the floor instead of putting back on the shelves/hooks. But I am not a nitpicker, nor did I really care about that so I can gladly give them an A+ for our latest visit!
